Hotel Witkowski Warsaw Airport

The free parking was very pleasant surprise. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. We were checking out very early for our flight home which meant we would be leaving before breakfast began. He had breakfast bags ready for us to take with us.

Good breakfast, close drive to exhibition center in Nadarzyn. Few free places to park (usually always taken) outside of the hotel + inside underground parking - paid, It's not expensive but it's very very tight when busy. Overall comfortable stay.

Clean and spacious room. When I called for the shuttle from the airport, I was told I should have called earlier, it was too late to get a shuttle (around 8 pm).

Reservation and communication process was easy, shuttle available to and from the airport and arrived swiftly. Nice, quiet and super clean. Friendly staff and the food is delicious. Highly recommend.

Pas de navette vers l aéroport à 4h du matin. Le site mentionnait ce point . Navette de 4h à 22h . Nous avons donc du prendre un taxi .

There is a shuttle but but you must call over the phone to schedule it! Also, please be attentive when booking it with breakfast, there might be miscommunicaiton and they will charge you extra.

I didn't have breakfast, but the service was excellent, and the rooms were in perfect, clean condition and a pleasure to stay in. I was picked you and dropped off the next day since it was included. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the driver was kind and thoughtful. Great value for the price.

Feines kleines Hotel in Flughafennähe. Hatte das Zimmer 411 …gross, sauber, und bequmes Bett. Frühstück hatte alles was man(n) braucht somit kann ich das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen

The staff was wonderful. We were welcomed warmly and our dinner was great too. Room was a little hot and it was kind of noisy to crack open the window cause of the road. But whatever. Room was clean and bathroom was great!

It was my first time staying at Hotel Witkowski, and it was a bad idea. The rooms are not soundproof, the receptionist said that they gave me a quiet room which wasn't as I could also hear loud music from outside of my window. There was no safety deposit box, and the beds were very low and hard. The shower is very cramped up. No wonder people are hitting the wall and having bruises from it. The service was okay, but I felt unsafe with them around a little. The location was bad as there is nothing around the hotel maybe like one supermarket and one restaurant but it's away from the city centre. It is close to the Chopin Airport, and the hotel offers for free a shuttle van to take you there, but you need to book it. The only thing I liked about this hotel was that you could spot planes every 5 minutes. Overall,I would not recommend staying there.

Muito bom hotel. Perto f de o aeroporto é possui transfer gratuito de ida e volta para o aeroporto. Fácil ir para o centro da cidade. O box do banheiro muito apertado, dificulta para pessoas mais gordinhas

Friendly and clean. Only drawback was inability to open the window in my room, and the fact that the ceiling was slanted - attic style - which was cute, but I bumped my head a couple of times

Staff was friendly and room was clean. There was a fridge in the room, but no coffee pot or kettle. Also the air conditioner is only in the living area, not in the bedroom which normally isn’t a problem in Poland, but it happened to be warm when we were there.

The room was clean, but there was nothing in the room. I mean no amenities such as a pot or fridge. It was cold in the room, but I couldn't drink hot drinks since there was no electronic kettle.

Big room with separate living room. Nice to have a tub to relax in. A/C was limited to the living room only, so sleeping area was warm/loud with traffic noise with the window open.

Wonderful stuff : they respond quickly to your needs. Great breakfast and free shuttle is a big plus for me.

I liked the overnight front desk agent. Due to the delay of my flight from South Korea, I arrived later than I expected around 9:30 pm or so. But my room was ready when I arrived and check in was easy. when I got to my room I inserted my key in the but I tried to remove it, it completely fell apart. I went downstairs and spoke to the agent and he immediately tried to fix to no resolve. He gave me another room exactly like my first and everything was fine. Since my plane was delayed I was very hungry. I asked if there was any place to get quick bite andb suggested Mc Donald's but due to the lateness of the hour I was not comfortable walking alone. Then I remembered I had a taco that I purchased at the airport and the front desk agent (I can't remember his name, so sorry) said he could warm it up for in the hotel's restaurant which he did. The presentation that he presented to me made it look like a luxury meal. I was very impressed. I asked for a coke and he put it in my bill. It was a little expensive (a little over 3.00 for a very small bottle but I needed to have something to drink. Also the shuttle driver an older gentleman that picked me up from the airport and return was the most helpful, friendly and kind person. It was my first stay at the hotel, but I will definitely return because of the very excellent service that I received from the staff. Additionally I loved the room. It was exactly as it was pictured on line. I will be back and I will highly recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located near the airport. The staff was very nice. I've arrived early, around noon, and was hoping to just drop off my luggage. But they were able to find me a clean room and check me in. It was very nice of them. Also, I asked for early morning, 5 a.m., shuttle to the airport, and it was ready and waiting for me the next morning. I highly recommend this if you need to stay near the airport.

The free airport transport was a great service and very well organised. The bedroom door did not feel very secure - there was no internal locking mechanism, no chain or no peephole. I reported the lack of lock to reception when I first entered my room and they said they would send somebody to look at it. But nobody came. So I slept with the two single seats in the room pushed up against the door to feel a little more secure.

Great service .

The shuttle service was efficient. However, I agreed with the hotel to send them a message through Expedia inbox messages to arrange the pickup. No one responded until we called them after an hour. Additionally, I talked with the reception to ask them to fix the heating system, and they promised to do so, but no one came.

Great service, well maintained facilities and superb breakfast.

They were very helpful in allowing much earlier check-in than their regular check-in time. I checked in at 10am instead of 3pm. The room was very clean, the staff are really nice and helpful. I would stay here again when I visit Warsaw. Great Value!

The property is near the airport and they provide shuttle services. There are buses available to go Warsaw city center. It meets our needs to catch early flights.

It's very close to the airport

This is a good property if you’re staying near the airport. Very limited dining within walking distance. A mall is located just over a mile from the hotel that has several fast food dining options. The hotel did have a restaurant and bar. It is a $10 Uber ride to Old Town. It does provide a free shuttle service to the airport - the main reason for choosing this location. Some staff had limited English communication abilities but was not a significant issue just short of trying to explain the hot water issue and temperature on the air conditioning.

Great value for the service. Had a Carrefour next to it for snacks. Great breakfast included. Helpful staff. A little bit away from downtown but the tram stop is exactly in front of the hotel, and it’s quiet

I stayed in 4 different hotels in Poland and this was my favourite.Not overly luxurious but very comfortable. Nice wide single beds, staff that spoke English well and were warm and helpful, and a stellar breakfast buffet. Make sure to try the apple pancakes. The pizza in the evening was also great! Would absolutely book again.

Nice and clean. Breakfast buffet not lavish but decent choice of authentic Polish food, freshly baked rolls and breads, "multi-brew" coffee/ccino/espresso machine, fruits, tea and juices.

The restaurant food was absolutely TERRIBLE. Zurek, Schnitzel.. don't throw a Schnitzel in the deep fryer to save time. Last year the duck meat was super old in the Perogies.. who is cooking ? otherwise we love the hotel !
