The room was clean and cozy. Staff was helpful and kind. Good location to be close enough to the action, without being directly in it. Highly recommend doing the private spa experience as well, was a rejuvenating and luxurious way to spend a couple of hours on a rainy day!

Skønt ophold. Meget hjælpsomt personale og rene værelser. God beliggenhed tæt på midtbyen. Morgenmaden udmærket uden at være prangende. Vi bookede den private spa, hvilket kan anbefales. Ville klart komme tilbage hertil.

Great property and room was very spacious. The service quality in the restaurant could be improved. Also, both the bar and restaurant close at 10 pm. So once the restaurant closes you can’t even have your coffee and dessert in the bar.

A great value for the price. A gracious clubby bar/library and a separate lobby lounge. A far better than average gym. All the benefits of a large hotel with intimacy and class. If only the desk hadn't screwed up my taxi to the correct train station i'd be even more enthusiastic, but i'm totally pissed about that.

Absolutely amazing stay here! We couldn’t get over how great the hotel was for a reasonable price. We used the spa and it was amazing, definitely recommend if you are staying here (or not). Another great touch was the free mini bar - it was great to see somewhere that doesn’t charge crazy money for the mini bar! Would definitely stay here again if we return to lovely Bratislava. Staff were also very friendly and helpful! The hotel was a great find, very tastefully decorated and looked very authentic.

The staff at the reception were very friendly. The staff at the breakfast was very polite, respectful, and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. The room was very clean and well designed. Marrol’s Boutique Hotel is one of the best boutique that I stayed in my 71 years old life! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is coming to Bratislava!

My mom & I stayed for 4 nights in this lovely hotel. It is within walking distance to old town. It is well-maintained & clean. Our twin room was a bit small, the beds could be bigger. The free breakfast was nice - there was an assortments of hot & cold food. The staff was friendly, especially Patrick. I definitely would stay here again.

Really excellent hotel, all the best bits of a traditional hotel, but with modern luxury and very clean. We’ve stayed in many hotels round the world but the Marrol’s Boutique Hotel is definitely one of the best. The restaurant is very good and all the hotel staff incredibly friendly, especially Andres who took the time to help us with taxis.

Very unique decor, super clean boutique hotel. Home away from home feeling. Great staff. Delicious high quality breakfast. Not a mass produced food or service. Very real , personal and really hospitable. Nice freebies in mini bar and on the lobby bar. Very professional staff and service. Would come again. Highly recommended. Also Bratislava is a lovely city.

Everything was great, Houdini resto is fabulous. We hard a hard time with the air conditioning, water was dripping from the ceiling and the room temperature was a bit warm, 21 degrees!

Overall the stay was very good. Service and food was what I expected, and the second floor terrace is delightful. I do not recommend room 204, as it is situated outside of a bar and is quite noisy. The WiFi is also weak at that end of the property. We were never able to get a comfortable full night’s sleep due to the noise. The desk staff seemed aware this was a noisy room, and it is probably one they reserve for guests who book through a third party OTA. The bathroom was adequate and servicing was prompt. This hotel was my wife’s choice due to the location to the old city, but I will likely book elsewhere if we travel here again.

Impossible to adjust room temperature to values lower than 25degC. Opening the window did not help, since it was a very small window in a niche and since the window would not open but only tilt, and tilt only a little. Staff told me they would get back to me about a new room (stayed 3 nights) but never did. Hotel is close to nice places but not in a nice place itself.

A huge, spacious hotel room which is hard to come by in Europe. Everything was clean and the staff was incredible. Amazing breakfast included in the stay and our trip was made by the spa at the property.

The location was great just a couple of minutes away from the Old Town. The hotel’s restaurant exceeded my expectations and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay! What I didn’t like, was that the air conditioning was centralized and had been switched to heating, which made the room a bit too warm at times.

Lovely hotel near to the centre of Bratislava old town. The rooms are comfortable and cosy, perfect for a winter getaway, though the beds could have been a little comfier. Staff were friendly, though not overly enthusiastic. The one annoyance we had was that the room doors are not ver soundproof and the cleaners do like to bash about in the cupboard right next to our room early morning, so that disturbed us a few times. Breakfast is included which is amicable, though the selection isn’t massive. Main problem at breakfast was that they would always let things run out before topping them up, so lots of times we had the scraps of bacon etc. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Marrols. Check in staff and Concierge were fantstic. Breakfast provided a good selection of food, however the staff didnt make you feel welcome. Hotel location was good, short walk to the centre.

Marrols is a wonderful small hotel close to the old town It provides comfortable clean accommodation and the staff are both friendly and obliging and are a credit to the hotel The breakfast buffet is extensive and well provided.The restaurant provides an interesting menu in a pleasant atmosphere The real bargain is the three course lunch menu at 19 euros giving a taste of fine dining it is an opportunity not to be missed Bratislava is a safe clean and vibrant city ideal for a 2 or 3 night stay Marrols is a little gem Thank you for a enjoyable stay

The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The front desk staff was efficient and resourceful. One of our suitcases has a dent and the bell boy was so kind to help us fix it. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Staff were amazing. We travelled with our elderly mother and they were very kind and helpful. Breakfast lovely. Good choice. Rooms very nice. Clean and elegant. Overall a very good experience. Central to everything.

Everything was great, Houdini resto is fabulous. We hard a hard time with the air conditioning, water was dripping from the ceiling and the room temperature was a bit warm, 21 degrees!

Hotel location is perfect for visiting Bratislava. It has a wonderful restaurant serving deliciously made meals that are way above your average dinner, dinner was the best I have had in Europe so far, food and art combined. The hotel is a little lavish but does not feel that way as everyone was so nice and helpful. My room was beautiful a bit small none the less a delightful stay. The hotel is highly recommended and I see why.

The WiFi was not always very strong, but other than that, it was a perfect stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room large and comfortable. The location was very convenient for exploring the Old Town and Danube Promenade. AND dinner at the restaurant was excellent and a very good value.

Location was convenient & very impressive. Stayed 3 nights. The restaurant is pricy but the food was fantastic. The breakfast buffet is very good but they do a poor job of replenishing, even if there is 1 hours left. This happened all 3 mornings.

Marrols is a wonderful small hotel close to the old town It provides comfortable clean accommodation and the staff are both friendly and obliging and are a credit to the hotel The breakfast buffet is extensive and well provided.The restaurant provides an interesting menu in a pleasant atmosphere The real bargain is the three course lunch menu at 19 euros giving a taste of fine dining it is an opportunity not to be missed Bratislava is a safe clean and vibrant city ideal for a 2 or 3 night stay Marrols is a little gem Thank you for a enjoyable stay

The location was great just a couple of minutes away from the Old Town. The hotel’s restaurant exceeded my expectations and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay! What I didn’t like, was that the air conditioning was centralized and had been switched to heating, which made the room a bit too warm at times.

Lovely hotel near to the centre of Bratislava old town. The rooms are comfortable and cosy, perfect for a winter getaway, though the beds could have been a little comfier. Staff were friendly, though not overly enthusiastic. The one annoyance we had was that the room doors are not ver soundproof and the cleaners do like to bash about in the cupboard right next to our room early morning, so that disturbed us a few times. Breakfast is included which is amicable, though the selection isn’t massive. Main problem at breakfast was that they would always let things run out before topping them up, so lots of times we had the scraps of bacon etc. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend.
