Hotellet ser lidt slidt ud udefra, men er meget pænere indenfor. Vi blev tjekket hurtigt ind og fik en parkeringsplads foran hotellet. Værelserne er pæne og har en god størrelse, det samme gælder badeværelse. Seng, bruser og ac fungeret fint. Dog lidt udfordret med, at ac slår fra løbende. Hotellet er dog virkelig lydt! Vi blev vækket af naboværelsets tv efterfulgt af alarmen, som ringede mere end 10 min. Det var i fin duet med støvsugeren fra gangen eller naboværelset. Det er ikke muligt at købe alm. vand på hotellet. Der er et lille fitnessrum. Løbebåndet var ikke det bedste og der er ikke meget luft 😅 Der skulle være en flaske vin pr. ophold. Dette var dog en kvart flaske bobler. Som man selv skulle be’ om.

I nærheten av sentrum, med parkering foran hotell men få plasser, store og fine rom, med klima, vi hadde 2 rom koblet sammen for oss 5. Grei avstanden å gå til sentrum og til slottet. Ok frokost.

O quarto é mais parecido com um flat, espaçoso e bem equipado, o que torna a estadia ainda mais confortável. Excelente custo-benefício. O café da manhã é bom, com variedade e qualidade. O único ponto negativo foi a diária do estacionamento, que custa €25 — um valor alto para quem está viajando de carro. No geral, recomendo o Mamaison em Bratislava, com essa ressalva para motoristas.

Great stay at Mamaison Residence. Breakfast was wonderful everything very fresh . Apartment perfect and as description. Our only let down was we couldn’t use our VIP privileges as the hotel had no bar.

Das Hotel ist schön, Blick auf die Burg. Punktabzug wegen 20€ pro Nacht für den Parkplatz! In meinen Augen Wucher! Die Altstadt ist fussläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend.

Super fint hotel beliggende i god gåafstand til centrum. Værelset var rummeligt og fint møbleret. Rengøringen kunne godt være en tand bedre i selve værelset - badeværelset var fint rent. Meget venligt personale som på trods af at vi ankom to timer inden check-in var venlige til at udlevere værelsesnøglen.

部屋はキッチンもあって広かったですが、前の人のゴミがイスの上に置いてあって清掃が行き届いているかどうかは疑問です。 Expediaで予約したらウェルカムドリンクが付いていて良かったです。 アクセスは最悪で、最寄りバス停から坂の上を登って20分くらい歩くので、荷物が多い人はタクシーの利用が必須です。私は移動費をケチったので大変でした。 慣れればバスや路面電車を駆使して観光できますが、観光向きの宿ではないかもしれません。ただ泊まるだけならいいと思います。

Utrolig store og fine rom med flott utsikt. Beliggende i et rolig område utenfor bysentrum. Frokosten var ikke all verden og frokostsalen er litt for intim for min smak. Litt dårlig rengjøring av rommene.

Gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Hotel wirkt sehr Modern. Etwas außerhalb vom Trubel gelegen. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt. Allgemein kann man zu Fuß vieles relativ schnell erreichen. Zimmer wirkten sehr neu. Einzig im Badezimmer roch es etwas komisch. Sonst sauber und alles vorhanden. Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Alles was man für ein Frühstück benötigt war vorhanden. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind Parkplätze vorhanden. Ob die etwas Kosten kann ich nicht beurteilen. Es gibt nicht weit weg vom Hotel einen etwas größeren Supermarkt. Vom Hotel kommend an der nächsten großen Kreuzung rechts hoch und dann ist der Supermarkt auf der linken Seite. Alternativ gibt es noch einen Tante Emma Laden vom Hotel kommend auf der linken Seite Richtung Altstadt. Hotel kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen.

We had not even entered the room and the disappointment started: the paint on the door was peeled off. Once we stepped in, the floor was sticky - probably from the detergent used. We could not sit on the couch, because it was filthy. We made the mistake to lift the pillows and underneath it was even worse. The furniture needs a replacement as all wardrobes were malfunctioning. When we turned on the water in the bathtub, some yellow substance washed off the tub. All in all, a very bad experience. Too bad for the location, as it is convenient, the same the size of the room - big enough for a family of three. The receptionist was very helpful, offering a good service. Definitely not what you expect when you book and pay for a 4 stars experience

Very friendly staff. Clean updated room. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was great, nothing extravagant, but had all the basics and more. I do wish they used digital keycards versus actual keys for the rooms. Overall a wonderful property to stay at.

The receptionist was lovely and the room was nice. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. Unfortunately, the walls were ‘paper thin’ and we could hear absolutely everything. We couldn’t hear outside traffic but other guests to the sides of us and above us. The first night we had to listen to a couple ‘enjoying themselves’ and the second night we had a child crying for a good 4 hours on and off, then the family woke up at 6am which woke us up. We could literally hear full conversations, it felt like there were in the same room as us :-( I haven’t slept so badly in a hotel before and never normally one to comment.

