Everything was amazing, location to the area, walk to shops/restaurants and great food at hotel too. The service team here is amazing! Rooms are very nice with lots of storage if you're staying several days. Courtyard is beautiful, rooms all have a courtyard view too. If I need to come back to this area, I will book Hotel Casa 425 again for sure!

Great location. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, many of which are across the street in the old Claremont Packing House. (An old renovated packing plant for the citrus industry). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included, and the food is very good. We ate in the restaurant which allows seating in the open courtyard and featured live music on the weekend. The food for dinner was delicious. The only possible drawback is if you want to sleep early....on Friday and Saturday there was live music in the courtyard until around 9:30 pm.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with a fantastic breakfast and parking included I loved the cute town and there were so many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We spent a Saturday night there. That night, it was noisy in the courtyard and behind the building there was some kind of concert going on. It was quiet by 11:30. I did appreciate that the hotel provided 1 set of earplugs and 2 delicious cookies in our room. I would stay again.

The location of Lacasa 425 was perfect for us. It was in the middle of the hustle and bustle of restaurants and theaters and music. Great parking and what I love mostly about it was at the end of our busy day. We had a beautiful quiet comfortable room to go to, I would recommend it definitely

This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The building itself is awesome. The rooms well appointed and beautiful, the staff always goes above and beyond. Breakfast is great. The courtyard is simply amazing. I will always stay here when I can!!!

We booked last minute and the only room left was an executive suite. More money, but spacious and had private balcony. It was well worth paying extra for the privacy. We noticed the other rooms not only shared their balcony, but the entrance to the rooms was off their balcony which seemed a little strange. Hotel has a great courtyard with a tasty menu and great margaritas.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were down for a few days dropping our son off at college. The atrium area is a nice environment to sit down and relax. There’s lots of places to walk to the room was clean a little dated, but all in all, we would stay there again.

They first put me in a room with bad plumbing and the water flood in the shower with really bad odor. Phone didn’t work so I had to walk up to customer service desk to tell them. Then the next day, my cleaning lady didn’t clean my room. I just asked for extra towels when I saw her cleaning another room. I didn’t want to bother anymore. But overall it was a beautiful hotel.

Loved the convenience to the college tours and to restaurants/downtown. Bed was comfortable. Room was tidy. A lot of noise from neighbors and courtyard. Some trash smells, average cleanliness. Food was decent and a nice perk. Staff were super friendly and responsive.

Excellent location, great breakfast. There were a few small things broken in the room which is why I think it's a 4/5 stay. Some minor improvements like loose faucet and cracked light switches would go a long way, also bed is not comfy at all. I stayed for a week so I gave it a good go.

The hotel was super convenient to the college campus which was great for our needs. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean. Our only issue during the stay was street noise which is not under the control of the hotel or staff (if it were I have no doubt they would have fixed it). Seems every motorcycle and muffler-less car uses the street the hotel is on at all hours of the night.

Check out lady strangely made me feel like an unwelcome guest. I previously asked for late checkout and was texted that I could get one extra hour and otherwise should pay for another night. At 11:30 while I was in the bathroom they called my room. I couldn’t answer and was getting dressed when the front desk lady knocked and opened the door. I told her I thought my checkout was noon. She said she didn’t know and left. When I checked out at 11:55 she said she’d take care of the bill. And that was it. Cold. No have a nice day. Nothing. I was hoping this hotel could be our home while my son attends college nearby. But I would have a hard time coming back.

From check in to departure, our experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and very competent. The room was large and very well maintained. We loved the location with its proximity to the town of Claremont and the colleges (parked the car when we arrived and didn't move it until we left.). This is definitely our first choice hotel in the area.

Great place to stay in the middle of Claremont Village! Friendly, helpful staff. Right next to the train. Noise was low, but especially sensitive sleepers may want earplugs (some were provided by the hotel).

The hotel room was airy and the wide door windows allowed for a luxury view. the center of the hotel had a courtyard with plants and comfortable chairs to help continue the resort feeling. The breakfast was nicely presented and the staff were kind.
