APA Hotel Nishiazabu

Nice location close to lots of dining options. No laundry in hotel was inconvenient, but laundry option close by was good. Very close, walkable, to Roppongi district.

AC doesn’t work in rooms, no ice machine for guest in entire hotel, notice of elevator being down for repair after checking in, and then given room 911. Was told if you need to get up or down during 11:00-6:00pm we would need to use the stairs.

Good value for business travelers. Convenient location in nice and quiet area--not as busy or crowded as say Shinjuku or Shibuya. No laundry facilities, even though it's advertised in Expedia as having laundry. However, there are a couple of laundromats close by, so not a big deal.

I stayed at the property early November, the temperatures were in the high 80’s during the day and it was still warm at night. There’s a thermostat in the room but you can’t control the temperature. The only thing they offer you is a very small fan. Packing and anything after mid-morning is just on the verge of unbearable. Had I known they didn’t offer air conditioning I would’ve stayed elsewhere. Nice location and convenient to Public transport but would never stay here again unless it was winter time.

The room was somewhat warm. a little more a/c would have been nice. great staff.

7台の駐車場が先着順で一杯の為、周辺で探しましたが、駐車まで1時間以上彷徨いました。 もう少しなんとかならないか？と思いました。

Everything is fine except the aircondition systems does not work

・チェックイン時、ハウスキーパーが（他の部屋を）掃除をしていた。 ・朝食はかかりが一人しかいないので対応に時間がかかった。 ・空調のコントロールが出来ず少し暑かった（寒いよりはよい） ・コストは安かった。

立地から考えるにとても安く泊まれました。 契約駐車場に停められない場合料金が部屋の代金を超える可能性がある。車の方は時間に余裕を持って空きが出るのを待ったほうがいい。

Black mold everywhere, smells like cigarettes

ユニットバスのところどころ汚れがありました。 ベットスローやシーツにもシミがあり、全国にあるアパホテルなのに…と残念に思いました。

掃除が行き届いいない。髪の毛も数本、部屋、バスルームに見受けられた。

スタッフの方はとても丁寧で親切でしたが、室内のカーテンや壁、床などが残念なほど汚れが目立っていました。

Prices were great and location but the carpet in our room was dirty. The whole time we stayed, they never vacuum it and barely cleaned when requested room to be cleaned.

Hotel was not the best, but the bathroom was a decent size with some mold at the top. The room was very small compared to other APA hotels. The paint on the wall was chipped and dust was visible in the room. Curtains were visibly dirty and shower curtain smelled.

特に不満はなく 夜間も静かな環境で過ごせました お風呂場の隅に黒カビがあったのが残念です

出張で4泊して3日目に外出中に清掃が入ったのだが、部屋に戻ったらトイレに大量の髪の毛が浮いていた。ありえない。 フロントからは謝罪があるのみで、料金が安くなるなどのことはなかった。 チェックインの時も最初から部屋が臭かったし、印象は最悪。もう利用はしない。

部屋の床が汚く、ホコリ、ゴミ、髪の毛が落ちていて掃除機を掛けてない様に思う。 廊下も床が同じ様に汚く清潔感が感じませんでした。 残念です。

エレベーター降りてすぐ隣の部屋だったため、人の気配や音が気になりました。またエレベーターの前に自動販売機があり、夜遅くに購入される方の音も気になりました。 部屋は絨毯、バストイレの清潔さにかけ、チェックインも入力方式のため、高齢者の方はわかりにくいのではないかと思いました。 残念ですが、今後利用することはないと思います。

Clean property and staff is friendly. Surprised at how small the rooms are. They should make it more obvious that rooms are less than 100 sf. Very small and for that reason I would lot stay there again.

The property has paper thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to you and across the hall. Rooms are small for the price of them. The room was not clean, there were stains on the carpet and desks.

部屋の防音は少し悪いです。

Staff very polite, room was very small, compared to canadian experience. Breakfast was fast and delicious. Amenities provided every day were extremely thoughtful

Rooms are very small even for Tokyo. I highly recommend getting a bigger room if you have 2 people in the room.

