The room was cleaned properly but the other amenities could use some help. The pool had dirty towels and trash on the ground for over a day, and the fitness center wasn’t cleaned the entire week I was there. The fitness center was lacking basic equipment which was one of the main reasons for the lower rating. I booked the place because they stated they had a fitness center but they didn’t even have free weights and the room was not air conditioned and the AC in the gym was not functional. Everything else was decent.

This hotel was nice enough, and the room was big enough for 3 adults and 2 children. The biggest problem I had was that I specifically booked this hotel because it was one of the only hotels that had an indoor pool; however, when we got there the pool was ‘closed for the season’. It’s an INDOOR pool. The kids were super bummed.

Circuit room just because they had heated pools advertised on their website to get there and their signs on the door closed for the season what's the purpose of having a heated indoor pool for it to be closed for the season very disappointed

The property offered breakfast which was convenient and also had lemon infused water available day-long which was a nice perk. The pool was out of order and the equipment at the fitness center was a bit outdated and the automatic lights in that room would not stay on. There are very few restaurant options in the Clinton area which is not the hotel’s fault but made staying in Clinton less comfortable.

We are traveling with children and looked specifically for hotels with indoor pool. Pool pump is out and waiting on parts. Management was wonderful and gave up a refund but our trip was stressful looking for a replacement hotel with crabby kids. Everything else looked good

This hotel is not worth the money. It’s gross and dirty. Fitness room is terrible and A/C wasn’t working, ice machine wasn’t working, hallways are super hot and elevators are slow. Elevators are so slow you worry you may get stuck inside it for a period of time. This happened three times. Grateful we only had to stay one night.

I never used the breakfast buffet, but it did look like they had quite a few items out. The issues I had were with the cleanliness of the room. I found a partially eaten sandwich in my microwave on day two. The shower was pretty dirty. Bedding seemed fine and everything else was nice. Just could’ve used a little more thorough cleaning and potentially an update on the bathrooms.

We arrived to our room to find our room was not cleaned, the bathroom had no shower curtain and there was soap and a used washcloth in the shower and the floor was dirty. I asked to change rooms and the new room did not have used items in the shower, thank goodness. The halls were not clean and smelled like BO and marijuana. Rooms say no smoking, but clearly people are. There was a layer of dirt in the elevator. I wanted to cancel and find a new hotel, but your no refund policy would not allow it. I have no idea how this hotel had good reviews. Awful and I’m not using Travelocity again after this experience. I can not wait to check the heck out of this awful building. Sincerely, Kori

Huge cockroaches in the room! On the walls and furniture. The pictures of the outside are outdated. The hotel is actually not well maintained. Multiple flickering lights inside and outside. Rotten, water damaged ceiling tiles. Pass on this one.

Property is very run down. Very nasty when in your room you find a roach crawling on the wall and a stink bug as well. Sheets were clean and room was clean, but the fridge smelled like food. Good property in need of A LOT OF TLC, and an exterminator.

Our first room was a King bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed frame was broke in half so had to get another room after we were ready to go to sleep. My 13 year old is too old and big to sleep in the bed with his parents. Second room was double beds so better but the cleanliness left something to be desired. Hair all over the bathroom floor, dirty all around every light switch and door handle. Cracks in the bathroom wall, furniture broken, etc. Then when I stepped around the side of the bed near the outer wall to climb into bed I stepped in water. At that point we were not wanting to switch rooms again because it was so late. When paying over $200 for a room this is not what one would expect. It was an $80 hotel at best.

Mediocre property. Comfy beds. The hotel was without running water the next morning due to maintenance being done & no one bothered to tell me. I’ve stayed several times in the past & water never gets more than lukewarm, at best. There was also a huge cockroach on the wall, which I killed, of course!

First room had no HOT WATER. Second room you had to let water run to get WARM water. Really sad for the PRICE YOU CHARGE and then have a person say you have to RUN the FAUCET and BATH TUB AT THE SAME TIME TO GET IT. I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO. PURE CRAP IN MY OPINION.

I liked where to motel was located very close to the interstate, very easy to find, the only thing I did not like is the heat and air system, every time the unit came on it was too loud for sleeping, this is why I stopped by was to get some rest, so if you need some sleep this is not a good place, I'm not a rocket scientist, but stop using these worthless window units, I will pay extra for a good nights sleep. Thank you.

Clean large room and very quiet. Comfortable bed. Only one small trash can that filled quickly and with limited room service was over flowing by the time I checked out. Refrigerator barely worked, and would hardly keep food cool.

The staff were VERY friendly and check in was fine. But that is where the positives stopped. The room next to ours had there TV so loud and since it had an adjoining door, the sound was amplified. The keypad on the door had blood on it. The beds were standard but the bathroom had a smell. Lastly, the breakfast was mediocre at best. Powdered scrambled eggs, greasy hash browns. I definetly would not return and dont feel like it was worth the $140 a night...

The people at the front desk were excellent. So friendly and accommodating. Feel bad they were so short handed.Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, had the usual waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, and fruit. Only downside to this place was the fitness room. The ac in the room wasn’t working. It was hot and stuffy. I left the door open a little to get some air. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I left a very expensive pair of head phones in our room. They were a gift from my son. I know exactly where they were left and when I returned back to get them house keeping claimed to know nothing about them. The front desk clerk was very rude. The manager was the only one sympathetic.

The front desk clerk, Cici, was wonderful. Very friendly and inviting. I will come back because of her. Room attendant was friendly as well and room was very clean. The hotel does look like it could use a little freshen up. However slept comfortably and clean room. Only problem was the marijuana smell coming from a/c. We were on bottom floor and people outside were smoking it.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was ready and hot although some items were not as tasty (hashbrowns) as others. I cant speak on the pool since I did not use it. We enjoyed the proximity to Musgrove Mill Battlefield right down the road and Blue Ocean Seafood and Roc Burgers!

The location is the best feature. It's close to Presbyterian College. We went there to watch a football game where our grandson participated. The employees were polite. This hotel needs updates in all aspects.

Great spot to be close to school and not as high priced. There are nicer hotels, but they are 30 minutes at least from Presby. Looks dated and old on outside, inside is clean and gets you a nice night and breakfast.

Breakfast was the same and wasnt always fresh. Rooms damp and beds hard. Side doors always propped open. Not very secure. We used to like staying here for the price and quality but the quality seems to have gone down. Still very nice people.

Great service, friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and abundant. I really appreciated that breakfast was served from 7a-10a. At other places it's been 6a-9a, which is too early for me (I work late at night and sleep late). It is very, very quiet! Surprisingly so, despite being near a major roadway. Will stay again!
