Enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn. Beautiful lobby with fireplace inside and outside. My husband is a smoker and the outside area was covered and warm. All the staff was nice. The breakfast was great. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious. The parking was easy. Easy in and out off the highway. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I enjoyed the stay. Convenient location. Parking lot is too small. Don’t agree with housekeeping policy. 5 night stay and we were scheduled for cleaning on day 4. Front desk staff moved that up without. Problem.

Pool could use updating, our phone in the room did not work, floor in kitchen/dining area with soft spots..trippable areas. Bedside table drawer would not stay closed. Refrigerator ice maker was malfunctioning. But the continental breakfasts were delicious full of variety! Staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Grounds were very clean, neat and enjoyably fun. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The stay was perfect. The fireplace made it feel cozy. The room service staff were friendly when they came to remove trash. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by my kids and husband. Overall we enjoyed our stay for the few days we were there.

Great service on reception. Great location. Room space ( double room suite) . Gym had half the equipment broken, no date on when could be fixed. Sofa bed in the room was not possible to sleep on, worst i have experienced. In the week we were there, although requested up until the last day,there was no service for our room, always chasing toilet rolls and a clean towel.

This hotel was super clean. Upon opening the room door, there was a fresh lemon-like scent, smelled really great. The kitchen area and refrigerator was spotless. The sofa super clean, the floors, bed, and bath area all very clean. No dust, no stains, no scents, and no spots. I was very pleased with my stay here and would gladly book again when needed. Concierge staff was also very polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you!

Nice suite - clean and always love Marriott beds. Breakfast was ok but not great - waffle maker was out of order and oatmeal was empty. We arrived around 9:10 for breakfast that ends at 9:30.

Customer service is excellent. They save me breakfast everyday due to my newborn baby situation. And everyone is so friendly. The reason for 4 stars review rating is that (1) they don't have a safe in the room, so can't store valuables/passport in the safe; (2) the room is quite dark, not enough natural light and the lightings in the room is quite dim light, and the layout prevent more natural light to comes in, so it makes the room quite dark even during the daytime.

The front desk lady was fantastic. Very kind; checked us in quickly and easily. Our heat did not seem to be working correctly on a very cold night so she gave us HER space heater for the night. We also had a good breakfast the next morning that was ready for us at 7 on a Saturday. The lady staffing that area was also hospitable, cheerful and helpful. We had a 2-BR suite which each had a private bath with a great sitting area, fireplace, and kitchen including full-size frig with icemaker, oven and dishwasher. I would stay here again!

I normally stay at the Courtyard Marriot when I go shopping at Potomac Mills. I came with my daughter and her family and she suggested we try Residency Inn and I am glad we did. Everything was so beautiful and comfortable. I will be returning soon.

Our room had several repairs that needed to done. The bathroom and kitchen faucets were leaking. The main TV did not work. The closet door was broken, bathroom tiles broken and TV panel fell off. This room (203) needs repairs before allowing others to stay there. The staff was friendly. The breakfast ran out every few minutes and one person was trying to keep it stocked. I would stay again but, check out the rooms prior to unpacking. Location is great.

We had not planned on staying at a Hotel, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we ended up at the Residence Inn. It was terrific. The rooms were set up very well so that we could have friends over and not just be sitting on the bed, we had a couch and a table and chairs, it was great. The breakfast each morning was also great and helped us save a little money. I would stay at a Residence Inn every time. Thank you
