The stay went well. There is a Lawson right next door, very convenient. There are late night food chains nearby. Please note that the entrance has stairs, so you have to carry your suitcase. Not very accessible. They have a table area in the lobby but unfortunately you can't eat there.

Location is good, Close to public transportation and convenient stores, Quiet neighbourhood. Provided good toiletries. They have laundry facilities but it does not dry well. Cleanliness needs a lot of work. The room we have is very dusty and still have stain marks. It is also the same as the Smile Hotel we stayed at in Osaka.

チェックインの際に予約の確認が取れず、かなり待たされたのが残念。結果、ホテル側の何らかのミスだったらしいのだが、チェックイン後のスケジュールがあったので焦りました。シャワーの湯温調整が古いタイプだったのと、カードキーではないのが古さを感じさせるが、清掃は行き届いていて、フロントの女性も感じ良く、地下鉄出口が徒歩1分なのと、隣りにLAWSON、ベローチェカフェと便利。ホテルのエントランスが階段になっていてスロープが無いので、重いスーツケースを持ち上げて登るので注意です。

The interior of the room is old but well maintained. But the non-smoking rooms smell strongly of cigarettes, thankfully, the air filter in the room makes it better. While we were staying there, the building was being renovated, so it was sometimes very noisy in the mornings.

El hotel ofrece artículos de higiene, té y café como cortesía, eso me agrado y el personal es excelente . La incomodidad se dio en la habitación, estaba descuidad, parece que hace mucho no hacen limpieza profunda, las paredes estaban manchadas, las salidas de aire parecían tener moho. Realmente no deberían ofertar ese espacio, no es muy habitable estar en un lugar así de poco higiénico.

El hotel ofrece artículos de higiene, té y café como cortesía, eso me agrado y el personal es excelente . La incomodidad se dio en la habitación, estaba descuidad, parece que hace mucho no hacen limpieza profunda, las paredes estaban manchadas, las salidas de aire parecían tener moho. The rooms were very small, but honestly, based on my wife’s knowledge of Japan, that was to be expected. It is a very high populated area, and space is very limited. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. The place was clean. The rooms only get cleaned, every three days. Not good for people with small children. My only complaint is that all of the TV stations are broadcasted in Japanese. That was not cool.

Room was very dirty, dusty and had marks all over the walls, but at least we had clean bedsheets and pillows. Staff were nice and we had clean towels every day. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing trip or like a nice clean hotel.

Wenn man längere Tagen dort hat, wird das Zimmer ab den 3ten Tag gründlich gereinigt. Ansonsen kann man seinen Müll & Handtücher usw. vor der Tür abstellen. Frühstück kann ich nichts dazu sagen, weil vor Ort kannst im 7/11 oder Familiy Markt was holen. Nachteil die Wände sind sehr dünn. Zimmer sind klein, kannst nicht deinen Koffer ausbreiten. War zufrieden. Vor dem Hotel hast eine gute Anbindung mit der Metro. Gegend war ruhig bwz. Abends waren einige Nachbarn laut.

I liked this hotel. I had room #664 and it was pretty small but it worked well for me as I’m traveling solo. The bed was hard but I liked it, the pillows are. Stuffed with beads or something, not sure but it was kind of hard for my liking but I folded one my hoodies on it and it was fine. This is not vacation hotel so don’t expect a lot. Check in was easy and quick. The staff were all helpful when asking questions. Housekeeping only cleans the rooms every three days of your stay but they do provide fresh towels and hang them on your door for you. The hotel is in a business district so not a lot of excitement going on in the neighbors. Just a 2 minute walk outside of the hotel is the Kayabacho station and that’ll help you get to any destination you need to go to. Tokyo station is about a 20 minute walk, real easy with no hills so if you don’t want to walk there use the Kayabacho station outside the hotel. There’s a cafe, restaurant and convenient store next to the hotel, store is 24hrs and a 711 across the street. I would return again and stay here because it’s budget friendly and good for solo travelers.

