We were looking for a family friendly hotel to relax, enjoy pool and beach time, spacious and comfortable rooms, and discover a new destination. That’s exactly what we found with Djerba and Iberostar hotel. Hotel Staff was really friendly, kids pool fun and big, large main pool, and perfect indoor pool for colder days, beautiful setting and beach, lots of sport and kids animations like mini disco every night which our 5 and 8 yo boys loved. Food was very good and varied every day with local and international dishes. I recommend this hotel. We also took the time to explore Djerba in Taxi on our own (Djerba explore and crocodile farm 5min drive away, countryside Gedalla and Djerba hood, and Thursday market at Houmt souk). The taxis drivers are all friendly and honest.

Hôtel à la hauteur de la chaîne Iberostar, propre et service soigné. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Un gros bémol sur le spa qui a été fort décevant de par ses installations et le manque d information lors de la réservation.

Hôtel dans lequel nous avions déjà séjourné et qui nous avait plu. Personnel accueillant et à l'ecoute ( reception, bar, gardien à l'exterieur...)Personnel de la salle à manger extraordinaire et aux petits soins pour tous. Nouvelles infrastructures comme la salle de sport bien conçues avec des horaires adaptés. Jardin magnifique. Directeur de l’hôtel présent. Superbe hôtel.

Nice property. Stayed during low season so many of the facilities weren’t really in use such as pool bar and beach bar but I imagine they’d be nice. Has a good indoor pool to help out during the colder months.

Nice resort in tourist area in the island . Clean , good food and nice amenities. It was raining the day we were there so we didn’t get to use the pool , just wish the indoor pool opened longer hour specially on rainy days. Room was clean and big with beautiful view . Just wish they have coffee maker in the room.

Very nice hotel with lots of amenities, staff are friendly and the rooms are nice with everything you need. We went out of season (Feb) so many places outsidea of the hotel were closed/limited which was fine as the hotel has lots to do anyway. Areas outside of the hotel are very littered with building debris and general rubbish which is a shame as it is a gorgeous area. The food in the restaurant was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The staff however were very easily bribed and swayed by any customers offering the best tips and gifts. Everyday, "the best" tables were reserved and certain guests had their sole attention which meant many tables were not clean and you often had to collect your own cutlery, water and had dirty plates around you. So if you want a general level of service, be prepared to tip! The cleaning staff were an absolute dream, very friendly and accommodating, leaving funny towel arrangements and even little sweets!

Très bon hôtel très bien entretenu. Chambres rénovées récentes. Nous étions en bungalow. Femmes de ménage et animateurs sympas. Buffet de qualité. Quelques points négatifs cependant : des enfants bruyants et que les parents ne les contrôlent pas assez et l’espace spa qui n’est pas à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement.

Super schönes Hotel mit einer traumhaften Anlage - die ganze Botanik / Palmenanlage ist wunderschön gepflegt! Der Strand ist ein Traum - Karibikfeeling pur! Vielen Dank an den super netten Kellner vom hinteren Außenbereich (weiß leider den Namen nicht mehr - Herr mit grauen Haaren) Er war super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der zuckersüße Hund am Strand hat unser Herz erobert - ich wäre dem Hotel oder anderen Gästen die dies lesen unendlich dankbar, wenn diese wenigstens mit Wasser versorgt werden würden. Und wenn nur irgendwo am Rand eine Schüssel mit Wasser steht. Leider sind wir nicht mehr da, um dies zu tun. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Essen, auch für Vegetarier und Veganer. Sehr freundliches Personal (alle) Vielfältige Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten Sehr sauber sowol das Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage. Sehr gut und sehr wichtig für uns ist die Nachhaltigkeit: Wasserflaschen ausschließlich aus glas, keine Plastik. In den Restaurants Stoffservieten und wenn aus Papier, dann Recyclingspapier. Seife, Duschgel, Schanpoo, usw im Badezimmer in Spendern, alles EcoCert certifizierte Bio-Kosmetik.

I loved my experience at Iberostar Méhari Djerba. Delicious tasty food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful beach on the Mediterranean. Free beach umbrellas and chairs. Terrific animation team. Creative and interesting dance shows. Room was very clean. Fresh towels provided daily. Hajer did a fantastic job cleaning our room. She created different animals out of towels and our bed linens. We loved that! Crocodiles, swans and birds!! Thank you for your dedication and for making our room super clean and comfortable to stay in. My family and I would definitely come to your hotel again for our summer holidays.

