Worst amenities ever. One weak ass pillow no coffee maker. No Wi-Fi. No cups, glasses, plates or flatware in the kitchen. Dripping kitchen sink. First room the tv didn’t work and the desk clerk knew it… Not what we needed after a long day on the road!

Easy access parking on street for trailers.

The cleanliness and condition of the property was very poor. When there was a kitchnette i expected to have dining ware and limited cookware. No coffee maker either. Was very disapointed.

Property is nice, staff are very friendly, laundry room top tier. Cable isn’t though. Very spotty and kept going out. People who are around are clearly living here long term though. Reminds me of an apartment building, and those people who live in hotel are what you expect. No syringes though. They keep to themselves also.

The TV was not adjusted to Dish correctly, causing the audio to cut out every few seconds. Un-watchable. I bought at the store Lysol: I ended up mopping the floor with a white towel. The towel was absolutely black from this action. There were no blankets, just a bed spread with a hole to use. For the high amount of money I spent, one would think that a spoon and fork, or a piece of fruit could have been provided. It's the first property I have stayed where there was no ice machine on the premises. When I think of this hotel, I think of greedy owners. It's not the Red Roof Inn I enjoyed staying at in Dallas, TX. This is a dump!

Basic accommodations. Clean enough but everything old and dated. Studios so had full fridge, microwave, range top and sink. But no dishes or glasses, not even paper. No coffee machine. Asked for first floor because father uses a cane. On checkin said nothing available but did have an elevator. Walked by several empty ready units on the ground floor on way to the elevator. Price was half what other hotels in area were charging. So you get what you pay for.

Close to restaurant, bus line and mini market. Liked the big frig, stove and microwave. Staff was very helpful. The parking lot needed to be cleaned and the grounds needed to be maintained and building outside washed.

The place is simple and bare bones. The only complaint I have is that there were no dishes, dishwater, utensils, or anything at all in the kitchenette. I booked this plate only for a night hoping to cut some fruit and heat some soup. That was not possible. Bummer, but otherwise the place was clean and the staff was helpful.

I found human fecal waste caked to the disability seat in the shower. It smelled of sewage and I stood in it and slept afterwards once before I even discovered it. I told the staff I’m disabled and cleaning this by myself and by surprise was immensely difficult and disgusting. The manager Anjel offered me a refund. But. The next day, I told them there’s a mistake with my refund. The screaming woman woke me up to tell me so. And this different employee (screaming woman) pushed through the refund for the wrong day without my consent. Losing me the reimbursement for my expenses Anjel had tried working out with me. I showed them evidence Expedia confirmed it was pushed through without consent because the motel told him to. I was asking to have the chance to speak to the manager “tomorrow.” The unknown employee instead screamed at me and kicked me out right there. She tried stealing my things by locking me out of the room without warning. I sent them a federal disability accommodation request and verbally told them of the request to not be kicked out a day early. But of course it was ignored. I’m homeless tonight in my truck. Nowhere to sleep. So far no refund and I was kicked out for telling them about cleaning poop out of my room. I never raised my voice to that woman and the whole thing was recorded.

The desk had a bad odor and the elevator was filthy dirty. Trash in the walk way, generally the whole complex was dirty. Cover on the bed had a brunt spot. Towels were fOld and thin . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone..

Horrible. Price was jacked up due to parent's weekend. Room was dirty, towels nasty, and every time we left had to get new keys to room. Stay away from this place!

Trash greeted us outside the office. Piles of it. Room was partially serviced. Still dirty and no linens. Sticky table and counter.

There were piles of full trash bags outside our room. Room light was on and the bed pulled out to the middle of the room. Floors were really dirty. Pretty sure the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Just wasn’t a good experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND DISGUSTING. The room was filthy. The floors clearly have never been swept or mopped. There was no toilet paper besides the empty rolls under the vanity. Pretty sure there was actual feces on the way and part of the bathroom entry way. Smoke alarm was busted and wouldn’t stop beeping. NO HANDSOAP

Entered the room and outside the door was bedding, sheets, and bed covers. No bed covers on either bed. No toilet paper. Toilet not cleaned, feces visible. Room floor not swept.

