Friendly staff, quiet location close to everything. Loved the decor, art and smell of the candle burning at the entrance. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and complimentary pool towels. Used the bikes to go to The Farm, beach and shopping. Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee and nice selection of teas in the room and in the lobby. Having a hot and cold water area at the entrance was a nice touch and was great for filling our water bottles or making a tea when arriving back for the evening. Ample towels and toiletries, toaster, dishes and fridge were handy. Short walk to the grocery store. Had coffee and breakfast on the terrace in our room each day. Stayed with my two adult daughters in a queen plus a single room.

Plenty of free parking, excellent welcome from friendly receptionists, checkin quick and easy. Room fantastic, I know its a bit weird but the bathroom was beautiful. Lovely warm pool, altho we did not use it, hot tub. Byron Bay a great little place, would recommend Fishheads down at the beach, excellent fish cooking, used it twice. Would recommend this Boutique hotel to anybody visiting Byron Bay.

Let’s call the place what it is - a motel. It’s nice enough, in a way, but the rooms are small and noisy from next door/above. Staff are lovely, but that doesn’t make up for the complete lack of food or drink facilities onsite (apart from a QR code to order takeaway packets). The bike hire is a great idea, but they’re worn, overused and under-maintained. Overall, it’s a Motel 6 / Super 8 setup (even a Holiday Inn express has breakfast) with a 5-6x price multiplier per night for nothing particularly special. Love the location, the decor is decent in the rooms, and the staff are lovely. But as a hotel at this price point? There are much better options around, sadly.

Lovely and clean room. The amenities were nice with clean pool and jacuzzi. Free hire of surfboards and bike. Very walkable into town and beach with woolies right next door. Exceptional front desk too - always greeted with a smile! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff are extremely helpful, offering their assistance at all times. The property has been renovated, the rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The pool is gorgeous, food and drinks can be ordered from your sunlounge. There is a covered oudoor lounge area where we relaxed when it rained, so we weren't just confined to our room. This hotel exceedd expectations.
