Spa war toll mit Dampfsauna und sauna 👍 Sehr gutes Frühstück und überall zu Fuß erreichbar.

We stayed in Executive room for 3 nights. Firstly, started check in online so showed the QR code to reception and they had all our details. We arrived at 11am and asked to leave our bag. Very friendly receptionist checked and gave us a room straight away. Lovely lobby. Room was large and comfortable! Had dressing gowns and large bathroom with shower over bath. Towels changed daily and very clean! As we had an executive room we popped up to the 6th floor to check it out. Lovely! Free access 9-9pm. Free vodka, tequila or rum on tap. Coffee machine. Free coke zero, water, fizzy water, fanta and beer, plus breadstick snacks. But it has a lovely sunny roof terrace so definitely do if you can include in your room. Sauna, steam and gym also up there. Free access. Outside seating area and complimentary water. The sauna and steam are no swimsuits! Can use a towel if preferred. But be warned you might get an eye full. Breakfast was also great. Prosecco, all juices, coffee machines. Cheese counter, ham counter, cereal area, wafffke, pastry and bread station. Cooked food and omlettes made to order while you wait. Plentiful and delicious. I mostly wanted location. Very close to the centre. You step out the door and under an underpass straight into the old town. The underpass was brightly lit with a camera. We didnt feel unsafe at all. Literally 5 minutes to the main old town centre where we ate and drank. Fantastic hotel.

Well located for the old town, clean, reasonably priced and well equipped hotel. If you take a suite on the 6th floor, you have access to a very pleasant lounge area with outdoor terrace and complimentary drinks and snacks. We didn’t use the Spa, but took a look and it was modern, with a gym, sauna and steam room. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Old Town, so ideal for a short break to Bratislava, which is definitely worth a visit.

Nice, clean room. Centrally located. Projecting calmness. Excellent spa with a sauna and a steam room. The gym. And finally, front desk staff with serving guests with a smile.

Tolles Hotel im Herzen von Bratislava. 5min bis zur Altstadt zu Fuß. Parkgarage ein wenig teuer,aber dafür sicher und auch eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeuge war vorhanden. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Danke für das kleine Geschenk als Silvester-Überraschung.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider hätte man für die Nutzung der Dachterasse extra zahlen müssen. Das Bett in unserem Zimmer war leider etwas schmal (140er).

The service was excellent. Nikola at reception was particularly very helpful. The variety of breakfast options are very good. There is an omelet station as well. l think the rooms are clean and and they are serviced daily without needing to make a request

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön und auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt wert. Was weniger überzeugt: Es handelt sich eindeutig um ein älteres Haus, insbesondere im Vergleich zu anderen Falkensteiner Hotels. Die Ausstattung ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es auf den Gängen einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch nach Kanalisation oder WC - möglicherweise nur ein vorübergehendes Problem, aber dennoch störend. In den Zimmern selbst war jedoch alles in Ordnung. Was überzeugt: Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, die Zimmer sind angenehm groß, und das Frühstück ist wirklich gut.

Hervorragendes und absolut zu empfehlenswerten Stadthotel in Bratislava. Ideale Lage an einer Bushaltestelle gegenüber der Altstadt. Zimmer modern, groß und sauber. Jeden Tag eine neue Flasche Wasser, Safe, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, freies WLAN, tolle Klimaanlage, bequeme Betten und großer Kleiderschrank. Sehr geräumiges Bad. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ hervorragend und sehr umfangreich. Das Personen überaus freundlich und deutschsprachig. Ein Top Hotel, ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es Bratislavabesuchern nur empfehlen.

I had a nice time in the Falkensteiner Hotel. Very clean, nice Breakfast, nice Spa and friendly staff. I can recommend it!

Das schwächste Falkensteiner Hotel in dem wir waren…leider trägt es nur den Namen :( Erst harren wir ein schmutziges Zimmer bekommen ( Haare im Bett und in der Badewanne), der Mülleimer war nicht geleert, beim Frühstück gab es so gut wie kein Service …es haben einfach viele Dinge nicht gepasst…

Large hotel with a a smaller friendly feel, all staff were lovely and the reception staff extremely helpful ,particularly as we arrived on the 0600 night train. We were given an earlier check in at 11, dropped our bags and experienced early morning Bratislava with the guidance from the young lady on reception. The breakfast was great with a large selection of products for every taste. The room was clean and comfortable, we were on the side on floor 4 away from the main road .the bathroom was large and had all you required, we didn't use the coffee machine but it was a Nespresso with a selection of pods, fridge and complimentary water. Great beed and a good sleep .Recommended.

Amazing hotel, walking distance from town. Very clean hotel

Good hotel with very approachable staff let down by tired bedrooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very friendly, helpfull staff, a real credit to the hotel. Good lobby and breakfast room with very good array of choices a real plus. My room, which was on the 4th floor was not so good. In particular the bathroom which was in desperate need of a refurb. It was cold, had black mould at the back of the basin and the floor tiles had different shades of grouting revealing it was old and tired. There were numerous things about the bedroom that became annoying as i stayed but worst of all was the coffee machine. Yes nespresso type machine, lovely coffee, when it works, 2 broke down on me during my 5 night stay. But the hotel also supplied tea bags with the plan that if you wanted a cup of tea you used the nespresso machine to produce the hot water and then place your teabag in the cup. This just produced a ghastly coffee flavoured tea which was undrinkable ( the suggestion from one member of staff was to take your cup and teabag to the bar and they would fill it with hot water! Well-meaning but the idea of going from the 4th floor to achieve this at 6.00 in the morning when i had just woken and was in my p.j.s was really not practical (nor a sight any others would want to see) and the bar wasn't even open at that time! Why not just supply a kettle?