We were shocked by how filthy the hotel was. It's nothing like the pictures online. We didn't even take showers because nothing was clean. The pillows are so flat, even when stacked together. The bedding was stained and disgusting. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. We won't be staying there again or recommending it to anyone. We took pictures of how bad it was.

We reserved a room with 2 beds but they gave us a room with 1. They said they had no other rooms. The room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived and the toilet was full of toilet paper. Overall bad experience

TV would not function, inroom phone would not work and no internet.. Also..transients on the property and the smell of marijuana in the hallways. Beds were decent though..

We stayed at this place for two name changes and mane yesrs. The the place has been painted and looked nice, however the TV did not work in the first room and when we asked about it, they seemed to know, but put us in there anyway. We had a reservation for over 6 months. They finally moved us to a different room the next day and we had many problems with the Electronic door mechanism. The staff was polite and were trying to make things work.

If you like noisy places, the smell of weed, with hookers this place is great... for the rest of us it is not a good value

Room was a non-smoking room and yet smelled like smoke There was no television controller in the room Didn’t matter we just crashed and left the next morning Property was a little rundown

Room wasnt ready at check in. Waited a hour after they said it would be ready and it still wasnt. They handed me my blankets and i made my own bed. Bed had springs poking me and the place was in rough shape.

We booked two queen beds and they gave us two doubles. The beds felt like sleeping on a box spring and the pillows felt like sleeping on a rolled up towel. All of this pales in comparison to how absolutely dirty it was. The bathroom floor looked like it was a hazmat scene, a woman was smoking crack in the parking lot, and there were stains on the bedding that I didn't want to know the origin of. If I could have left and slept literally anywhere else I would have.

Dirty shower, tv went in and out working and toilet got plugged after one use.

Seemed like a sketchy neighborhood. Windows are single pane so every time my car came by it was incredibly noisy. When I checked in the lady was nice enough, but I thought it was odd. She didn’t check my ID or ask for a credit card for a deposit even though it says on the contract that they will put a deposit on your card for the room. Just didn’t seem very professional. Then as soon as I get my stuff and walk up to my room, I realize that both my room keys don’t work. So I have to carry all my stuff back downstairs to go. Tell her that they didn’t work. She then starts questioning if I put them next to my cell phone or my bank card and I’m thinking why don’t you apologize to the convenience and just get me cards actually work. So then I told her that I know not to put the best to my cell phone. They were not anywhere near my cell phone so clearly I was just a glitch and they don’t work. She almost looked irritated that she have to get off her butt and do something. Thankfully, that’s the only time I had to interact with the staff during my stay. I would not stay here again.

We booked several rooms because of the low rate and that each room had a kitchenette. The first night one of the rooms got broken into leaving the door unable to lock. The property wouldn't move the guest to another room. So their only option was to either leave the hotel altogether or sleep in a room that had already been broken into and now had a broken lock. We opted to move to a safer hotel. Expedia attempted to get the money back for the unused nights, but the hotel refused. Very disappointed in both the hotel and the service and will not book with them again nor recommend this location to visitors.

Didn’t even get to my room. Was told it would be 15 minutes and it was already around 10:23 PM. The manager mentioned that there were too many checkouts and understaffed on cleaning. Came back and staff wasn’t even there. Then came back again around 11 PM and was told 30-35 minutes. I then left to get a room in another hotel.

I don’t know if I should feel bad or angry. Supposedly the place only had one housekeeper for a busy weekend. Either way we weren’t able to check in until 9:30 on a night where my son had to get up early the next day for a major track event at UO.

