Lovely location and an amazing gym. Usually gyms are stuck in a basement and cramped with barely any weights, not here! The sole objection is use of carpets in rooms as there is a slight odour.

Déçus. Taches propres ( comme à l’hôpital ) sur les draps et draps de dessous trop petit… les pieds sur l’alaise en plastique c’est pas fun. Nous signalons le soucis à l’accueil ( super gentil) et au lieu de refaire le lit, ils nous ont balancé un drap supplémentaire sur le lit !!! Bar de l’hôtel très beau mais avec des cocktails autour des 24€ … même au cap ferret c’est pas aussi abusé. Jacuzzi fermé le jour de notre arrivée, pareil le lendemain alors que nous l’avions choisi pour ça … on a pas du avoir de bol ! Mais pas de geste commercial non plus. Très bien placé, très beau mais en dessous de ce que l’on attend pour un radisson à ce prix !

Hotel is in perfect location on a beautiful square with lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Beautiful at night when it’s all lit up. Very short walk to everywhere. Highly reccomend the cocktail bar in the hotel. Just stunning and cocktails were amazing!!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sehr schönes Gebäude und wenn man sein Zimmer zur Innenstadtseite hat, bekommt man auch einen schönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt. Sauber, freundlich, ruhig, reichhaltiges Frühstück im schönen Saal und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut! Dennoch merkt man an der Möblierung den Zahn der Zeit. Allerdings kann man sich darüber nicht wirklich beschweren bei dem relativ günstigen Preis für ein Standardzimmer. Parkplatz direkt in der Tiefgarage darunter. Der Preis ist völlig angemessen, wenn auch nicht günstig. Das gilt aber nur für Hotelgäste, denn alle Anderen zahlen dort den höchsten Preis für eine Tiefgarage in Europa. Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht getestet, nächstes Mal.

Good hotel right in the centre. The gym is one of the best I’ve used at a hotel. Only negative is that you have to pay to use the spa (sauna, steam and jacuzzi) €17 per person. Didn’t do it because it felt like a rip off, should really be included at a hotel like this. Breakfast was really good with buffet and a la carte, this was also extra but worth it.

Hôtel aux prestations moyennes, loin du luxe affiché. Points positifs: - au centre de Bratislava. - parking. - bon petit-déjeuner mais onéreux. Points negatifs: - chambres, dites supérieures, très mal insonorisées. Possibilité d'entendre la fontaine, les notifications des téléphones portables et les conversations du cinquième étage. La fontaine s'entendait aussi au dernier. On a du prendre une chambre de standing moindre, bien sûr sans réduction de la part de l'etablissement. - nettoyage non assuré quotidiennement. Présence de quelques cafards. - téléphone dans la salle de bain qui sonne intempestivement. Problème signalé et non solutionné par l'établissement. - évier bouché.

Hotel was well maintained and clean. Nicely decorated for Christmas and prime location for holiday markets and popular attractions and great access to trams. Terrace rooms were great to take in the atmosphere of the market in the square below!

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Carlton for 7 nights in a premier room with a terrace. The room was very spacious and well kept, but the decor looked original to when the hotel reopened in 2001. We had room 103 and the only slight issue was on the first night the restaurant (not part of hotel) below us was hosting a private party and there was a din from the music until 2am. There were no other issues with noise during the stay - I would have appreciated the reception staff alerting us to this on arrival as it didn’t give a very good first impression. House keeping was great. All the staff were friendly and professional. There is a nice restaurant and bar, fitness suite and spa. Breakfast was good and lots of options available. Close to the tram stop, the eurovea shopping mall, the Danube (lots of nice waterfront restaurants) and the old town. Would stay again without hesitation.

Amazing hotel in great location in the Old town. Great room on 7th Floor with views of the Castle and main square outside. Nice surprise from the hotel in the room also as it was my birthday whilst there. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bratislava .

I was able to work from my room on strong wifi. Incredible location, best breakfast in Europe. Charming restaurants and gelato.across the pedestrian square. Very romantic. Will definitely come back when I have a boyfriend. My 16 year old son enjoyed the quick trip. Loved the music fountain, quiet and friendly people.

Beautiful hotel, large rooms and centrally located with excellent staff who more than went the extra mile to ensure we'd a lovely stay. They also kindly allowed an extended check out for which we were grateful. The staff (Anita) also assisted when local taxi man was being opportunistic. Use a prebooking service or book via the hotel.

We had such a great stay at this hotel! The staff were firstly amazing as soon as we stepping in! The room was great with beautiful view , I was celebrating a mikestone birthday so the upgrade and delicious cake was so kind and appreciated. Loved the breakfast a huge highlight for myself & my friend! Really topped off our stay and would definitely return Special shout out to Natalia she was just so lovely and helpful. Thank you fir making our stay so special And memorable Bratislava was a fabulous city!

We always choose this hotel whenever we visit Bratislava, and it never disappoints. The staff were friendly and welcoming as always, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city centre, within walking distance of all the main attractions and historical sites. It’s the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Bratislava. Highly recommended!

Lovely looking property, with great looks and very central location giving it premium feel. However with inconsistent service, some breakfasts had very attentive waiters (even with “trainee” name cards), but other times we had to wait 10-15 minutes after seating to even get anybodys attention. Similar with room service, missing slippers and room is refreshed only every other day ? (or as we were told at reception, even though in the room there is a card mentioning cleaning performed every day). Its those details that matter, where premium hotel feels seems to lag behing budget hotel alternatives in certain areas.

The staff friendliness and competence, the quality of accommodation, food, location, walkability, availability of public transport exceeded all our expectation. This hotel is right at the pinnacle of global hotel hospitality. The city itself is very interesting - but the additional bonus is that it is only about 40 km from Vienna.

Staff was the best part. Front desk above and beyond expecially Natalia. The sever male at the mirror bar the best. Well informed about menu and was a fun host. Breakfast clean pleanty of options for food with many local and American favorites. Quick clean service with additional al carte. Would recommend this hotel to all i know.

Most staff were very nice. Unfortunately there was someone who ruined my experience. They kindly approved our late check out for a couple of hours that would have given my husband extra sleep to recuperate from his illness. Then they changed their mind and told us to check out within 30 minutes at normal time. 30 minutes is not enough heads up. disappointed.

Property is central Bratislava and great for short stay, close to everything and convenient. Property did not have booked rooms available on arrival which was very inconvenient. For a Radisson also problems with room service, no replacement of water in room and not enough coffee. It filled the requirement for being central for our trip but I have stayed in better hotels in Bratislava not far away thar are better value.

The location is excellent - most of what we wanted to see was within walking distance and there was even a Christmas Market right in front of the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable enough, and had all the amenities we expected. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Would stay here again in the future.

A stunning and historic hotel with comfortable and deluxe rooms. The hotel bar is one of the best cocktail bars in the world, so be sure to check it out if that's your scene. The breakfast is served until 10:30 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends, and it's certainly worth the upgrade to eat it. A very convenient location with amazong restaurants and many top attractions within an easy walking distance. I look forward to staying here again!