Hotel staff were friendly and the room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Some of the furniture, decor and appliances were a bit outdated/ scuffed but over all the stay was good. Wifi worked well and the hotel itself is in a convenient and nice area of Bratislava. Really like the emphasis on being eco-friendly.

Hotel is in nice location away from the main throng. A 15 minute walk will get you to the old town albeit its all uphill. Lovely big room which had a fully equipped kitchen. No dishtowel or washing up liquid provided though. Air conditioning works really well. Large bathroom which was quite dimly lit. The bathroom cabinet looked like it should have lit up but it didnt seem to work. The shower was really good and very powerful but be aware that it is a deep bath and stepping up and out could be trickly if you were slightly immobile. There was no other mirror in the room so drying your hair, doing your make up was a problem. Breakfast was good with a nice choice of continental foods. My only negative was that they had no English breakfast tea for 2 consecutive days despite many guests asking for them.

My room was large, stylish and comfortable and also offered a great view of Bratislava castle. Breakfast options were a little limited, but hotel is also a short walk from the centre of town and close to most transport options. Very happy with the stay.

This apartment at Mamaison was more than I expected! It was really comfortable with a living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and sink, and the other one with a toilet and sink. The closets were enough for our needs. The refrigerator was a good size for a short stay. Everything was lovely! The receptionist was super kind and very friendly! My husband and I really loved our stay here.

Apartment was very well situated in a quiet area of the city. Good price as well. A bit rough around the edges in terms of quality within the apartment itself with a broken bedside drawer and a damp patch on the ceiling above the bed. All in all however, pretty good and would consider staying there again for a similar price of returning to Bratislava.

If you are looking for a simple experience will be fine, but not for the price paid. Few staff speak English, 4days of stay and our room wasn't cleaning once, I need to ask for clean towels. When u are having a shower a lot water goes out from under class cubicle.

No issue's at all, Check-in was a 3pm, they got my room ready early, and was allowed in by 2pm. Feally friendly staff, nice big studio room with comfy sofas, good Aircon.

Very friendly staff. Clean updated room. Great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was great, nothing extravagant, but had all the basics and more. I do wish they used digital keycards versus actual keys for the rooms. Overall a wonderful property to stay at.

The check in reception girl had a combative attitude as if she had a problem with us checking into this hotel. Not welcoming. Breakfast was limited continental buffet like a holiday in express. But for the price it was below average for the region.

I rarely write hotel reviews, but I deeply, deeply, deeply regret choosing this one. Before booking, I checked Google Maps and saw that it’s a 17-minute walk to the city centre. I thought, “If walking takes 17 minutes, public transport must be even faster.” To my surprise, taking public transport actually takes 40 minutes — much longer than walking — and you have to transfer twice to get to the centre. The location is remote and not easy to find, especially at night. Even though the hotel had available rooms when I arrived, they wouldn’t let me check in early unless I paid an extra €25. Who would want to pay extra just for 2 or 3 more hours in a hotel that barely qualifies as four stars? It’s really more like a three-star hotel. The hotel is old, and the bathroom is even older — the outdated design means water leaks all over the floor when you take a shower. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Lovely, spacious room with small kitchen area including fridge, hob, microwave etc. as well as a proper sofa for relaxing, and a decent bathroom. Our room was on the ground floor very near reception and there was some noise from the outside terrace. We also had an issue with what sounded like running water/toilet in the room upstairs which went on for some time and couldn't be resolved by the receptionist (though she did try). Annoying, it stopped just before she came to our room to listen, and then started again sometime later - but this was only on 1 night, so likely not a common issue. Be aware that the hotel/rooms are up a hill away from the main centre, with virtually no public transport to take you close - and even if there were, the entrance to reception is up a quite steep cobbled driveway, and then some steps. Those with mobility issues might struggle. However, Bolt taxis are available and cheap (only €13 to go to the airport) so might be a solution if the hill is too much. There's little else very close to the hotel - shops, restaurants etc. which meant going into the centre to eat (also most supermarkets, including Tesco Express, are closed on Sunday - be prepared). All in all, lovely room, but the location was less than ideal.

Hotel is in nice location away from the main throng. A 15 minute walk will get you to the old town albeit its all uphill. Lovely big room which had a fully equipped kitchen. No dishtowel or washing up liquid provided though. Air conditioning works really well. Large bathroom which was quite dimly lit. The bathroom cabinet looked like it should have lit up but it didnt seem to work. The shower was really good and very powerful but be aware that it is a deep bath and stepping up and out could be trickly if you were slightly immobile. There was no other mirror in the room so drying your hair, doing your make up was a problem. Breakfast was good with a nice choice of continental foods. My only negative was that they had no English breakfast tea for 2 consecutive days despite many guests asking for them.

Beautiful, well kept hotel in Bratislava. A little walk from the old town, approx 15 minutes. Hotel is clean and tidy, rooms are big and the decor is great. Breakfast a little small and not much choice but was still fresh and of good quality. Reception staff great and welcoming. Would stay again

Das Hotel ist schön, Blick auf die Burg. Punktabzug wegen 20€ pro Nacht für den Parkplatz! In meinen Augen Wucher! Die Altstadt ist fussläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend.
