Comfort Inn & Suites Santee I-95

The staff was phenomenal! Theresa checked me in on Friday night and was a pleasure to talk to throughout my visit! Breakfast was great and server Chris was very helpful and kind. Room attendants were all pleasant and accommodating! I will definitely make this hotel my first choice when I visit again.

The rooms and hallways are tired. The lobby used too much air freshener. They were painting the exterior when we got there so they are spiffing up the exterior. The bed was comfortable.

Easy to reach of the highway. Good parking and good location for food. Breakfast and the gentleman taking care of it were excellent and well stocked. He was very aware and attentive. Room was very worn with spots on the couch. The bathtub inside and out had black mold in several areas. In order to get the thermostat to work, we had to take the cover off. Not an 8.0 hotel by any means.

The room was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It seems to be a little bit older but they are renovating. Very impressed and would definitely recommend to anyone!! It smelled so clean and the breakfast was good too!

Nothings in up to date. Old and run down. Way over price!
