There was noise from below as late as 4am on the last night of our stay. The receptionist has are hanged a 50% refund for the last night which seems fair. Charging for use of the pool and it only opening from 8am was a disappointment. Over €90 for 3 days parking was also expensive.

The hotel was stunning. The gym and pool were fantastic, the lobby and bar were gorgeous. We particularly enjoyed the pool overlooking the castle and the bridge. Parking was extremely expensive at €36 a night and very limited. Their spots were extremely small to try and squeeze my already tiny car into. If we had known this ahead of time we would gave taken the train into town. When we arrived we did have to request that urine be cleaned off the bathroom wall. The cleaning staff came up immediately and after showing her the area she cleaned it right up. Cleanliness other than that was fantastic. The staff was wonderful to us. We had a wonderful stay and kept extending and extending. I will be staying here again when my best friends come into town next month!

The hotel itself was great, but take care to understand exactly what is included in your rate, especially if you intend to use the pool: we were challenged every time we went to the pool, where the attendent told us every time that we had to pay £15 per person per 3-hour period, despite there being no mention of extra charges being required for the spa facilities when we booked. One night stay , there was a delay in checking in but we were compensated with a plentyfull free breakfast. Also, could use the small pool with a view of the Bratislava castle to cool off. The receptionists are very helpful and attentive . I asked for a superior room either with a river or castle view, which ever is the quietest. We got the river and "UFO" bridge view but could hear the traffic of the 3 road lanes.

Older property with dated rooms. My room was a little stuffy/old smelling but was clean. The thermostat did not work either of the 2 nights. Opened the window, but street noise did not help for sleeping. Breakfast was great, so I do recommend that. Location is also very good.

An excellent location…. Next to the river, if you arrive/depart by boat, and next to the train station, if that’s your method of travel. Within walking distance to all of the “old town” restaurants and shops, as well as the castle. The staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable. We did have a shower drain clog, but the room (1 br) had 2 showers, so no harm done.

It’s a very convenient location, only a few steps from the bus terminal at Bratislava Most SNP. I took a bus from VIE to this bus terminal and the hotel is right there. It’s also close to the old town and the castle.

It’s a hotel in a perfect location in the city center with great views tonthe UFO and castle. We enjoyed the spa a lot which was included in our room rate. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The breakfast is very good but when the hotel is full very long queues and waiting time to even enter the restaurant appear. I would suggest a coffee service in the lobby for people who are waiting or change the capacity of the restaurant (extend it to the cafe area on the right side). Many people in the queue especially with children were not amused at all. A breakfast time at the check in would help too. We were lucky to wait for only 10 min but other people waited 30-40 min.

The hotel looks in need of refurbishment in several places. The restaurant was closed on 2 evenings with no explanation provided. In my room (371) the TV displayed a welcome was displayed for whoever was staying in room 317, which was a clear breach of privacy of whoever was staying in room 317 and presumably mine in whichever room my details wete display. I did not fully understand the hotels excuses but they seemed to be blaming an outside supplier for the problem but since they already knew about the problem i'm not at all sure what action will be taken to put it right.

Spacious rooms, great breakfast, convenient location, inexpensive taxi service, wonderful pool, clean hotel, good choice of TV channels. It's a big building with a lot of walking to get from your room to the breakfast area. It feels a bit like an airport hotel, with big long corridors. I stayed in April and it wasn't at full capacity. The Summer would probably be a different experience with extra guests.It's just by the UFO bridge and within walking distance to the Old Town. I would stay there again as the price was ok for £100. I would have preferred a hotel bar, rather than having to use the bar next door. The hotel had closed its bar at around 5pm. The bar next door is very expensive.

The pool, with fantastic view, is the only thing that makes this hotel worth staying, in my opinion. Breakfast was bad, with the cheapest jam availeble, stale bread and pastries and over all really poor selection. Waiting time for check in was long, eventhough I wrote a mesage to the hotel about slippers, they were not in my room.

This hotel is right by the Danube River, and near many attractions such as the Castle, UFO tower and walking distance to the Blue Church. There are several restaurants nearby along with dessert choices! Parking was extra, but it was reasonable. Breakfast was very good with many options of bread, yogurts, and fruits.

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. All the hot items were cold, not even warm. Very little variety and selection of other items, not even bananas were provided. Staff were not properly trained, clearing away fresh cups of coffee, fetched condiments and cutlery, while I was getting a plate of food! The floor in the restaurant was filthy. Will not be staying at a Raddison again.