A fairly dated hotel. The room was small, but adequate. Walls were paper thin so was noisy. Location was good with two train stations nearby. It was a fairly quiet area with not much around. Breakfast offered was quite good.

Good hotel and location and very close to the station. Walls are super thin so you may hear some late night activity from other rooms. But other than that, very good hotel for the price. Would recommend.

Conveniently located- near train station and dining. My husband and I could only book a smoking room--but our room surprisingly did not smell like smoke. It still smelled fresh. The only place we smelled smoke was when we got off elevator on our floor. The room was clean and we liked that there was kettle and fridge in the room . The staff were exceptionally very friendly and helpful. We liked that we could help ourselves to some toiletries we needed during our stay. We also enjoyed the teas we can make in our room. The staff were very helpful in arranging our luggage transfer to another hotel. Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

My first time in Japan I accidentally left my phone in the back of my taxi. Fortunately, the wonderful staff at Smile Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi were able to call the number on the taxi receipt and arrange for the driver to return to the hotel. I was able to retrieve my phone and enjoy the rest of my stay. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to everyone. Also, the all you can eat breakfast at the restaurant down stairs is delicious.

茅場町駅近くで　フロントの方がとても親切でした。『タクシーを呼べます？と聞きました　そしたら勿論呼べます、しかし呼ぶと➕500円です。なので外でタクシーを拾った方が良いです』素晴らしい回答👍その様に従ったら¥500〜で東京駅迄行けました。感謝‼️

The young lady that initially helped us did not speak English but she made up for it in helpfulness and used a translator to make sure we were communicating properly. The rest of the staff were nice mostly but she stole my heart. Everyone else was also really nice

Pleasant room was a comfortable size. Good price for the room and the proximity to Tokyo station and local metro lines was very convenient. Quieter business area but within easy walking distance to the upscale Ginza area.

Smile Hotel Nihonbashi has a good location close to a subway station and within walking distance from the TCAT where you can catch buses to Narita and Haneda airports. The area offers a good choice of cafes and restaurants. The hotel offers a decent breakfast buffet and is in my opinion , overall good value for the money

チェックインの際に予約の確認が取れず、かなり待たされたのが残念。結果、ホテル側の何らかのミスだったらしいのだが、チェックイン後のスケジュールがあったので焦りました。シャワーの湯温調整が古いタイプだったのと、カードキーではないのが古さを感じさせるが、清掃は行き届いていて、フロントの女性も感じ良く、地下鉄出口が徒歩1分なのと、隣りにLAWSON、ベローチェカフェと便利。ホテルのエントランスが階段になっていてスロープが無いので、重いスーツケースを持ち上げて登るので注意です。

建物は新しくはないですが、清潔でした。　シャンプー　コーディショナー　ボディソープはありますが、化粧水などのアメニティと体洗う用のスポンジはありませんでした。朝食時は、ガストのトラブルで朝食開始時間が1時間ほど遅れました。それが残念でした。

Everything was excellent! I think for Tokyo, room was a really good size. Very clean and modern. No cigarette smell that many people have stated. Great location, nice quiet neighbourhood but right next to metro station! Brilliant breakfast, no noise, great price for Tokyo can't recommend enough!

La habitación es pequeña, la recomendaría solo si todo el día estas fuera y nada más llegas a dormir. Batallamos un poco con tanta maleta grande porque no hay espacio, solo debajo de la cama pero fue ideal para nuestro itinerario de viaje. El desayuno es limitado y lo mismo pero sirve por lo menos para comer algo. El personal siempre fue amable y hay amenidades gratuitas durante toda tu estancia. Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación y su relación calidad-precio. Zona concurrida pero en el 8vo piso no sufrimos por el ruido.

スマイルホテルは以前にも利用した事があり、今回東京日本橋は初めて利用しました。最近の朝食はビュッフェスタイルはあるものの、かなり品数が少なく、正直美味しくないところが多い中、品数が豊富でとても美味しかったです。
