Breakfast is not efficient for business travelers.

The Hotel is being renovated and no mention about this when we booked. We had two sleepless nights with a couple fighting next door and in corridor and no one could be contacted as their phone system for reception was offline due to the renovations. Make shift reception was in foyer along with table and chairs for breakfast. I wanted a refund for 1 night (we booked for 5 nights) for the two sleepless nights in a row due to the fights next door and was offered a fruit basket and a change of room but at the same time we were told this particular room where the fights broke out will be vacated that day. We asked for 1 nights refund instead to which the Manager said this can be only requested through original way of booking but when Hotel com asked them to authorise this several times they declined. Would i recommend this Hotel? NO ! we were basically lied to regarding getting a refund for 1 night back for the hassle caused but no integrity was shown here after we left There are steps everywhere so not good for anyone with walking difficulties and the lift was tiny max 2 people with two cases. We guessed it was the staff lift that was used while it's being renovated? No idea. Hallways we're full of materials for the renovations so not very health and safety aware.

Rooms were very clean. Air conditioning not working Breakfast not buffet, no no manual what they offer
