ROACHES. Do not stay at this hotel. The pictures are very carefully framed and contain things not all the rooms have. I was in absolute shock when I walked in. The big plexiglass protective wall around the front desk told me I'd made a huge mistake, but I still couldn't imagine how awful the room would be. The cabinet under the sink was broken, the faucet was loose and moved around, there was glue and damage all over the bathroom door where apparently a mirror used to be, there were no towels of any kind, the toilet was dirty and there was no toilet paper. I had to ask the front desk twice for toilet paper and hand towels. The second time I asked, a maintenance person who didn't even know what hand towels were handed me some ratty, oddly colored, mismatched washcloths. The smoke alarm was ripped off the wall, A/C only sort of worked, floor was torn up, one of the bedside lamps didn't work (and didn't have electricity running to the plug). The bed was giving prison cot. It was a bare metal frame, low the the floor, no bedspread, with a mattress so crappy I've seen better on a pull out couch. There were dead roaches in the hall, and I killed a bug in the bathroom. People were very loud all night long. If I'd had a choice I would have left and found somewhere else, but I couldn't afford to pay for another hotel room after paying for this one. I've been to a renovated Motel 6 and it was fine, and based on price I assumed this one had also been updated. DO NOT STAY HERE.
