Parkování v hotelu velmi dobré a bezpečné. Pracovníci recepce slušní, nápomocní a informativní na dotazy. Pokoj čistý, uklizený, prostorný, teplý za zimního počasí, lžíce na boty a pantofle na místě. Koupelna veliká prostorná a čistá, dostatečně vybavena. Snídaně bohaté s velkým výběrem rozmanitosti od masa, sýrů, zeleniny, dezertů po jogurty a cosi jako vegan. Prostor pro snídaně veliký a v něm personál ochotný, slušný, zvládal častý nápor strávníků lačných po dobré snídani. Umístění hotelu v centru města bezvadné. A good hotel that was close to the old town. The room was clean and it provided all three travellers with their own beds. The hotel has a good parking garage and storage cost 18€/night which was paid to the staff at reception. Beautiful hotel and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices and good treats.

The hotel was in good central location the receptionist were friendly and helpful but the spa facilities were run by a separate company who were difficult to get hold of and I was told they will not answer the door if they are with a client and their facilities l suspect are very small because by the time I met one of their staff they were fully booked days in advance. Also very pricey. 2nd issue was the cleaning staff could have made more effort to clean the room, the carpet was quite dirty much of the time and they didn't change or clean the cups in the room but these could be seen as minor faults for everything else was fine in probably the best valued 4 star hotel in bratislava

Die Spa Einrichtung ist nur gegen Voranmeldung, in der Hotel Beschreibung steht dies so nicht. Zum Check in Zeit erst nur 1 Mann vom Personal, daher etwas Stau und langsam. Unüblich war das man Parkplatz und Tax schon am Check in bezahlen musste, wo doch eventuell noch minibar oder andere Dinge dazu kommen könnten.

The hotel stay was unacceptable. The room was not cleaned for two days, despite my complaint after the first night. The sink was clogged and remained unfixed. Maintenance was severely lacking, and a noisy bathroom vent disrupted my sleep. The management was unresponsive—I waited two days to speak with the manager, who showed no concern, took no responsibility, and offered no compensation. This experience was far below any reasonable standard, let alone that of a '4-star' hotel. A truly disappointing and poorly managed establishment.

Bij aankomst kreeg ik een gebruikte kamer die niet schoon was. Volgende dag werkte de pas niet meer. 3e dag was de kamer niet schoongemaakt. Tevens was het veel te warm op de kamer maar de airco/temperatuurregeling werkte niet ‘want het was buiten koud’. Met een raam open slapen gaf in de ochtend echter teveel lawaai. Vriendelijk personeel maar er wat teveel slecht geregeld.

Pleasant hotel , overall good stay . Shortage of sockets in the room , would've been nice to have a charging slot around the coffee table in the room or next to the bed at least ? Bed comfortable , but the pillows were way way too soft , couldn't sleep , but that's just me perhaps . Very clean . Friendly staff .

Despite it seems old because of the walls, carpet and the aesthetic, the room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast is good and there is a lot of variety. Good located near the city center. The first day we found a bottle of shampoo from the previous guest inside the shower. The pillows are uncomfortable. Also, we just ask for the cleaning on the second day of our stay (of 3) and they just take the rubbish and put new towels (incorrect number). So take note that cleaning is not provided. WIFI didn’t work really well in our room, but it does in other areas of the hotel. Maybe that’s because we were located in the corner. Overall, a good report quality/price.

The breakfast is very good, which is why i gave it 2 stars, but apparently all roms have an issue with the AC units where the AC makes a low frequency humming noise every 20 seconds, which makes sleeping or relaxing impossible if you care about noise. I told reception about my problem and they said they can not do anything because all rooms have this and there is no solution for this. Rrally? For a 4 star hotel it is completely unacceptable. I only have it 2 stars because the breakfast was nice, otherwise i would have given them 1 star! Important mention is that the AC keeps making this noise even after you turn it off, so really there is no way to get rid of it.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Loud banging in the room from electrical system, every 10-30 seconds, all day and night long - no sleeping possibly even with earplugs and white noise. Staff knew about it and said they could not do anything about it. Total torture, no sleep for 2 days. Thanks Tatra!

The staff were nice. My room was too small. I cannot even move around in my bathroom. Breakfast was good. I walked to Old Town and nearby areas. I went joigging to the river and to the castle. Will I book again? Maybe if the bathroom is bigger.

Quite noisy if you have the room directly above the road. The mattress was too soft for my linking. Overall, it’s an ok stay. The hotel shows visible signs of needing renovation, but it’s still decent. Breakfast ok. Good WMF coffee machine. No major surprises. 6/10

Woke up in the middle of the night by an evacuation notice over the PA system. After maybe 15 minutes other guests startet to go back in, but no information was given by staff regarding what had (not) happened, nor did they say it was ok to go back in. Completely incompetent staff regarding what could have been the worst possible scenario! Was traveling with my 2 yo daughter, did not sleep for the rest of the night

Fin beliggenhet i gangavstand til både togstasjonen og gamlebyen. Store, komfortable rom, men trist og kjedelig interiør. Godt utvalg til frokost, men ukoselig frokostlokale. Servicen i resepsjonen kunne vært bedre; lite imøtekommende ansatte, og de glemte å bestille taxi som avtalt til oss.

Hotel has cenral location and it is very easy to reach old towm by walk. We had early flight to Bratislava and came to hotel only to leave our luggage, but receptionist let us to check in and we get our rooms at 10a.m. It was very pleasure and we really appreciate that. Rooms were spacy and comfortable. We also liked breakfast with a lot of choices of warm and cold food. One morning it was even served Bratislavas bagel with walnuts and poppy filling and these bagels were very tasty. We enjoyed to stay here :)

Very clean room and hotel,breakfast was very-very nice,verity of food and quality excellent, but service was absolutely 0. On reception 4 workers absolutely ignored me.I tried to attract attention to myself for10 minutes and finally I was served, it was done very unpleasantly. First and last greeting of the hotel was on the third day of my arrival at the breakfast .

Hotel.in good location. Reception staff very poor upon check-in. Slow and not really helpful. Breakfast had a good choice, but not very warm. Overal ok but wouldnt book here again, after visiting bratislava for 3rd time this was the worse hotel to date, luckily only stopped 1 night.
