The clerk at the front desk was extremely nice and help us getting to downtown. The room was clean but the outside wasn't as nice. Neg- No elevator in the premise. There was no room available on the 1st floor and we had heavy luggage that we had to carry up the stairs, very inconvenient when you are traveling with elders and small children.

I love this days inn very peaceful.the staff and house keeping is all fantastic. Great part is the IHOP there clean and my.kids love to eat so it's a win win The pool is amazing so clean and not to much chlorine. The beds are comfortable. I recommend you come here and check it out urself

It was next door to an IHOP which was convenient for us. There was a central pool, but we did not have time to try it. The beds were set on a metal box structure and would sound a "boom" when ever your foot hit it while getting in and out of bed, or just lying something on the bed. You could also hear the people above us kicking this bed frame thing too. This place wasn't great, but it was adequate.

This was the nicest Days Inn I have ever reserved. It was super clean, attractive, and updated nicely. The design of the motel building along with the lovely pool allowed for a center area that created a grassy courtyard. Lovely. The Registration desk person was welcoming and efficient. All around a pleasant one night stay.

We stayed at the Days Inn on our way down to Ft Lauderdale. The motel was older but kept tidy and it had an IHOP restaurant in the same complex. Our room opened up to the courtyard, as did most. The room had been updated with luxury vinyl flooring and new bedding. While the room was "no frills", it was clean, AC worked great, and bathroom/shower was in good shape. Bed was comfortable and linens soft. Since bldg was older, you didnt hear a lot of outside noise. Check-in was easy. If you stayed at motel, you received a 10% discount at IHOP.

if your looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff and close to the beach, this is not the hotel you want. this hotel is extremely nasty. the smell of the room is horrific and smells like cigarettes! the bed sheets were changes to dirty sheets. the towels are yellow. the walls are dirty. cob webs on the corners. dirty air vents. just horrific here. people in the parking lot not staying at the hotel smoking weed for 4 hours here. i felt so unsafe. will definitely be escalating this. not to mention we drove 20 hours for vacation.

I always read previous reviews when making a decision on where to stay…I would gather to say that the majority of them were false…. Musty smelling room, dirty sheets, pillowcases(hair), hair in the sink and shower, a forgotten necklace left on the nightstand table (which I gave to the front desk), bobby pins laying on the tray that holds the coffee maker..I could go on.. I would not stay here again.

We did the check in and left to enjoy our trip in Saint Augustine, we didn’t enter to the rooms until 10pm at night. The room was disgusting, we found pampers, tampon and lot of crumbs under the bed, the floor was super sticky and we could see that there was soda or some sticky liquid in the floor. I immediately went to the front desk and complaint and they provided me with another 2 rooms, those were more clean but still were dirty, and the was a super strong smell (what I can describe as poison spray for roaches). The only reason I provided a 2 for the staff and services is because the front desk guy and the housekeeper guy were very helpful and try their best to provide a resolution for us. But definitely never again will book this hotel.

My three star rating means an adequate no frills stay. I would say a bit overpriced for what is offered. It is convenient and the room is ok. The blinds don’t block light so don’t expect to sleep late if you are sensitive to light. Convenient spot though

This property did not look as nice as the photos in the Expedia app. The room was very dated and run down. The ceiling in the bathroom had water stains or rust from the age of the building. It worked for what we needed but I would not return or come to another Days Inn if it was like this one.

The room itself was very clean, actually modern in a minimalist way without lacking my basic needs. The bed was very comfortable, which is always very important, fresh, and smelled clean. I stayed one night for a business meeting so I wasn't looking for anything fancy, but wanted a clean, safe, and comfortable stay. That part was fulfilled. The one drawback I encountered, which I can't remember the last time I experienced this, was that I drove in late to check in, but the front office doors were locked, and I had to ring a bell several times to finally get the clerk to come out and check me in. He wasn't rude, but I could tell he wasn't thrilled either. I also found out the next day he inadvertently charged my Visa when it was already paid for by a 3rd party site. It did get resolved, but it took a few follow up calls on the road to get my refund. Would I stay again on a pinch if I needed? Likely. Would I recommend checking in under their open office hours? Yes.

I dont like the fact that check in was a 30 minute window. It wasnt in an obvious place at all on the site and the only time i noticed was when after 170 miles of driving from port st lucie. It says everything i agreed to EXCEPT. ALL OF A SUDDEN IN FINE PRINT IT SAYS THERE IS A 30 MINUTE CHECK IN WINDOW. Are you kidding?!

Really the only thing that I can say was it was clean, but the lady from the ihop had to find the desk clerk. Had a sign stating be back in 10 minutes, 15 minutes later she went to find him. I could have stolen loads of stuff in the desk area, same scenario in the morning. I just wrote on the key card checking out and took a photo. Staff 👎 everything else was fine.

The staff is always very friendly, welcoming, and accomodating! They even make sure every time we come here that we have a room on the ground floor to accommodate my wheelchair. Its a great location! just a few minutes drive from the historic district. Theres lots to do and see in St. Augustine. Every time we come here, we leave with more things on our list of things to come back and check out in the area. But my partner and I specifically look forward most of all to our stay here at this motel. We have been coming back to this same motel every time we visit for the past two years now and we look forward to staying here again in the near future. LOVE this place.

Had bug issues all weekend, including another guest actually leaving as I was checking in for the same reason. But what bothers me the most is the lack of concern for my issues and obviously for the other person who was leaving when I got there. I mentioned that I would have like to have had someone address this issue with me directly, with both the person who I checked in with and as well on one of the too many emails that they send you, but no one could take that opportunity for me to discuss the concerns and actually not leave this type of feedback, but obviously I was not important enough reach back out to. Their loss, because I will be back in a few weeks, but not staying here again. Astounding how just a little customer service would go a long way, and they did not give two Ship. (And I don’t mean the “P”.)

The location was great to get on and off the highway. It is an older hotel. Small double beds. The parking lot was being repaved. The rooms were clean and it was quiet. The rooms are outdated. Check in was 3:30pm not 3:00pm as mentioned on their website. Overall ok.

For the price that I was able to get last minute, it was a good deal. The hotel is a bit dated but the rooms and bedding were clean so it wasn't that noticable. Staff were friendly enough and there was a a decent selection of quick food places nearby. If you are going for a weekend business trip or are planning on spending most of your time out of the hotel, this is a decent place if you can get a good price.

Tissue dispenser in room in pieces, tissue boxes randomly left. Had to ask desk for new batteries for tv remote and then less than half of channels listed actually worked. Staff friendly and convenience of restaurant was appreciated.
