Clean Nice staff Great breakfast

Everything was good! Perfect and staff were very accommodating and helpful.

We stayed a total of six nights across separate bookings during our two-week trip. During our time out of the country, the hotel kindly stored our belongings, which was very convenient. In previous years, we’ve always enjoyed staying at Vivere, which is why we chose it again. However, for the last three nights of this stay, we were assigned an outdated room that did not meet our past experiences. The shower and bathroom door had visible stains, the shower gel and shampoo bottles were also stained, and the couch had an unpleasant odor. As soon as I entered the room I phoned reception to ask about possibly moving rooms, but I was only offered cleaning or minor repairs. The room otherwise is clean, the housekeeper was nice and accomodate our needs. Although I didn’t pursue a room change further, this was disappointing as we’ve never encountered such issues at Vivere before. That said, we still appreciate the hotel overall, and the staff remain kind and helpful as always.

Staff was kind and friendly. Food was great. Located walking distance to the mall.