Modernes Hotel direkt in der Nähe zur Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Sauna usw. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber ok.

Die Rezeption war sehr bemüht und überaus entgegenkommend. Kritikpunkte: das Zimmer war sehr laut - Hotel liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße; der Service beim Frühstück war nicht so gut, in den 3 Tagen war es nicht möglich, glutenfreies Brot ohne Körner zu bekommen, teilweise lag es am schlechten Englisch - das fand ich für den Preis nicht akzeptabel; zudem wurden die Lebensmittel in den gleichen Behältern vom Vortag serviert, so dass man gesehen hat, dass diese nicht frisch waren.

Wonderful hotel, spacious rooms. The bathroom is really spacious. I immensely enjoyed our stay there. I would go back and stay there in a heartbeat.

Gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer und großartige Aussicht vom Zimmer im 6. Stock. Bettgestell etwas stark abgenutzt. Bett an sich sehr bequem.

My single room had the best views, complimentary water each day and coffee pods. These little touches make all the difference to my solo stay. Thank you, highly recommended.

Centralt beläget hotell med trevligt SPA-område och god frukost. Hade ett dyrare rum som ironiskt nog var högljutt mot motorvägen. Detta i kombination med en högljudd AC gav mig en inte så skön hotellnatt. Servicen var ok.

Excellent service and staff. Superb location and great experience overall.

What a great group of people work at this hotel. Every member of staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. No rush at the end of breakfast service and even delivered Prosecco to our room on New Year’s Eve and provided free drinks in the roof at midnight. It’s also brilliantly located for the calling to Bratislava old town and castle all just minutes away. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

The hotel is excellent both in terms of the rooms but most importantly because the staff is great, whether putting together breakfast or answering questions and taking care of any issues at the front desk.

The hotel is located one street across Bratislava downtown, thus allowing access to the touristic places. Facilities are in good condition and staff is super friendly. They speak English of course. The lady at the front desk gave me my room 2 hours in advance as it was already available. Great service

Great hotel, perfect for the old town, just across the road. We stayed two nights and had a slight issue with the keycard. The receptionist was very helpful in gettingbit fixed, advised us on places to visit and gave us a small bonus. The breakfast available was outstanding, fruits, freshly made omelettes, all the standard items. Plus sparkling wine if needed!

Friendliness, Respect and Readiness of the staff. I’ve not had a quick checkin as this, in recent times: DECADES!

Ett hotell med ganska bra läge och rena och fina rum. Servicen var dock uruselt. Sur persol som fick en att känna sig besvärlig när man skulle checka in eller bara fråga åt vilket håll centum låg. I övrigt var hotellet helt OK.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and the rooms were nice and clean. I loved the fact there was a pillow menu. The breakfast was nice with lots to choose from, they had eggs, bacon, sausages as well as continental options. I ordered room service on my first night as I was exhausted and the burger was delicious. The only negatives were the room was too hot. Even with the heating turned off it was still very stuffy so I opened the window but then the street noise was very loud. On check out they tried to charge me for 2 items from the mini bar which I did not use. Those items were missing when I checked in to the room so just make sure your mini bar is fully stocked when you check in. The lady at reception was helpful though and removed the charge when I explained. The Location is great. A 5 minute walk to the main part of the old town. There is a subway you have to use to get to the other side of the road which I was wary of at first but its very busy with lots of people around. The room is stocked with shower gel but the shampoo and conditioner is a 2 in 1 which for me I don’t personally like so may be best bringing your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall I had a nice stay and I would come back to this hotel.

Hotel was very nice, clean and in a great location. However, the hotel hosted a private event and our room was bombarded with loud music until after 1am. Front desk did nothing and was not honest about how long the party would last. They really didn't seem to care that guests were disturbed.

The staff were very friendly and exceedingly hard working. Breakfast was fab.

Amazing! Centrally located. Easily accessible from the train station as bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and featured many options. I was very impressed with this hotel. Would stay again.

Really lovely modern hotel very close to the old town. The free bottles of fresh water each day in my room were a nice touch and the breakfast was excellent .

Comfortable hotel, well located for the old town and castle. Bus stop imediately in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast!

The Hotel is situated at a very communicative place, on a walking distance to the Bratislava Castle and to the entrance of the Old City. In the same time there is a bus stop for the public transportation. This hotel allows one to visit all major sightseeing places in Bratislava with plain walking and no need for transport. Scenery is great.

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden. Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer großen Lobby. Ideal gelegen. Die Altstadt ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders haben wir die Busstation direkt vor dem Hotel geschätzt. Nur wenige Busstationen zum Hauptbahnhof und ebenso in die anderer Richtung zur Zugstation (ÖBB) Bratislava-Petrzalka.

Parkplatz war sehr teuer (2 Nächte, 49 Euro). Frühstück 19 Euro teuer. Service sehr gut, Lage und Anlage ebenfalls sehr gut. Direkt vor dem Hotel die Busstation.

Zentral gelegen , wir haben ein Zimmer Richtung nach Innenhof , deshalb sehr ruhig. Frühstück sehr gut und auch der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Klare Empfehlung 👍

Centralt, rimligt rum, lite trängsel vid frukosten, lite hårda sängar och rätt tunna kuddar.

An excellent stay - would highly recommend. Breakfast was fantastic - plenty of choice and great quality!
