Staff was very friendly. I guess the only thing is the TV did not work the 2 days we were there, and we do like to unwind after a long day and watch some. but overall, very happy with the hotel.

Really disappointed that we had no access to a TV at all during our stay as they had a fault throughout the hotel and were waiting for a new part, apparently. The air conditioning was not ‘cold’ either, which meant both nights were uncomfortable and disturbed our sleep. The quality of the ingredients at breakfast was far better on Saturday morning than on Sunday, eg fresh sausages versus tinned hot dog sausages.

Jättefint hotell med helt ok gym på högsta våningen. 5 min promenad till city center. Frukost var jättebra och fräsch. Parkering i källaren direkt under hotellet var bra även för en stor bil. Vi både två vuxna och två äldre ungdomar i en svit och det var gott om plats ändå

Nice hotel close to the old town city center and next to local bus line. Walkable to many of the city sites. Nice, newer and modern hotel with nice but small gym. Wi fi access is confusing and often had difficulty connecting.

Fantastic hotel close to the old town. The staffs are very nice and very helpful too. The room is great size and well designed and decorated. The beds are comfortable. The shower and the bathtub were fantastic too. Parking is also affordable at 18 euro per night.

Hotel is very modern, just 2 years since complete refurbishment located at the perfect place, walkable distance to all major city spots. Nice rooms, quite nice breakfast, professional staff. I was just surprised that there were almost no amenities at the room, empty room fridge, all you beed to ask or buy at the reception. Also parking, about 20€/day is expensive.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at the hotel. Smooth check in & check out. We were given a very spacious room on the 5th floor. The room very very clean and kept clean during our stay. The hotel has a nice bar which was convenient due to our late evening arrival time. The location is really good too.

Really great hotel. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were great and it was always lovely coming back from a busy day out to a well cleaned room. Good quality toiletries provided also. Really nice modern ambience to the hotel.

Fint hotell med bra läge strax utanför gamla stan nära en stor mataffär. Vi hade ett rymligt rum med bra avställningsytor och stort badrum. Dammigt bakom gardiner och under sängen men annars fräscht. Trevlig personal. Skulle definitivt kunna bo där igen!

The usage of AC is regulated, badly regulated. My overnight experience was terrible. I got no sleep, room temp was 26 Celsius, and ac system needed more than 3h to cool.

Modern hotel with nice lobby and friendly staff. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work very well especially on our second/final night where we struggled to sleep, the shower leaked everywhere, and our room was right next to the gym - meaning an early startling wake up when someone was using it and dropping weights from height. Disappointing end to the stay. The staff very apologetic and offered us a drink to take with us, but we left exhausted!

Top notch hotel, clean, new, modern, comfortable. The breakfast had an excellent variety of goodies, local and international favorites alike. The only slight tarnish to my stay was that my neighboring guest had rowdy children, and every once in a while they slammed a door, which i could feel in the wall shaking. I was trying to watch a movie. People, please reign in your children.

An excellent stay. The hotel is well-located in the Old Town, making it easy to get around. The accommodation was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and good lighting. Everything was great until check out. I was asked to pay the hotel tax when i checked in, however when i checked out, i was asked to pay it again. I had thrown away the receipt as i thought i would not need it, i didnt have proof that i had already paid it so was charged twice. Great hotel, but make sure you ask for and keep receitps

Excellent stay, the staff were very friendly and professional from check in to check out. The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and the lady at the front desk at breakfast whose name I forgot to get was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. The hotel is in a great location and overall I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great stay in a beautiful city.

This hotel would not replace the broken safe in the room after countless times of asking. Very poor reception service and frankly rude. I believe the hotel is clean but if you ask for anything it won’t happen. It’s definitely not a Marriott

Location for old town is ok. Only 5 euro from train station to hotel. What bothered me most was 3 empty desks and only ONE person doing check in while the manager was watching the trainee do check ins. It took 38 minutes to check in.

The location was great. Able to walk everywhere. There were a lot of homeless people in the walking are right by the hotel. Was uncomfortable going out at night. Lots of people noise around 3:00 am also. The front desk staff was excellent. The bartender had great food recommendations.

The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk to the old town and there is a train stop a minute away so it’s located in a great spot. The room was spacious and very clean and the staff all spoke English and were all super nice

Stayed for a few days over New Year. Hotel was just a little walk away from the main square and castle. The room was spotless, bed was comfy and all other areas of the Hotel were of a high standard. The only negative was the breakfast was rather expensive at €24 each.