Hôtel très agréable et très bien tenu. La restauration est de bon niveau, même s’il ne faut pas s’attendre à un 4* français. Il n’est reste pas moins que nous avons très bien mangé. Personnel très bienveillant et aimable. Hôtel bien entretenu. Merci pour l’accueil!

L'hôtel est bien globalement, les animateurs sont excellents ! En revanche un peu déçu de la chambre, plus particulièrement la salle de bain qui avait souvent une odeur d'égouts, et le wifi en dehors de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Le système de check-in est également à revoir, j'ai fait un check-in online qui est sensé accélérer le processus pour au final me retrouver à devoir refaire la même chose sur place, c'était particulièrement long. J'ai aimé cet hôtel mais j'ai fortement été dégouté par les conditions de travail employés qui sont sur-exploités ! Chaque semaine, ils ont des évaluations et s'ils n'atteignent pas une certaine note ils sont privés de leur seul jour de congé alors qu'ils travaillent déjà 6 jours sur 7, c'est clairement de l'esclavage moderne.

Très bon hôtel très bien entretenu. Chambres rénovées récentes. Nous étions en bungalow. Femmes de ménage et animateurs sympas. Buffet de qualité. Quelques points négatifs cependant : des enfants bruyants et que les parents ne les contrôlent pas assez et l’espace spa qui n’est pas à la hauteur du reste de l’établissement.

Hôtel très propre et bien entretenu - buffets avec pas mal de choix de nourriture (local, pâtes, poisson, viande, etc...) la piscine extérieure n'est pas chauffée contrairement à celle intérieure, donc pas trop praticable (pour un mois de février) Bungalow très spacieux, le personnel, femmes de chambres et équipes d'animations sont très souriant et extraordinaires, toujours un petit mot sympa, le wifi passe partout et très bien (également sur la plage) - dans les points négatifs, je dirais qu'il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur la plage et que malheureusement le restaurant grillade de la plage était fermé (dû à la basse saison je suppose). possibilité de visiter les différentes activités, souk et attractions touristiques de l'île en prenant un taxi devant l'hôtel ce qui est nettement moins couteux et plus pratique car on prends le temps qu'on souhaite et on est indépendants.

Very nice hotel with lots of amenities, staff are friendly and the rooms are nice with everything you need. We went out of season (Feb) so many places outsidea of the hotel were closed/limited which was fine as the hotel has lots to do anyway. Areas outside of the hotel are very littered with building debris and general rubbish which is a shame as it is a gorgeous area. The food in the restaurant was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The staff however were very easily bribed and swayed by any customers offering the best tips and gifts. Everyday, "the best" tables were reserved and certain guests had their sole attention which meant many tables were not clean and you often had to collect your own cutlery, water and had dirty plates around you. So if you want a general level of service, be prepared to tip! The cleaning staff were an absolute dream, very friendly and accommodating, leaving funny towel arrangements and even little sweets!

The resort is really nice. Staff is welcoming, helpful, friendly. Animations are great with a lot to do on the resort itself. The dining experience in all inclusive is very impressive. The food buffet is amazing and all very tasty with an immense variety of choices even for kids.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis!! Et surtout un très bon souvenirs du buffet plus qu’excellent!! Un grand merci à Leila qui assure à fond!!! Et à tous bien entendu!!! 😉 le spa est génial!!! Piscine intérieure chauffée. Le seul bémol serait la plage et alentours. Pas entretenu du tout… mais cela n’a rien gâché !

We were looking for a family friendly hotel to relax, enjoy pool and beach time, spacious and comfortable rooms, and discover a new destination. That’s exactly what we found with Djerba and Iberostar hotel. Hotel Staff was really friendly, kids pool fun and big, large main pool, and perfect indoor pool for colder days, beautiful setting and beach, lots of sport and kids animations like mini disco every night which our 5 and 8 yo boys loved. Food was very good and varied every day with local and international dishes. I recommend this hotel. We also took the time to explore Djerba in Taxi on our own (Djerba explore and crocodile farm 5min drive away, countryside Gedalla and Djerba hood, and Thursday market at Houmt souk). The taxis drivers are all friendly and honest.

Nice property. Stayed during low season so many of the facilities weren’t really in use such as pool bar and beach bar but I imagine they’d be nice. Has a good indoor pool to help out during the colder months.

