Baymont by Wyndham Madison

Overall facilities felt very run-down, old or broken equipment in the gym, broken locks/security access on stairwell doors. My room did not have a toilet paper holder rod and the TV did not work. The facility was fine for my stay but I would not return.

On arival there was a man and woman who apeard homeless fighting. We went inside to check in. The man who was running the front desk was outside and stayed out there for quite sometime before checking us in. We then went upstairs to the room. The bathroom light didn't work. We then went down to the pool area. The lights were all off the hot tub was cold and jets didn't work. We then went outside to our vehicle and found what looked like puck all over the sidewalk. I highly can't recommend this hotel. For all this they should have discounted the rooms by a lot.

Stayed here a few years ago when it was owned by a different brand. Went downhill. Very dark rooms because there is only bedside lighting. Some outlets did not work. There was a hairdryer holder but no hairdryer. A bit dirty but not bad at all. Decent place but not what is was.

The hot tub was very nice to relax,but the Jets weren't able to go on the switch for them was busted. The room was very nice except there was no light in the bedroom area only a lamp for light which worked fine. Breakfast was good had a warm biscuits eggs and sausage with along with toast. Forgot to pack Tylenol and they had some in the vending machines but it was quite expensive. Overall experience was good except when we went to check in with our name and ID we were told we didn't have a room and had to go to the second Baymont 10 minutes away in downpouring rain, just to be told that the original hotel was the one we were supposed to stay at. Front service ass got snippy with us and she put in the name on the ID correctly and showed that we did have a room Make sure to double check the confirmation email and if it isn't correct due insist that you have a stay.