禁煙室のはずですが部屋がたばこ臭かった。

Poor experience is mostly my fault. Ordered a smoking room and will never make that mistake again. Our neighbor was smoking next to us all night and the smell was unbearable. My wife couldn’t sleep at all. The room was very small. Nothing really redeeming about this hotel. It’s expensive, small, and the smoking rooms are unbearable. No amenities. The staff were friendly and that’s about it.

The room is clean however small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases, but it is manageable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and assisted me with forwarding our suitcases to our next APA hotel when we are back from Osaka.

Room is so small, beeak fast is same everyday, unlike other APA.

We arrived at 14:10 hoping to get an early check in because we were in town for a wedding and needed to prepare. The staff refused to allow us to check in without paying additional fees even for only 30 minutes early. The heaters did not work in the room untill midnight and they kept disturbing us with loud announcements. Carpets are dirty in the rooms. Avoid this hotel unless absolutely necessary.

There was no prior written notice that you will be charged 2000 yen if you check out 20 mins later than 10:00 am, sometimes you travel with the little ones, unexpected situation happens, mine was not having a great start of the morning, he was feeling sick, and check out got delayed because of that, even I explained multiple times to the front desk, they didn’t care at all, there was no human compassion or sympathy! All they cared was to charge me 2000 yen for that extra time. Never had I been charged for late check out, usually hotels will accommodate for late checkout, probably more common to charge you in Japan. So for families with kids that need flexibilities of checkout, this is not the place to stay. Their room is also very small, you will have problems storing 2 big suitcases, luckily we had 2 carryons only. Will not recommend this hotel, also will not book it in the future!

連泊で掃除希望してなかったので札も出してなかったのですが、係の方が鍵を開けて入ってきたので、少しセキュリティ上の不安を感じました 大事な荷物も置いてたのでけにはいかなかったので着物いがいは持ち出すことに

トイレ電気つかず、ウォシュレット大きな音で水が流れっぱなし真夜中にテレビを消して気がつき一晩中うるさくて寝れなかった。翌朝フロントのもぎさんとほくぼ？さんに伝えると夜中だろうが言えば部屋に行った、客の主観だと馬鹿にした笑いでお詫び対処はしてないと喧嘩ごし。術後女性が真夜中トイレで計るものがあったが出来なかったこと、寝巻きで部屋に呼べないことを伝えても何処へでも訴えろと言う。笑わず真摯に謝る誠実な仕事をして欲しい。客として差別的な扱いをされて心に傷がついた。アパホテルは社員に接客を教えないでいるのかと疑問に思った。 宿泊する為の情報とホテルから言われた者は違うので、る情報が該当のスタッフにわからないようにして欲しい。正直な口コミが出来なくなるので。 また、男性2名が口裏を合わせて客に非があると言わせることのないように配慮願いたい。

I stayed at APA Hotel Nishiazabu for 5 nights (May 18–23, 2025) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On the first night, the bathroom drain was clogged and overflowed, flooding the entire floor. While I was offered a room change, I had just arrived from Canada and was completely exhausted, so I declined. Thankfully, housekeeping cleaned and fixed it the next day while I was out. The worst part happened on the last night of my stay (early morning of May 23rd). Around 3:15 AM, I was woken up by extremely loud voices outside my room. I had only gone to sleep around 1:00 AM after packing, so I was shocked and frustrated. I immediately called the front desk to complain and was assured that someone would come to handle the situation. No one ever came. The guests continued being loud, speaking in the hallway near my room. I opened my door to ask them to be quiet—they were foreigners, and one woman sarcastically blew a kiss while saying sorry. It was incredibly rude and upsetting. The next morning, when I told the front desk, they seemed unaware of the entire incident. That was even more frustrating. I was told they would “do more patrols,” but I expected a direct warning or follow-up action with those guests. I’ve stayed at various APA Hotels when visiting Japan over the last few years and had trusted the brand, but this experience made me seriously reconsider using APA again. I hope the management improves staff communication and nighttime enforcement of guest beh

Staff was exeprionally kind and well versed. Spoke english fluently. The rooms are comfofrrable beds were soft as well which we have found is rare in hotels in japan.

Good service

A nice hotel, central to many popular places. Clean, simple room. However, the surround area is not for a budget traveler. Very high-end part of a Tokyo. But for the right price, it can be an excellet choice. Hiro-o station is close by for transportation options.

