A beautiful hotel with a nod to Dali in the decor throughout. Great central location, lovely quiet rooftop, helpful staff - highly recommended.

We booked the suite room at 230 euro per night, staying at the end of July. From the outset there was a problem with the air conditioning. Staff told us the window handle needed to be left slightly open for the unit to work, rather than fully closed. Despite following this advice, the air conditioning never worked. By 23:00 the room was stifling, with no ventilation and a ln inside the room temperature of 3/310 degrees. A staff member came to check but couldn’t identify the fault and said no other room was available. He later offered, by message, free breakfast (which we couldn’t use, as we were unable to eat) and a refund of the 21 euro we’d paid for parking, as a gesture of goodwill. We also asked for a fan by midnight, but none was provided. The next morning at checkout, the receptionist had no record of the promised parking refund and initially asked us to pay again, despite our having paid the previous day. We had to wait for the original staff member to confirm the payment before the refund was processed. In short, we paid 230 euro for a room we couldn’t sleep in, and no proper remedy was offered for the inconvenience.

Ein besonderes, kleines Hotel mitten in der City von Figueres :) Besonders freundliches Personal und Dali-Details wohin man schaut. Auch für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden geeignet.
