Hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly. Used the business center with no issues. Only ate breakfast one morning and it was good. The first room we got had an AC issue but they moved us quickly The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good parking. User and easy to sleep. The elevators were slow but not bad. We did not receive room service during our 4 night stay but that does not bother me. I would like to see them vacuum the elevators nightly. And a small bag of trash sat in the hallway for over 24 hours. All and all the lobby and common areas were clean and neat.

The staff was incredibly friendly at check in and check out. It was quiet in the hotel, which was nice. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options! We wished the pool had been heated, but that could have been because Hurricane Helene damage is still being worked on. Overall, great stay, very comfortable.

I love staying at the Hampton Inn locations when we travel. Overall this property was clean and super friendly. The property is currently under renovations, so some construction things to deal with during the day like dumpsters and construction vehicles. The property did a great job at containing and mitigating construction noise and debris. The bummer of the stay (a 5 night stay) was that our suite was never serviced for clean linens or trash take out. Because we booked through hotels.com, a third party booking, the Hampton Inn was unable to refund or discount any portion of our stay. The food options for the length of stay were decent - there is a small "store" in the lobby that was reasonably priced for snacks and frozen treats. I bring this up as this location seems to be far from areas that have stores or a larger selection of restaurants near by.

I have come to expect a certain level from Hampton inns and this didn't quite match that expectation. The room wasn't super clean. The toilet was loose from the floor and so it moved. There was some debris on the floor. The conditioner container was empty. The ice maker was broken as was the microwave in the breakfast room. It might take some effort to get the ice maker repaired however it's pretty easy to pick up another microwave. It certainly was not worth the amount of money that I paid for the room for the night. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful and we did enjoy the pooll

I stay at Hampton for business and pleasure in various cities several times a year. This had what I expected; good size room, work desk, decent gym, good breakfast, nice staff. Did come across a challenge finding the site because you can see it from the road but it’s not well signed of which driveway to use given that is behind multiple other businesses. Had a housekeeping issue as we pulled back the covers on one of the beds and found a large blood stain as well as what look like bug carcasses. Switched to the other bed and it was made up with sheets that were at least one size too small and barely on. Alerted from desk and they will look into it.

Stayed the Sunday before Thanksgiving and the Friday after. We picked this hotel since it allowed pets (with a fee). Both times a very nice young lady checked us in, Anneliese I believe was her name. Had a dog area outdoors with bags and a collection can which was nice. Also, lots of area around the hotel to walk. The local restaurant in front of the hotel unfortunately had gone out of business in August, but we did fine with the Zaxby's nearby. Pool was nice and breakfast in the morning exactly what you expect at a Hampton Inn, good standard breakfast foods.

We had one towel for 2 nights and 2 people upon check in. They did give us one more towel when we informed them. The next day we noticed there was no hair dryer in the room and our shower had excessive little black hairs in the corners of the shower. We asked them to clean the shower while we were out during the day and it never happened. Also they did check to see if there were extra hair dryers but they had none. When I walked barefoot in my room the bottom of my feet turned black. The breakfast was good and the lobby was nice. The staff was friendly but I was disappointed they didn’t go above and beyond when we politely expressed our needs about the towels, cleanliness, and missing hair dryer.

**BEDBUGS** We were here for a memorial service and were treated horribly. Do not stay at this property there was a bedbug in our room on the comforter, the toilets would not flush in any of the rooms, the remote for the tv had so much dirt and grease on it we had to wipe with 3 disinfecting wipes and it was still dirty. The sheets had stains, hair and sugar. The assistant manager Mary was an incompetent liar, was not apologetic at all, and had a very passive aggressive attitude towards the whole situation. The room they switched us to was no better. The breakfast was disgusting we all got sick. Do not stay here pest control was called when we checked out.

Went during construction, the hotel should have informed us that’s there’s lots of dust from construction. The room next to us had the TV on 24/7, we let staff know and nothing was done. There were lots of dust all over even at check in desk And while getting breakfast

First, staff were nowhere to be found. We arrived around 6 PM on a Friday evening to check in. I stood at the front desk for at least 10 minutes with nobody there. I ended up trying to find a main number to call the property to see if we could get someone to come out and check us in. There were two other times that I went to the front desk during our two nice day for very minor issues. Again, there was no one to be found. I will give the property a break for the lobby area, being disheveled, as they were doing some pretty substantial work. However, the elevators and hallways look like they hadn’t been swept in weeks. The room itself was acceptable. The only issue is the shampoo dispenser that was missing from the shower had never been replaced.

Loved it!!!The room was more than what i expected!!!Wish their tv's were upgraded to smart tv's so we could have had a better selection of channels but overall it was absolutely amazing!!I definitely will be booking again very soon!!

Loved the roll in shower. The shower chair was a little low. It could be about the same height as a wheelchair. Was easy to get on but a little difficult to get back in wheelchair when finshed with shower. Room was spacious and clean.

Property is undergoing a renovation, which appears to be going well. The primary issue is it is almost impossible to find a staff member. 5 times over three days, I went to the front desk to try to resolve an issue. Could never locate a staff member. Couldn’t find one to get a receipt at checkout (at 8:00 a.m.) either. This also happened the last time I stayed at this property. Staffing is clearly inadequate.

I was disappointed with check in. We are Hilton Honors but you saved $30/night. I mentioned this on check in. Response was oh you used third party. She was rude and very uncharacteristic of Hilton. It should not have made a difference. She should have still been welcoming. Plus and petty there were no cookies little choice on tea. Understood why water wasn’t hot. Room was fine but interesting that there was two of the towels and just two bars of soap no lotion. I think they were skimpy with your customers. We have stayed in this Hampton for about 15 years on this same weekend Thank you for your time

The facility itself was nice. Quiet location with restaurants quite a distance away. Checking in and checking out was absolute chaos! Took at least 40 minutes each time.. with no one else in line. They had to manually set our door lock, and in the middle of the night other guests tried to get into our room as the too had working keys!?? If not for the safety latch, they would’ve just barged in. They DEFINITELY need to update their criteria when hiring front desk associates!! My first, and LAST stay at this location.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, the room was convenient (we have a mini Labradoodle so they put us near the exit on the main floor, very convenient for early morning trips outside)😀 parking was convenient to the room and a restaurant right next door.👍
