The only thing I’d change is the tree (pillar) between the pool and the hot tub, it made it difficult to watch the kiddo while my partner and I relaxed. Also: yes, there is a hot tub, I don’t know why the listing doesn’t include it.

It was a good stay overall with nice breakfast everyday. One downside is if you are staying long ,the laundary is terrible with quarters to rely on and the condition of dryer was very bad. Other than that there is fun activites in the pool area for the kids.

The only thing you guys need to fix is the pool the floors were very slick and I saw I couple kids hit their head on the floor from slipping, one slide had no guard rails could be a huge liability, other than that it is a great little place for the kids

The hotels pool was awesome except the light that was hanging out from the Hot Tub I didn’t feel safe going in there with it like that. The hotel room was clean and beds are comfy but there was some wear and tear in the room. Shower and bathtub were perfect. Didn’t get to eat the breakfast since I was obsessed with hitting the cafes in Madison. Check in and check out staff were very pleasant.

We were in town for high school March Madness at the Kohl Center Thursday-Saturday. Perfect location, lots of amenities, great service, awesome restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay. Only concerns we had were the company around the pool area who were vaping, drinking, swearing and blaring music. Lifeguards were present, but did nothing about it. Lots of older teen horse playing in pool and holding each other under water- again no reaction from lifeguards.

Clean hotel with nice modern updates, comfy beds, pool area was great for our family. Not too busy on a weekday. Some small spots of chipping paint on the toddler slides that need fixing before they get worse. The bigger slide was a lot of fun. Pool area was very warm. Breakfast was huge, a great deal. Not much going on in the area as it’s in a business park but there is a large mall area 3 min drive away.

The first room I was given ended up not being cleaned from the last guest. Food, glasses, bottles, dirty towels, debris all over carpet. Lucky they had another room available as they were pretty much completely booked. Location is good, overall quiet stay, nice pool area.

Unfortunately we had a horrible night stay due to being placed on the same floor as bunch of high schoolers during the state hockey meet. The noise was ridiculous and the pranks were obnoxious and late. I’ve tried three times to contact the hotel manager and have not even heard back. Very disappointing! Also, our bathroom was gross and has a hole in the wall that no one bothered to patch apparently.

The room was just ok had a few issues with cleanliness and an unexpected lets just say.. bug I saw crawling on the floor our second day there. Although I had pictures front desk seemed unconcerned and I was told that bug wasn't what I thought it was! Hotel was busy on Friday so a lot of Nosie in the halls with kids slamming doors and running. Pool area wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Our first time visiting, and just disappointed. I don't wish to revisit!

I was surprised by how nice this place was for the price I paid. The room had a very high ceiling, so I couldn't hear much of anything in the room above. The bed was king sized and very comfortable, the room was huge and cozy. Staff was polite, helpful and professional. The pool was more of a small water park, which was a nice bonus. It felt like it could've been a little more clean but was nice. We didn't have a room overlooking the pool, which was good for us, but I thought for families with small kids, that could be nice. The hotel was in a nice, quiet, safe area, lots of shopping and dining options near by. I would stay here again. Overall very happy.

The best Holiday Inn we have stayed before. Big room, clean, very high ceiling, new decors, comfy bed. Best breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but the pool has several tunnels and slides, kids will have so much fun.

It was good with the exception of other guests on the balcony over the pool that were talking at 2 am and voices echoing throughout and loud in our room. Manager resolved it quickly. Overall nice room. Comfortable bed. Clean and spacious. I would ask for a room away from the water park.

Room was ok. Shower had a cheap nozzle like from a dollar store compared to how nice the bathroom was made to look. Otherwise it was an acceptable room for the one night I needed it. Front desk women were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in business park, so there wasn't much to do around it. On the plus side the hotel had a restaurant and bar that were convenient. The location is a bit awkward to get to from the highway, but not bad. The room was clean, but we could really hear that crying baby in the next room in the morning.

We drove about 2 hours from the Chicago area to see Morgan Wallen in Madison and chose this hotel due to proximity to the Camp Randall Stadium. It was about a 20 min drive to get there. The hotel was great and family friendly with a small indoor water park. The only hiccup of our stay was that our room was not ready during the 3pm check-in. We got there about 1:30pm hoping for an early check-in but was told our room would not be ready until 3. I asked if they'd let my family into the pool area and they said no problem and provided us with wristbands and an entry card. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was ready closer to 4pm and we had a family suite overlooking the pool, which was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The ice machine was broken which was a bummer. They offered a great buffet style breakfast in the morning and the selection of food was pretty good! Check in was very fast and smooth as well.

