Stayed for 2 nights with a family of 5. Great facilities, clean, great location (good balance of quiet, and proximity to shops and beaches. Service was excellent (after hours self-service check in) and it was just relaxing. The heated pool was a very enjoyable facility, whilst the children enjoyed the splash park, air pillow and main pool.

Wasn't able to get the same mid-week online deal as in person after staying three nights. Had to ask for extra towels for the extra night, no other house keeping or extra supplies we provided after the first night. No wifi. Water was turned off for a morning. The kids play area was epic and they had a great time.

The water park and pool area were great for the kids and entertained them for hours each day. There was plenty of shade in this area but unfortunately most of the cabanas were broken. On the first night it was a challenge to find a working BBQ that wasn’t being used but as the week went on and there were less patrons on the park, this wasn’t a big problem. The two bedroom (superior) cabin was a great size for a family of five and well appointed. As for the cleanliness of the cabin , this was very poor. We had to clean the mould out of the AC unit and spray the mould in the shower. Event the blinds on the rooms and curtain at the front door were covered in mould.

Our first visit and the cabins are exceptional. The convenience of accessing the water park, giant pillow plus the option of 2 pools is great. When it rained just popped back to the cabin for a while and then back to the water park when weather cleared. Holiday programme for kids is great. Facilities are immaculate. Thank you

We stayed here for 3 nights primarily because it was the cheapest / most affordable option for us in/near Byron Bay. The staff on reception were lovely as were the maintenance lads that we spoke to around the site. The 2 x pool areas and the camp kitchen were also clean and tidy (although sun loungers could have done with a clean). We booked to stay in an economy cabin and really wished we hadn’t. The cabin was clearly old and maintenance was needed. Curtains were stained, paint peeling off in some areas, main door didn’t seem to connect properly before locking meaning we didn’t feel that our luggage was particularly safe. The cabin definitely needed an overhaul and updating. The main issue for us was the fact 5 of the 6 washing machines were out of order and having read reviews on arrival from a few weeks prior, this had been the case for sometime. Given we had booked this accommodation because we needed laundry facilities, this was really disappointing and inconvenienced us massively. We raised it with reception staff who advised they had no solution to offer (waiting on parts) except to suggest we travel to North Byron laundromat. The park shouldn’t offer amenities if not available on a long term basis or at least have informed us after booking & given us the option of cancelling our booking. I have emailed a complaint but not heard anything back as yet. Location wise - it’s a good 2.5km walk to Byron Bay along a very busy highway.

Staff were helpful and plentiful amenities for kids. A fun place to stay as a family. This was our second stay as we loved out last visit here. My only critique is that our two bedroom cabin was not as clean as last time. There was visible mould and grime in our shower, extra blankets has residue of some sort and the kitchen stove top and counters weren’t wiped down. For the price more attention to cleanliness would be fantastic especially when it comes to bathrooms and kitchen

Das Gelände ist sehr schön. Es wurde in 5 Tagen 3 Mal das Wasser abgestellt, ein Mal leider ohne Vorwarnung, das war etwas unpraktisch. WLAN funktioniert zu 99% nicht. Die Cabin ist gut von der Größe und Ausstattung, allerdings roch es modrig und der Vorhang an der Tür war schimmelig (daher vermutlich der Geruch). Alles in Allem eine gute Unterkunft mit einigen Macken.

The outdoor deck area on the water was lovely, bbq areas were nice, pool was nice and location was good just a few minutes drive to city centre! Our room floor was filthy when we arrived and couldn’t walk around barefoot, the doona also had multiple yellow/red stains on it. For saying they were so strict about 2pm check in (we tried to 15 minutes earlier and were told no) you’d think the place would be spotless

The park was busy and a bit noisy. Our cabin was nice, the main area was spacious and the bedroom with the queen bed was nice. However the other bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds was extremely small and cramped, plus there was neither air con nor a fan in that room so it was very hot and stuffy for sleeping. The room was so cramped there was not even a spot to open a suitcase so we had to use the living room. The kitchen had the bare minimum of cook wear etc so making a meal was a challenge, plus there were hundreds of ants crawling around the kitchen despite us having no food out and cleaning our dishes immediately

Stayed in a Deluxe Glamping style tent, which was well thought out and presented. A nice sized front balcony with a bbq on the exterior and an equipped interior kitchenette. Small lounge and internal dining table made the stay comfortable, with the bonus of split cycle air conditioning for heating or cooling. Great location, not too far from the central area of Byron Bay but far enough for peace and quiet. Easy check in/out processes and friendly staff. Would recommend this place for a great priced alternative to staying in central Byron!

