We had a fantastic stay at your hotel. The staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful with absolutely everything. The reception team was consistently accommodating and helpful—especially Ann. The head chef Naline and his team did a fantastic job; the food served by the hotel kitchen was exquisite. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Sri Lankan cuisine. The quality of both the food and the service was excellent. We look forward to seeing you again next year with our children.

The hotel is good, it’s let down by reception staff who either struggle to understand or just don’t want to help guests. I had one bad experience trying to get a room key replaced. And heard other guests had multiple problems.
