Grand Boutique Hotel Sergijo

For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent.

Extremely old. No air conditioning. Noisy all day long. Less than the bare minimum. Price should be 20€ per night.

We have spent one night at the property. The staff was excellent. Receptionist extremely helpful and great to talk to. All staff exhibited the "no problem" attitude!. They all went the extra mile to please us, being helpful, turning on jacuzzi for us even when it was after hours. When checking-in they even gave us choice about room choice without us asking. We also had complementary massage which was so great that I had booked another massage next day. The restaurant and bar looks great with nice atmosfere. The bad? The rooms are little dated. Our shower head needs some fixing. Toiled also needed some fixing as the water was leaking hence it was making the hissing sound in regular intervals to fill in the water so I have ended up to turning the toiled water off for the night. However, although this would be great to fix that did not bother us since overal we felt that we are being taken care of. I believe that if I would ask the staff to fix the above mentioned issues it will be done, I just did not care much since we were there just for one night. Det her hotel kan umuligt have 4 stjerner. Det er meget slidt - pyntet af en flot port, men indvendigt er der meget slidt. Og vildmarkssafari er - udover at være en fejloversættelse - et jacuzzi der ikke er der længere.