Stayed in a modern studio unit overlooking the pond. Unit was perfectly adequate for our stay, enjoyed eating on the covered balcony overlooking the lillypads and ducks. The water parked looked like it could be fun.

Our cabin was great, and suited our needs. Was lovely watching the wildlife out on the lake. Cabins are not soundproofed well, so could hear connected and opposite neighbours all night. NO WIFI AVAILABLE AT THE CABINS :( Also almost no reception in Byron Bay too.

Absolutely stunning place to stay! We loved our time here. We were very pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, which made the stay even nicer. The accommodation was spotless. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful, always greeting us with a smile and happy to assist with anything. The facilities were fantastic — everything you could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk into town, but honestly, the peaceful setting more than makes up for it. Would 100% stay here again!

Although our employee booked in after the booking-in time, the room was not made up. It was also very dirty and you could see its old dirt, dust and dirty everywhere. Hard soap scum and marks on the shower panels. Our employee took photos of it. The electricity also went off as he got to the room. He was very upset and wanted to report it to reception but the reception was full of people waiting to be served so he dropped the key in the box and left. We did not use the room and would like a refund?

Had such a great stay! We had a huge drive up and the lady at reception went above and beyond with great customer service and was really helpful and organised a cot for my over tired cranky baby immediately when requested and upgraded us to the beautiful lakeside cabins which were perfect. A big thank you to the lady in reception who assisted me, it was really appreciate after a huge travel day with a 1 year old and 2 year old! Waterpark, pool and jumping pillow were amazing for young kids. We didn’t want to leave! Great location too just outside Byron. Definitely coming back again soon 😊 Our new favourite holiday park!

We arrived late. The keys to our cabin were in the late arrivals box which was opened with a secure code that was texted to me earlier in the day. All instructions were in the envelope. Our cabin was well appointed and clean. Small but fit for the the purpose of an overnight stopover. Thank ypu Discovery Parks staff. Great service.

We usually stay somewhere right in the middle of Byron but after staying here, we’ve realised how quiet it is! Only the sounds of birds. I would only stay in a luxury cabin or deluxe safari tent. The economy cabins and camp sites are close to the main road into Byron and quite old. My 9 year old loved the pools, jumping pillow and water park. It was fun to ride our bikes 15 mins into town to get dinner each night. Minimal internet reception though. Loved Folk cafe next door!

Pretty good place, we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback is that it’s not easy to get around if you don’t have a car. The place is very nice and big with lots to do in it, it even has a lake inside of it and a cafe right outside. Overall, very nice just pay in mind you’ll struggle a bit without a car.

I found the reception staff very helpful and pleasant. My cabin was very spacious, light and airy. it was a short drive into Byron Bay shops and the beach was beautiful. I am travelling solo so haven't checked the other amenities. I would certainly come again.

Nice enough caravan park. The cabin wasn’t very. clean. The bathroom could have definitely been a lot cleaner. Perhaps clean under the beds from time to time , filthy.The fish and chip van is disgraceful !!! $26 is way, way over the top for a very small burger that was tasteless!! The rude guy running tha show needs to pull his head in !! Otherwise it was an ok stay.

I liked that there was multiple pools to relax around and the water was cold not warm. The pool bed we had the chair was broken but still comftable. The room we had the aircon didn’t work however the manager was helpful and found us with a room where it did work. Beds were nice and soft. I would suggest getting bath sheets as well as towels and the vending machines (drink/food) were both not working and empty, be good to have them fixed. As not right in town be good to have bikes or a shuttle to use to get to town.

Lovely cabin overlooking the mini-lake. Very clean & comfortable. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Kid friendly- on check-in staff gave us colouring books and craft activities and informed us of the various activities at the park. Cute little vegetarian cafe at the front of the park. Does good chai & coffee.

1 night stay in the deluxe cabin for 2. Easy and quick check in, locating cabin was easy with the map provided. Clean and well-maintained accommodation. Made use of the pool which was well maintained and clean. I arrived on a Sunday and after returning from a walk into town located the catering van on site selling fish and chips great idea if you don't want to cook. Although my stay was a short one, I really enjoy it and would recommend it to others when in Byron Bay.

Clean and xomfortable stay. Perfect amenities and entertinment for the kids. Shame theres no spa or bar for adults but ideal place for families. Food trucks and games each day. Water pressure in shower not the best but whats expected at a holiday park. We ended up extending our stay by an extra night and the man on reception went above and beyond to fit us in which was amazing. Wish I knew his name! Would love to return in the future.
