Booked a twin room - but was provided with four singles - which were really comfy but it meant the room was really crowded as it wasn't designed for a four-bed configuration. Decor was tired and dated in the room and hallway etc particularly the carpets and not what I was expecting for a Hilton. Was also not expecting to have to pay (3800 yen per adult) to access the swimming pool... Overall, pretty disappointed with the stay and with the price paid for what is supposed to be a five-star. hotel considering that price paid.

The spa was amazing! I enjoyed the massage, and my 11 y old child enjoyed the pool. I couldn’t get a reservation for massage on 2 days out of 3 days I stayed so I recommend to book as soon as you know your schedule. The locker room was clean, the pool was not crowded, the view was excellent, and the workers were very kind and friendly.

Note that we like generally like Hilton hotels, so our expectation was high. What we liked: - The room was pretty spacious and nice. We loved it. - The view of the Rainbow Bridge from the balcony was amazing. - The Jacuzzi on the roof (expensive, though) What we didn't like: - The room only had instant coffee - The space for breakfast buffet was tight and hard to navigate when it's crowded - You have to pay for the pool and jacuzzi Overall, I think it was 3.5 stars. We don't mind coming back but may want try a different hotel(like the one right across the train station) first if we are in the area again.

I found this property to be overall underwhelming in terms of quality and options. For a Hilton resort, I'd expect more than two dining options and at least a full vending machine that isn't in the smokers' area. We paid a decent amount to stay here and the upcharging on everything was annoying. We couldn't use the pool because it was $46 per person and I'm not about to pay $200+ on top of the $2k we already paid to be here. I specifically booked this hotel for pool access and nowhere on Expedia or the hotel's site did it state the pool was an additional rate - likely because they can change the rate at any time. They also had restrictions on tattoos - which I understand for culture purposes, but I would have planned accordingly if it was documented anywhere. The staff treated us like we were bothering them (except for the room cleaners who were exceptionally sweet), the walls were thin on all sides so we got to enjoy other customers adjusting to the time difference, and the food was wildly overpriced. If you plan to stay here, prepare for half mile morning walks to the 7-Eleven for breakfast and enjoy the run down accommodations.

If you book through Expedia they deny you breakfast, pool access, gym access, internet access, spa, room upgrade, etc.,even if you are Hilton Honors gold. Pool is very nice but there are lots of things needing maintenance, and it is only open from 8am to 9pm. The rooms are decent. Don't go through Expedia but book direct.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet bteakfast has variety to choose from, has traditional Japanese as well as western. Hotel amenities were good as well as service, however the hotel looks old and needs a revamp. Bathroom walls and floors have spills and splashes, cleaning could be better.

客房大小不錯，這次三人入住能一次能打開三個行李箱；房間有陽台能直接看得到彩虹橋的景觀很不錯；位置在東京算是比較不紛亂的地區，但海鷗線就在門口能快速到新橋，然後到東京其他繁華的地方；員工語言沒問題，服務的態度也不錯。唯一給人較差的地方是飯店地毯感覺老舊，有種沒清乾淨的感覺。

This Hilton, was amazing! I haven’t stayed in a Hilton property in probably the last 10 years. I normally stay in Marriott Hotels, but I really enjoyed this hotel! This Hotel is not modern! It has a very classy or old feel… but that’s not always a bad thing. The lobby is beautifull, & grand! My room looked as if it had been updated not that long ago. After you check in, there was a table to the right With sparkling Sake, gummies, & popcorn! I loved that! Shortly after checking in they also delivered us 2 cookies in a Hilton box. I’ve been vacationing in Japan for over a week, & in multiple hotels, & I can say that… the Hilton had the best bed, hands down! Also, the mall was about an 8 minute walk from the Hilton. You walk over a bridge that goes over the highway, & you walk into the mall on the 3rd floor. There are also so many dining options in there, as well! The Gigantic Gundam was in front of the Mall, if your into Japanese cartoons. Spend a little extra for a room with a Tokyo Bay view! It was magical at night!

We stayed here one night and it had plenty of room for a family of four (4 twin beds). What's great about this hotel is that every room has a balcony and an amazing view of Tokyo city. The room was worth if just for the view alone. There's plenty of shopping in the area but it seemed more geared around western stores rather than Japanese stores. Also, Odaiba in general is a bit farther out, so might not be the best choice if you are needing to explore more of the inner city of Tokyo. But if you are planning on Disneyland and some of the other Odaiba sites, this hotel is perfect.

Hilton was the only one hotel that I didn’t give five star. Firstly, no one tried to help with the luggage. I couldn’t mention Imperial Hotel would welcome you and help with luggage from the taxi to your room. No one tried to help with multiple luggage at Hilton. Secondly, food was meh. You could easily find better quality food outside the mall. Thirdly, staff here were all poker face, which totally ruined my day.

The property was not what I expected for a 4.5 star rating from guests. The breakfast was cold and dinner buffet was very poor and the food average quality. The staff at the Hilton hotel in Obaida were amazing. They always go above and beyond to help us when we asked them for help, even they were busy Everybody was warming, welcoming and hospitable to us. The hotel facilities are always meticulously clean. Our room is super clean. The Daiba train station is 300 metres from the hotel which is very convenient to get around Tokyo. Our dining experience at the hotel's Executive Lounge was fabulous. We were spoilt with a variety of dishes every day. We prefer if the hotel's pool and spa were included in our hotel package. We need to pay when we use it. We will recommend Hilton hotel in Odaiba to our family and friends in Melbourne, Australia

The service was excellent - we were made welcome from the moment we walked in the front door. We are native English speakers, and all of the staff understood and used enough English that we were never lost. The quality of the room and the furnishings and the general spaces of the hotel were outstanding. The view out the window was incredible, and the morning breakfast buffet was well worth the money. Excellent selection, wonderful quality of food, including western and Asian alternatives. We journeyed to the hotel via the Narita express train. It was an inexpensive taxi ride from Tokyo Central to the hotel. The hotel itself is adjacent to a small train station on a special train route. It is a cheap quick ride to the JR train system from there. Just past the train platform are small konbini and restaurants. Everything is close and easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Added Note: I highly recommend this hotel if you are taking a cruise from the Tokyo cruise port which is a five Minute taxi ride away.

Great place to stay when in Tokyo if you don’t want to be in the chaotic downtown areas in Tokyo. Just be prepared to take a train before to connect to any other central train so commuting time on average is 30-40mins!

All staffs were very kind (especially concierge staff at the lobby), the room was spacious, clean, and it was so nice to enjoy the scenery. I booked the hotel so I could use the pool area and my husband and I were upset we had to cover our whole body. If we would have known I would have made different arrangements. Overall everything else was good.

I was very surprised at the quality of the property. It is in major need of a renovation. Pretty much all the doors on our floor (11th) were very dirty as well as the base boards. The carpets in the hallway were extremely worn down. Our room also showed significant signs of wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good and the view was spectacular