Chose hotel specifically for their 24 hr airport shuttle but when I tried to arrange it at the front desk they said they didn’t have a driver. They told us to arrange for a cab with Union Cab and they would pay for it (they have an account). When the taxi arrived, the night manager Vijay refused to sign off on it and was extremely unhelpful. Chose hotel specifically for their 24 hr airport shuttle but when I tried to arrange it at the front desk they said they didn’t have a driver. They told us to arrange for a cab with Union Cab and they would pay for it (they have an account). When the taxi arrived, the night manager Vijay refused to sign off on it and was extremely unhelpful. Hotel was very nice but our room wasn’t ready until almost 5:00. We had to wait around for 2 hours w/ no way to know if our room was ready. I had to keep waiting in line at the front desk to ask about our room. It would have been nice if they could have called or text when it was ready. We could have been doing something else for 2 hours w/ our children instead of just waiting around the lobby w/ nothing to do.

We drove about 2 hours from the Chicago area to see Morgan Wallen in Madison and chose this hotel due to proximity to the Camp Randall Stadium. It was about a 20 min drive to get there. The hotel was great and family friendly with a small indoor water park. The only hiccup of our stay was that our room was not ready during the 3pm check-in. We got there about 1:30pm hoping for an early check-in but was told our room would not be ready until 3. I asked if they'd let my family into the pool area and they said no problem and provided us with wristbands and an entry card. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was ready closer to 4pm and we had a family suite overlooking the pool, which was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The ice machine was broken which was a bummer. They offered a great buffet style breakfast in the morning and the selection of food was pretty good! Check in was very fast and smooth as well.

It was our first visit to the area and Holiday West. Everyone was warm, friendly and always helpful. The rooms, lobby, bar and restaurant were clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The exterior was neat and clean. Breakfast was great with many tasty options. Holiday West is close to other eating and shopping establishments. Will definitely stay here again when in the area and will recommend it to friends and family.

I was surprised by how nice this place was for the price I paid. The room had a very high ceiling, so I couldn't hear much of anything in the room above. The bed was king sized and very comfortable, the room was huge and cozy. Staff was polite, helpful and professional. The pool was more of a small water park, which was a nice bonus. It felt like it could've been a little more clean but was nice. We didn't have a room overlooking the pool, which was good for us, but I thought for families with small kids, that could be nice. The hotel was in a nice, quiet, safe area, lots of shopping and dining options near by. I would stay here again. Overall very happy.

Clean hotel with nice modern updates, comfy beds, pool area was great for our family. Not too busy on a weekday. Some small spots of chipping paint on the toddler slides that need fixing before they get worse. The bigger slide was a lot of fun. Pool area was very warm. Breakfast was huge, a great deal. Not much going on in the area as it’s in a business park but there is a large mall area 3 min drive away.

The hotel is in business park, so there wasn't much to do around it. On the plus side the hotel had a restaurant and bar that were convenient. The location is a bit awkward to get to from the highway, but not bad. The room was clean, but we could really hear that crying baby in the next room in the morning.

We loved it. The breakfast was great and we loved that it went until 10 am. Everything was so fresh. We came from a different time zone so we needed a bit more time to sleep in. House keeping was polite and respectful. When we needed more trash bags or just cleaning in general, they were able to make it happen.

Came up for the Coldplay concert. Room was spacious and clean....check in/ out quick and easy. Friendly staff. Bartender in bar ( by restaurant) was excellent and friendly. Food in restaurant was iver priced in my opinion and no vegan options. Definitely would stay here again

Excellent friendly staff. Rooms were fantastic and the kids loved the swimming area. The only downside was the restaurant attached. Food was bland but the server was attentive and kind. Will definitely be back, however will be eating off property.

We have been coming up here every year for the past 5 years. Rooms are nice and spacious. The waterpark is a hit. And the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Highly recommend, especially if coming with smaller kids.

Check-in was fine got to our room and found that there were all kinds of hairs in one of the beds and black markings on the pillowcases. when someone came up to change the sheets, They told us they were just stains and not dirty. They did change the sheets and gave us new pillowcases, but told us they only had one blanket left in the whole building,was not comforted by their statements. The next morning , We asked if we could have a late checkout and Barbara who is at the desk was rude and Starkey told me there were too many people there and that it would be impossible for that to happen, yet the people behind us were able to get a late stay. when my mom came in to get a pass to watch the kids swim she gave her a bracket and then my mom said something about oh I thought there was a charge and after giving it to my mom and telling her there wasn’t a charge, she charged her $10 This was Barbara at the desk again. She never smiled never said thank you, just rude and snarky. On the flip side, Kids had a great time. The pool area is above and beyond, lifeguards were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was terrific although we were supposed to be given tickets for breakfast and we did not receive them, but they did finally let us have breakfast all in all fairly good stay.