至近にコンビニ数店、駅から徒歩7〜8分。大使館(ドイツ・ルーマニア)徒歩圏内。室内は大人2名では少々狭いが、清潔で臭いもなく、また廊下を歩いたりする時の音も気にならない。朝刊を読んで丸の内へ出社できるのも魅力。

Close to Train- and Busstation.

地下鉄の駅から近くて便利。麻布の中心でこの価格は本当にありがたいです。

5 minutes from the metro station. Easy access to the central area of Tokyo like Shibuya, Harajuku.

Overall the stay was good at APA, rooms being tiny which is standard to stays is Japan takes time to get used to but it has everything you need. The best part about this property is the location Its only roughly 400 metres walking from Hiro station in Hibiya line which is super convenient if you want to be closer to Shibuya which is just 1 line change from hiro to Ebisu to JY line. The location has Aoen supermart right opposite to it and multiple u eleven around the corner. The location also has Luup bike stations around. Check and check out is very seamless. If you are looking to be close but away from the hustle bustle then this is great location to stay.

Rooms are very clean and staff is very attentive, train station and convenient stores are walking distance

In a Decent location. Reasonably close to a station, and there was plenty of places nearby things to do and eat. Fairly bougie area. Nice Staff as well!

Hotel itself is good, it is about 10 mins walk from Hiro O station, Hiro O is a decent residential area however the choices of dining are very limited, across the hotel there is a supermarket but it is a small one

The staff are all so kind and amazing! I stay at the start of my travels for 5 days in July. Im not a person that makes time for breakfast and decides to do the breakfast option for my stay. It was a simple BUT amazing eggs and bacon with a small salad, soup and bread bar. As i said i dont really like breakfast but i made time to wake up early to have it. So yummy! The bed comfort wasnt the best but I made due.

Very loud rooms, breakfast was the same every day for 6 days which was disappointing.

パンの多くが香りなしで食べ放題に疑問あり。卵の美味さが出でいない。味のない食材のわからない加工品(ハム？)が出された。この朝食の品数では料金は高い。 室内のベットと冷蔵庫の間隔が狭いので使いづらい。 チェックインに手間がかかる。モニターが大きすぎて入力に手間どる。アメニティは良い。

暑い季節の利用だったため、地下鉄の駅からそんなに遠くはないとはいえチョッとしんどいと感じる距離。夜間はとても静か。調理したての暖かい朝ごはんに感動。リピーターには便利なサービスが満載。

ホテルも綺麗で部屋もよかった ただ、細かい掃除が行き届いてないところがあってそこは残念かな 壁の上の方に埃がついてたり、デスクの隅に埃が溜まってるのが気になった スタッフの人も対応がよく、チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでした 朝食を頼んでたけど値段の割にお粗末だったかも

Would be good to book a room that includes breakfast rather than separate! Location is really good and close to the station plus restaurants!

3년 전 그리고 며칠 전 재이용했습니다. - 조식 포함하지 않으시길 권합니다. 버쩍 마른 빵 몇 개와 약간의 음료수, 그리고 마음껏 먹을 수 없이 손님별로 1번만 제공해주는 정말 적은 양의 샐러드, 멀건 수프, 약간의 달걀 요리가 조식의 전부입니다. 식기는 1회용 나무식기인데요, 음식을 편하게 집거나 떠먹기 너무 어려웠습니다. 질도 낮고 양도 적은 호텔 조식부페는 난생 처음이고, 이 품질에 비해 지나치게 비싼 가격이 책정돼있습니다. - 조식 식당 한 켠에 어린 아기와 엄마가 각종 살림을 차리고 살고 있는 것으로 보입니다. 아기는 자주 돌아다니고 울고 있고요. 호텔 식당에 손님이나 직원이 아닌 거주자가 있다니 당황스러워요. - 객실 화장실에 소독제나 세척제를 이용해서 청소하고 계신 건지 의심됩니다. 눈에 띄는 오염은 없지만 퀴퀴한 냄새가 심해 좀 역겨웠어요. - 객실 테이블은 먼지가 잔뜩 앉아 있어요. 닦지 않으시는 것 같아요. - 직원은 친절했습니다만, 그것은 도쿄의 다른 호텔들도 마찬가지니까요. 이 호텔 예약하고 싶으신 분은 제 이야기 참고 해주세요.
