We didn’t end up staying there. Due to a faulty air con in our family room we were offered two separate rooms for two adults and one child, which was unacceptable for our stay. So we got downgraded to a 3star hotel which was not the best. I contacted the manager for a refund on the difference and got no reply.

The reception was absolutely incredible! The staff was super welcoming and kind to us. The hotel is very well located, less than 1 minute from a metro station; it has restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was super clean, beautiful, comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect. And one of our favourite parts was the breakfast, which was spectacular! Would recommend to anyone, and if we are ever back in Milan, this is where we are staying.

Hotel was really good and staff were great with the below caveats. The television kept turning itself on (00:30 and 07:30, as well as other times). The waste for the shower blocked such that the shower tray overflowed and flooded the bathroom - although both of these were reported so hopefully would by now be fixed. Whilst there was a free breakfast provided, Hotels.com did not advertise this and when I notified the hotel of this, the receptionist was pretty useless and didn't really take any ownership to resolve the matter (which is a little strange as it is to the Hotel's advantage). Other than that, it was fab, and really cool in spite of the heatwave.
