The pillows were molded and smelled. They had black mold on them. The sheets had stains and the comforters did as well. In both rooms we reserved. There was a lot of fighting in another room and the loud smell of marijuana the entire weekend we were there.

This place was very bad. No room service the entire time there. The room stayed very damp all the time and I'm guessing it was because there was no ventilation at all. I had on white socks and after a few minutes of walking in the room I noticed they were really dirty on the bottom. I then wet a wash cloth and rubbed it on the floor and it was absolutely filthy. The next morning I put it in a plastic bag and stopped by the office , showed it to the girl and asked for the floors to be moped. She said she would show it to her manager and I said "please do ". There was no food put out or it was already gone ( before 7 am ) and no coffee. We were there for work and when we got back that evening the floors had not been moped and no clean towels. Had to go get towels every evening of our stay. They did , I think, mop the floor the last night of our stay. The people next door to us ran their TV on high day and night and they had more than one dog barking all during the night. Needless to say we will never stay at this motel again. We have stayed at a Red Roof Inn in another state and it was the totally opposite of this place.

My room had bed stains on and under the covers and sheets, it smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, there were spider webs all over, and there were roaches coming out of the drain in the bath tub. I did NOT stay in the room, instead I was forced to go to the holiday inn across the street. I’d like a refund for this room please. I talked to the staff.. they said to take it up with you guys. Thank you very much.

Toilet ran, light switch did not work, lamps were rusty and dirty, floor separated, chipped and dirty, pubic hair on toilet, smelled like mold, mold in shower, coffee bag still in pot, people having a party in the parking lot, Loud music….I should have went to a different hotel after I saw how terrible it was but unfortunately I stayed.

It was extremely dirty, just because it is a good price does not mean that it is okay that it is filthy. It smelled like cigarette smoke while we tried to sleep. We didn't stay there because of the price we stayed there because of how it was advertised that it looked, we ended up getting a different hotel because we couldn't sleep the first night with the noise and cigarette smoke. Plus the toilet wouldn't flush, it was running all night, the towels were not clean and the sink was missing the stopper and wouldn't drain. Clean the place up or change the photos.

The room ac did not get cold..we had it turn all the way up on high fan and it still did not cool the room as it should have. The continental breakfast.....what breakfast ..no juice...only gallon jugs of milk...no meat....no biscuits....the fruits were old....and the only thing they had was bread for toast and bagels.....very disappointing

I was given a totally smoked in room at check in, when I specifically requested a non smoking room. Then was told that threr weren't any other rooms, but I would be given a non smoking room the next day. I chose not to stay in the room at all, and was given a two queen bedroom, which was a non smoking room. All in all, I'll never stay there again.

I saw the rating of 6.1 and chose this hotel. Check in was simple. As I checked in, I saw a sign that showed amenities of usb plug ins in the rooms. Great! However, once I reached my room, the story flipped completely. The king sized bed had 3 lumpy pillows that were hard to loosen up. No usb plug-ins anywhere, and outlets were loose. There were only a couple of outlets in the room. Moving on to the bathroom. No bath mat. Towels were ok, but only one bath cloth. At first glance, the shower looked clean. When I moved the curtain, I found a dried used bath cloth hanging on the rod. Shower walls were obviously dirty. There was an old plunger next to the commode. It was sitting on a very gross ring of “dirt”. Neither one of us slept well. Breakfast was not what it was advertised to be either. Not many choices. Once we got in the car to leave, my car had an awful smell- like smoke. My car NEVER has a bad smell and no one smokes in it. It actually smelled like stinkweed. Not going to stay there again.

1st room given had a leak and second room had two leaks what was the point in changing again they clearly have an issue they are aware of and are not addressing. You could see the ceiling had been scraped multiple times and redone.

First, the jacuzzi tub DID NOT work and they wouldn't switch us to a room that did. Second, they knocked on our door at 9 am. Check out is 11. The 3rd day, we were having issues with our card because someone had stolen it so due to the fraud, it's a hassle to transfer money and such. The lady at f.d. tells us 5 minutes. It's only 11:15 and not even 1 minute later she tells us we have to go and gets on the walkie and says "I don't know what games they're trying to play. They know they don't have any money." And our room was paid not even 20 minutes later. That was beyond rude and degrading.

I was very unhappy from the beginning because the lobby is locked after certain hours. I was left standing outside tring to check-in to the room. The clerk took my payments inside with her and checked me in. Then a random homeless person came up to me asking for money. I did not feel safe at all. I had never experienced that before. The breakfast was cereal and bagels or toast. I went to the Waffle House down the street. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The facility was nice, but the customer service was awful and the breakfast made my partner sick. Front desk could be more polite, and the housekeeping staff kept knocking even though we were okayed for a later check-out. Clean facility and comfortable bedding.

The price I paid for the room was quite nice. The only thing was that after hours the lobby was closed, and to check in its thru bell. And I had to wait outside while she filled out some paper work. It was cold outside. Other than that, clean room, it had many places around where you can get a bite to eat.

Horrible smelling room. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Had burns in the blanket on the bed. A/C unit was nasty and also put off an odor. A lot of people hanging around the hotel and staying there that you don’t want your family around. Refrigerator didn’t work. Room and hotel were in rough shape. Looked a lot nicer in the pictures before I booked the room. Also close to airport planes came right over hotel low and loud.

The place had everything I needed. Comfy bed, working frige and good shower. Room was very clean and I’d stay there again. Location was excellent. Close to stores and restaurants. The only downside (due to extreme heat) were pests, but management can fix that with good extermination.

Reserved non smoking room, got a smoking room, had to change after being told that I was wrong. Had to pull receipt to prove that I reserved non-smoking. Both rooms were filthy. Only furniture was a bed and desk chair (no desk or table), staff was rude, breakfast horrible and towels small and like sandpaper. Filthy!! One working light. Right off end of runway and first flight takes off at 5:45 on Sunday. This is a flop house with bar-b-ques on stoop and parking lot. Not only would I never stay here again, I am done with Red Roof Inns.

Liked location. Room was OK, breakfast was well below expectations. I had a room on the second floor and the stairwell was dirty and needed cleaning. It was littered with cig. butts, empty cups and other trash.