When we arrived late that evening, at 11:30 pm. the lobby was full of customer's complaining their rooms were filthy, no clean linens or towels, and asking for refunds because they wanted to leave. We checked in and were given a room which was directly next door to the office. Before we even opened the door, we noticed the drapes were pulled back and the lights were on in the room. From outside we could see how filthy the window was and noticed there were no sheets or any other bedding on the bed. We opened the door and the room was filthy. The mattress was extremely stained including blood stains. I walked thru the room and noticed the carpets were filthy and the bathroom looked stained and dirty. There was one towel folded on a rack, barely any toilet paper left on the only roll and the tub was stained and dirty. We immediately went back into the office to see an employee arguing with a patron telling the patron he no longer has access to a room and the two of them run out of the front door chasing each other down the walkway. That was shocking and unacceptable behavior for any employee. The lady at the front desk stated they had towels in the dryer and if I could be patient they'd give us towels as soon as possible. I explained we didn't even have bedding and the room was filthy. I had to ask for a refund. No other resolutions were offered to me. This establishment should not be in business in this condition!

I'm 76 years old and have stayed in hundreds of hotel/motels across Europe and the US. This was the worst stay of my life. Staff was rude and arrogant. Check in is 3p, we arrived at 4:30p and no rooms available. Nothing was ready.. We returned at 8:30p and they were still cleaning the room. No blankets, no towels. Just terrible.

When I pulled in - the parking lot had one car with smashed-out windows, and another that was clearly inoperable. There were adult men and backpacks huddled in corners of the building making hand exchanges. Several units had notices posted on the doors, and in a walkway, there were piles of dirty sheets lying on the cement at 4pm in the afternoon. The clerk at the desk was very kind and canceled my reservation. As I pulled out of the driveway, a drug deal happened right in front of me on the property.

Property has vagrants wandering around the parking lot looking in cars. The room was clearly not well maintained and evidence of mold in the bathroom existed. Immediately attempted to check out and the staff said that “third party” check ins were unable to be dealt with at desk however rejected any attempt at any sort of compensation Location on map looked ok but was clear that the property itself is not maintained and is not safe for property in cars as threats exist in parking lot

Everyone was professional and friendly,room was clean and comfortable, near to transit.

I booked this hotel about four months ago for a football game and your description of the room was not clear. I thought I was getting two rooms and there was only one so they let my son stay in a second room the first night and then we had to change rooms. The condition of the hotel was atrocious. It needs to be power washed, and cleaned, especially on the outside. There was police there. There was noise from the street. There was trains. There’s no soundproofing. I would never stay there again no matter what price

The staff is totally awesome they are all very nice people. The general manager is so sweet and helpful. The location is great also close to gateway mall.

The property was dirty and we did not feel safe in that location. Someone definitely needs to attend to this property. The place was very dirty and unsanitary. The beds were bad , the nights very noisy and we had some random person knock on the door in the morning. This place almost ruined our holiday.

Had to ask for a blanket for the bed. No cup at all. No ice bucket or ice at all. Trash sat in the stairwell from Friday to Monday. Walked around bare foot long enough for the bottom of our feet to be completely black. That floor hasn't been mopped for a long time. Yet I paid $626 for 4 nites. That is the single WORST lodging deal that I have ever made.

There was no WiFi,no coffee. We had to go to the office for toilet tissue after check in.The stairs needed power washing. There was no housekeeping. We had to go to the office for fresh towels and trash bags. The room did have a nice refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

The room was clean however the were a few minor issues there was no remote for the tv and would have liked if there were a coffee pot and the shower curtain rod was all but ripped out of the wall and the bathroom light you have to flip the switch on and off quickly to get the light on.

No towels upon arrival. No coffee even though it stated that there was coffee in the lobby. Grounds were not well maintained. Cigarette butts everywhere even though there were signs plastered every foot or so saying no smoking within 10 ft of the building. The kitchenette did not have any pans, silverware or any dishes. The room was clean though.

This was probably the worst stay I’ve had in my 70 years of staying anywhere. No blanket on the bed, no cup of any kind for water, no wash cloth, no hair dryer, no little pen or notepad. It doesn’t make sense. They have a full-sized frig and two burners yet no silverware nor pots or pan. I don’t need that but the blanket would have been nice. And their pillows were plastic! Unheard of!!
