Arrived midnight as flight delayed but very fast check in process My room was at 19 floor with a nice city view Hotel room was very spacious and clean Bed is very comfortable and I have a very good sleep Suggest to increase type of food for breakfast

A wonderful stay From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed. They were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The check-in process was quick and efficient with the help of Leo and Zen in the check in counter. The room was beautifully designed and decorated. The location was perfect, just 15 minutes taxi distance (~10-15 RMB)to all attractions Overall, my experience at UrCove Shantou was fantastic, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice hotel. Hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Although breakfast spread is limited but overall we still enjoy our stay. Shoutout to staff Zev who went all the way to make sure we are well settled in. Will recommend and will definitely go back if I come back to Shantou again .