Nice resort in tourist area in the island . Clean , good food and nice amenities. It was raining the day we were there so we didn’t get to use the pool , just wish the indoor pool opened longer hour specially on rainy days. Room was clean and big with beautiful view . Just wish they have coffee maker in the room.

I loved my experience at Iberostar Méhari Djerba. Delicious tasty food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful beach on the Mediterranean. Free beach umbrellas and chairs. Terrific animation team. Creative and interesting dance shows. Room was very clean. Fresh towels provided daily. Hajer did a fantastic job cleaning our room. She created different animals out of towels and our bed linens. We loved that! Crocodiles, swans and birds!! Thank you for your dedication and for making our room super clean and comfortable to stay in. My family and I would definitely come to your hotel again for our summer holidays.

Super schönes Hotel mit einer traumhaften Anlage - die ganze Botanik / Palmenanlage ist wunderschön gepflegt! Der Strand ist ein Traum - Karibikfeeling pur! Vielen Dank an den super netten Kellner vom hinteren Außenbereich (weiß leider den Namen nicht mehr - Herr mit grauen Haaren) Er war super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der zuckersüße Hund am Strand hat unser Herz erobert - ich wäre dem Hotel oder anderen Gästen die dies lesen unendlich dankbar, wenn diese wenigstens mit Wasser versorgt werden würden. Und wenn nur irgendwo am Rand eine Schüssel mit Wasser steht. Leider sind wir nicht mehr da, um dies zu tun. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Le service restauration et la présentation recherchée des plats et un plus pour cet hotel. Pour les gourmands le buffet dessert est au top Un satisfecit â la boulangere qui prépare le pain le matin et certains soirs. Il est excellent. A revoir la wifi et les chaines de télévision qui ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel

Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Essen, auch für Vegetarier und Veganer. Sehr freundliches Personal (alle) Vielfältige Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten Sehr sauber sowol das Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage. Sehr gut und sehr wichtig für uns ist die Nachhaltigkeit: Wasserflaschen ausschließlich aus glas, keine Plastik. In den Restaurants Stoffservieten und wenn aus Papier, dann Recyclingspapier. Seife, Duschgel, Schanpoo, usw im Badezimmer in Spendern, alles EcoCert certifizierte Bio-Kosmetik.

Questa struttura è molto bella, il cibo è buono, la camera pulita e buona parte del personale cordiale e gentile. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stato sicuramente l’organizzazione delle attività! Ogni giorno e ogni sera c’era qualcosa da vedere e da fare; il corpo di ballo bravissimo e il personale per l’intrattenimento é molto coinvolgente e simpatico! Abbiamo apprezzato molto il cadeau lasciato fatto trovare dall’hotel sul letto, prima di andare via, complimenti!

Hôtel très propre et bien entretenu - buffets avec pas mal de choix de nourriture (local, pâtes, poisson, viande, etc...) la piscine extérieure n'est pas chauffée contrairement à celle intérieure, donc pas trop praticable (pour un mois de février) Bungalow très spacieux, le personnel, femmes de chambres et équipes d'animations sont très souriant et extraordinaires, toujours un petit mot sympa, le wifi passe partout et très bien (également sur la plage) - dans les points négatifs, je dirais qu'il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur la plage et que malheureusement le restaurant grillade de la plage était fermé (dû à la basse saison je suppose). possibilité de visiter les différentes activités, souk et attractions touristiques de l'île en prenant un taxi devant l'hôtel ce qui est nettement moins couteux et plus pratique car on prends le temps qu'on souhaite et on est indépendants.

The resort is really nice. Staff is welcoming, helpful, friendly. Animations are great with a lot to do on the resort itself. The dining experience in all inclusive is very impressive. The food buffet is amazing and all very tasty with an immense variety of choices even for kids.

Excellent hotel, we enjoyed our stay. We had a premium room with sea view which was nice although no sun on the balcony so we couldn't use it. The food was delicious with such a variety. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Hajer who cleaned our room and made animals out of the towels. There isn't much to do outside of the hotel, Djerba itself is a quiet Island.

For a 5 star hotel, the rooms were not great. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and they put me in a room that was as far as possible from reception. It made no sense, considering the very few people staying at the hotel. The first receptionist had terrible customer service. When I returned at night after a long day of touring, the fellow at reception was on his phone and barely acknowledged me, even after I had to walk all the way back from my room because me key was not working. There were 2 other men at reception the next day, and they were friendly and responsive. Breakfast was ok and the staff seemed friendly. But the coffee machines were sub standard. If you are looking for a true 5 star experience, this is not it.
