Never Again. This Hotel was Dirty! Overbooked! Terrible Parking! Absolutely the worst service!

Great stay, complimentary breakfast was very good. Only thing that i would say was not was that the hallways were Hot.

Check in was easy and staff was great. Hotel was right off the highway for easy access. It looked like it was towards the end of a renovation/update. Room was clean but the bathroom had hair in the sink, bathtub and on the toilet. It was easy to just wipe it up and rinse it down the drain. Hotel was close to restaurants and downtown.

It was just a place to stay for the night. I booked it while there from the app and the price increased $30 from what it was originally showing in the app. There wasn’t much around so I continued with the booking. It wasn’t bad but it was extremely humid in the hallways and in the rooms. The room temp was 74 when we got in. I bumped it down to 62 and it kept shutting off. The breakfast was fantastic.

Beds were comfortable. No hot water or shampoo in shower. Freezer in room didn't work so our freezer packs thawed out. No hair dryer. Mediocre breakfast. Very strong smell of gas outside the building on west side.

Quick and easy check in and check out. Good breakfast, but not the best coffee. The coffee pods for the Keurig in our room tasted old and the one offered at breakfast just didn’t taste great. Our room was clean and it looked like it was just recently renovated. Friendly staff, too!

property grounds were dirty and had trash everywhere. breakfast was terrible eggs were inedible. coffee was good, needs more of a selection of breakfast items and teas, coffee wasnt available in the evenings

Rooms where good but not the hallways pretty old

The property’s curb appeal was fine. It is conveniently located near the highway and a variety of local dining spots. Inside is an entirely different story… once we entered into the lobby, it smelled musty. The check-in experience was unwelcoming. There wasn’t any wait to check in but the staff member might as well have been a robot as it was impersonal with a rattled spiel. Sadly, it only gets worse… the guest room was dire need of an update. The bed linens while appeared cleaned looked as if someone had wrinkled them and rolled over the bed. Even the cheapest hotels typically have a crisp, well-made bed. The blinds were damaged but functional. There were clipped nails on the floor!!! I have photos! The fabric on the chaise lounge was stained/dirty. The bathroom was even worse. There was hair and grimy muck around faucets. It all felt very dirty!! Before we would even open our luggage or sit on the bed, we went to the local WalMart to buy RID spray for the bed and lounge. I wore shoes in the room the entire visit. For $140/night (discounted rate) I expected to at least have a clean room. I was shocked! Hotel options are few in this area but if I had a flexible schedule, I would have demanded a full refund as it was absolutely disgusting. I have stayed in Motel 6’s better than this. The complimentary breakfast consisted of bread (no toaster) and some kind of eggs which I can’t eat. No juice, danish or cereal. It was an awful experience & I’m disappointed in Holiday Inn.

Very clean lobby and hallways as well as our room. Very quiet and very happy with stay. We did enjoy the free breakfast and area was clean and food was hot.

Bathroom not clean, paint on the bathroom floor and on the wall nasty dirty and been never cleaned, very old problem looks like month old,7 wall plugs not working,coffee machine not working,microwave when open tips over and almost fall down. Room smells very bad. When I ask staff about cooffee maker not working,she said I will be right back,never cam back,went to the breakfast room, no more biscuits. Ants on the wall and on the table, Try to talk to the manager, called me sweetly and said you should have come to me right away. I asked why they don’t check the rooms,answer we do, ja right. Why do I have to come and complain about the room, they should never rent the room in the first place. Disappointed,spend all my key cash on a bad room. They never called me and apologized. What a ……. I hope you can do something about it. I still have the video i took of the ants.

Checked into room. Smelled like a dead animal. One of the “clean” bed sheets had a large stain and hair. Hotel is short staffed. Find another option.

I loved the service and the cleanliness of the hotel, the room was great.

The facility was overall nice, comfortable, and as expected. The only issue I had with my stay was the electrical outlets and USB ports did not work, which was a slight hindrance, considering I had a teen and preteen with me. As well as the water pressure in the toilet was low, it barely flushed. Even though there was a few problematic issues, I would still recommend Holiday Inn for hotel accommodations to travelers. <3 <3

Not the worst but not the greatest… being an IHG member I was somewhat disappointed. A/C in the room was worse than most newer properties. Check in was good check out we were. Little put off by the wait at the counter

The room was great . The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure -- quite unusual for a hotel shower !! The breakfast area was very nice. It had plenty of food and was kept stocked well.

There were shower leakage and shower courtain was shorter than it need it. Then all bathroom was wet and sleepery.

I stayed at this holiday inn twice now and both visits i had room 224.. the room is really large for 2 queen beds, and one of the nicest rooms i been in quite some time.

WiFi was not working or it crashed a lot. Entertainment was poor. Not worth the price. Will not stay again in this chain.

Very nice. The price was reasonable and the room was spacious with plenty of plug ins for devices including USB ports. We will stay there again when we travel that way.

a convenient place for me as i was in mt pleasant for the passing of family member. after 8hr drive and a looong day the convenience of the Applebee's was another blessing. hotel staff and expedia were gracious enough to let me cancel unneeded extra day.

Stay was nice. Great breakfast and friendly front desk staff .

Clean, and breakfast was great!

The location was super clean and smelled clean!! The beds were amazingly comfy and cozy! Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The coffee stayed fresh!! In the bathroom they supply you with Dove products which is awesome because we are a Dove product family!! Nothing bad to say because it was nothing but good!!

Quick and easy overnight stop on our way home. We were able to check in at 1am which was great, facilities were clean and staff were really helpful. Breakfast was good too, plenty of options. I would stop through again on my way to/from East Texas.
