I didn’t end staying when I got there the hotel was very uninviting. People sitting around outside smoking. When I arrived they informed me that the elevator was out of order and this ice machine was not working. They did allow me to cancel reservation. So I just left.

The hotel is being remodeled. It should not be open for rentals. Construction debris and supplies all over. Air quality abysmal. Sheetrock dust on all surfaces in the room. Had to call the hotel’s phone to get someone to come to the front desk. Outlets and lights on the bedside of the room did not work. No redeeming factors.

Stopped for the night on a long road trip. Immediately upon walking in the lobby reeked of smoke (cigarette and otherwise). The hallways leading to the rooms reeked all the more. The back “security doors” were broken. The pool looked oily. The floors in the room were not properly cleaned (found used cue tips on the floor). There were broken outlets by the window.

Did not disclose that the 3rd floor was under renovations. Had to walk through drop cloth covered hallways and filthy carpets to get to the room which looked like everything inside was wiped down with dirty mop water.

Everything covered in dust from remodel. Floors covered in trash. Funiture in room was falling apart. Cigarette burns all over bedding. Bathtub had mold growing all over it and the surrounding walls, water damage throughout bathroom. Toilet seat missing hardware so it moved all over the place. Complementary breakfast was 6 small muffins and coffee, that was it, nothing else. I get it, its a super 8, its cheap. But jfc i would of had a better stay if id slept in my truck in the parking lot.

Check in staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. That is the only thing nice I can say about the place. It smells rank, the door lock was falling off, the carpet was dank and filthy. The walls were crumbling and bare in spots, the shower and tub were nasty. Trash in halls and parking lot. Wouldn’t stay again until they remodeled.

I understand that they were going thru a renovation. However, the first room they gave us had bleach stained bed covers and the tub had cracks. You could see where they tried to fix things with a lot of caulking. The second room had hair all in the shower. The third room was ok, but smelled. They refused to refund us since we booked through Expedia.

When mentioned to front desk we were told with the light at the door and one lamp it should be enough. Chair had huge cut in material on side. Definitely on my list to not stay here again.

Up grade to sweet so I could check in earlier. The bed was the best thing in the room one Desk and chair. No other place to set. Newly remodeling still had the smell. Refrigerator old no shelf. Right on the Freeway easy to get to.

Room was in a terrible condition and so was the lobby and elevator. The bathroom was scary … shower trickled a little bit of water and ceiling looked like It was going to collapse. Free breakfast was orange juice coffee and muffin. They should not provide this as ‘free breakfast’ nor advertise it as including breakfast.

Water pressure was so low and they insisted it wasn’t, I could not take a bath for 2 days after running the water for 30 minutes only a half a cup of water was in the tub and I left I didn’t stay the second night

In the bathroom they have a touch light vanity. It changed brightness with a touch. It is a bit noisy but that's right by the highway. And it is being renovated so not quite ready for guests

This is an ok place outside of the breeze way smelling like some one has been using it as its own personal bathroom….gosh it was bad. Then when we went down to get breakfast the front desk worker was so very rude….and disrespectful, but as I’ve said it’s an ok place to stay!!!!

We waited 25 minutes for someone to man the frint desk to check us in. We found out that the hot breakfast we anticipated was not to be. Instead, there were muffins and coffee. Unacceptable for my diabetic husband and not what we thought it would be.

The person working in the front desk was very slow. It took over 30 minutes to check in and already had a reservation and paid for. The hotel was very dirty stains on the sheets over the floor the room was not clean. The elevator was broke to the second floor and had to use the emergency stairs behind the service desk to get it to the room

The young lady that checked me in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I had screwed up my booking date and had to contact Hotels.com to cancel and rebook. Front desk was great thru the process. Made a frustrating situation must easier and we had a few good laughs.

During our stay the building smelled like smoke in our bathroom the shower curtain was torn and I found hair all in the bathtub. The muffins were stale. The chip machine did not work. I had to ask to have our room cleaned. Overall it was okay but I will not stay there again.

Perhaps the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if they’re in the middle of renovations or had water damage, but everything was dirty, in the building and in our room. Debris was scattered in the entryway. Our sheets had a cigarette burn and a large mystery stain. Breakfast was just a cereal machine and some muffins. Honestly not sure if this even still counted as a hotel, but it was technically a place to sleep, I guess? Also, the microwave would start running when you opened it, which I think is actually just a safety hazard.

Breakfast area consisted of coffee and four muffins. There was only half and half and sugars. The room was dissapointment. The furniture was falling apart. In spite of that , the bed was comfortable.

First room very dirty. Got another room also very dirty. Sticky floors, old bed sheets with stains and may not have been washed since previous guest. Was unaware that hotel was ongoing renovations. “Breakfast” consisted of a muffin with juice machine and coffee. Staff was nice though.
