Renzzi Villas

I had an amazing stay at Renzi Villas in Wynwood! The space was beautifully designed, modern, clean, and full of character, just like the neighborhood itself. The location is unbeatable, with so many great restaurants, galleries, and spots to explore just steps away. The villa was spotless and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully set up to make the stay feel easy and relaxing. It really felt like a home away from home. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a TV in the living room, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all. Overall, a perfect stay and I would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Wynwood!

Ac was great. But there is a large bee nest out the front door. Very dangerous and they were alive. Not enough body soap. Wash clothes only one……shower leaked terrible. Good location

The website states that daily cleaning service is provided. However, during our 5-day stay, despite requesting housekeeping and towel service multiple times, the towels were only replaced once. Additionally, the surrounding environment was not very clean, and the room was much smaller than what was shown in the photos.

Spacious apartment. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Conveniently located close to Wynwood arts district.
