Mrs Jessica was awesome.... Friendly, And A Beautiful Smile , Breakfast was awesome, The Lady Putting Breakfast Together was so Nice and Helpful....I worked out in the Fitness Room..I stayed in room 222 and I smelled a bad odor coming for the bed area ...and the Second Floor ice machine was working I had to go the First Floor

The hotel is old and need updating. The bathroom downstairs was out of order. I stayed 4 days and it was horrible. The carpet needs cleaning, the pool is nasty and we never got towels unless and asked. We was told they was out of towels and they gave us pool towels

For the price it was horrible. I picked this hotel because i wanted a indoor pool so my elderly mother could swim. We checked in and we walked pass the pool that looked nice but was informed it was not heated. They were waiting on a part. The room was okay but the shower curtain was dirty and the bath tub floor was slippery. We spent the next day out of the room and when we returned the room was not serviced. When I questioned this they said we had to ask for that as well as new towels. Was a very disappointing stay.

Amazing stay, amazing hotel, very clean, beds very comfy, kids loved the indoor pool very clean, we noticed the outside grills and seating area outside the pool room which we will deff use next time to grill some steaks! The breakfast was very good and well stocked, the eggs could be a little less watered down but overall everything was amazing.

Good location and no issue at all with our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Only real disappointment was the pool was actually very cold and couldn't enjoy it Even with the heat and humidity. All in all, was a pleasant experience

So booked this hotel based on the amenities...i have kids and the just got out of school wanted a little break from the weather too.I booked it with indoor pool for that reason.I was soooo upset that they dodnt inform me or sent a email stating that their pool was out of service(heater wasnt working) alsoooo the wifi was out.... Horrible experience with the hotel itself. Staff was fine (its not their fault) Beds were sooo uncomfortable Room was not clean at all Sorry but for the rating that it has wasnt worth it

The place was beautiful just once we were waking second night my son had showed me bit marks so I check bed an just my worse skin growling nightmares bed bugs. Also the big windows in this facility expecialy the rooms have no protection my son was looking out window when it slides open on second story very dangerous for anyone exp children no screen nothing just a down to ground you would go. Also ice machine on 2 floor broke . I'm very disappointed bc rooms were very clean facilitie beautiful minus poor homeless ppl around side building nice staff.

This property was extremely old and dirty. My family and I literally felt things biting us all night. The bathroom walls and room walls were disgusting and filled with old bugs and spider webs. I would NOT recommend this property at all!

The room was dirty. The carpet & the bathroom floors were dirty. The shower had hair in it & soap scum on the doors. This hotel is very old & had just one small elevator. I can’t believe this hotel is a Fairfield, it’s old & needs to a total remodel. I would never recommend this hotel & I sure wouldn’t have paid that price either had I know how bad it was, but I wouldn’t have stayed there at all had we not been so tired & it was late.

The hotel rooma were very outdated but clean and plenty of space. One thing that i found strange was the lamp had two outlets on it and when i plugged my phone in to charge it only worked when the lamp was turned on. Not sure if that was supposed to be how it worked or not.

The service was very good. We had to change rooms because our TV did not work but the staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was very nice. Our only other issue was not great water pressure and in the morning there was no hot water to shower.

Excellent little hotel. The night time desk lady was INSANELY helpful and nice. She went above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms were not extravagant, but well worth the money. Large showers, cold ac, a really good breakfast. There are a lot of positives with this place and few to non negatives. We WILL be staying here again.

Where to begin… bedbugs, rude manager, discrimination against service animals, refusal to refund over a week of reservation time after we were forced to leave, the “manager” KNOCKING ON THE DOOR WITH A MINOR GIRL ALONE INSIDE AND DEMANDING ENTRY AT 11PM.

I have to say the ladies in the front desk are sweet, accommodating, helpful, and take care of their guests especially Nana. I found the service 5 stars and the free breakfast satisfying. I will definitely return due to the amazing service and location. The beds we’re comfortable. However, the rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning.

Waffle maker didn't work, it was unplugged so they knew it didn't work. The juice machine was open and unplugged so no OJ. The hole place showed lack of mantance. Staff was friendly and helpful but??? This was the worst Marriott I' ve ever been in.

The staff was very nice and friendly. My stay was going well until I had the breakfast. The eggs were fine. The sausage was cold. I opened a small carton of milk and took a drink. It was sour and lumpy. Then I saw that it had expired 5 days ago. I couldn’t get that taste out of my mouth so it kinda soured me on my stay.

Property was musty rooms smelled damp and of mildew. Breakfast buffet was a joke, literally a bag of white bread and a couple of scoops of dried eggs. This was at 645am. We had just started at a Fairfield 2 weeks ago and it was lovely. Stay away from this one.
