Lovely affordable resort in a great location across from beach and restaurants. The grounds are lush with the tree canopy around the resort giving a nice cooling affect. The ground floor oriental room was spacious with large bathroom and convenient undercover verandah just a few seconds walk to the large pool. Pool was great for Laps with no one else using most of the time. The water has some cloudiness only seen through goggles. Breakfast options very good I only tried western food. Stayed 2 nights and would use again despite the bed being too firm.

Pool was sparkling. I felt the breakfast was better this year compared to our stay last year. I don’t like that you are limited to one pool towel per day. A wet towel is not easy to get dry in Thailand.

We were booked in for 4 nights but only stayed for 2. Says 3 pools one is closed another is green and the third is small wit 6 sunbeds. Breakfast is the worst I have have in Thailand no teabags. Avoid

Hotel is situated 10 min from airport with an airport shuttle (300 bat). Rooms are quite nice and modern at least in the new wing where we stayed. Internet was poor late at night but very good during the day. Maybe it was just the one day we stayed there. Pool water looked like it needed maintenance but many people were swimming. Many restaurants around to eat at. Breakfast was OK. Beach is very walkable but area is busy.

I’ve stayed at NYBR twice now (about to make my third reservation). It has nice, clean rooms. The housekeepers do a great job. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. There are 4 pools (including the one for kids, which is like a little water park). There are cute cats on property, which I love. The room service is fantastic. The food is so good & a good price. I just really love this place so much.

This is one of the better resoets Ive stayed out. It is quite large so you may have to walk a lot, but the beach is not even 100m from the entrance and its such a pleasant beach to swim, relax, have a fresh fruit juice pr coconut. The property needs a proper renovation. The room smells of bleach and the furniture is very old with stains. Tap, shower head is severely tarnished and quite disgusting. Swimming pool is also very dirty and jacuzzi is not working. Mosquitoes are everywhere but I dont see them burn incense or lemongrass to keep mozzies away.

We booked this resort for two nights as convenient to the airport. Beautiful spacious rooms overlooking one of the pools. The sheets were clean and quality and the bathroom just perfect with added accessories like shampoo etc. I loved that there was plenty of space to put your toiletries. Lovely tropical grounds with beautiful plants and trees. Staff were outstanding and went over and beyond for us. The Sands restaurant out front had very nice local food… the Pad Thai was superb! Very reasonable prices too! My pad Thai with prawns and a fried egg was only 120 baht. Airport transfer only took about 10 -15 minutes and cost us 100 baht each. Lots of excellent street food, dining options on the beach and your usual massage, clothes market stands right outside the entrance

I loved my 12 night stay at Nai Yang Resort and Spa. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room was always clean & stocked with everything I needed. Breakfast was great & the pools were clean and relaxing. The location is perfectly located to the beach, food, and shopping. The rate on my room was really good & I’m definitely planning on returning in the fall. This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. I’m so glad it was affordable. I hope they keep the prices low! Khao Khun Kha!

Basic hotel. Fairly clean. Just across the road from the beach. A short hop from the airport. We were just there one night but spent most of the evening killing mosquitos who were getting in the room from somewhere so for that reason we wouldn't consider this hotel again

I love Nai yang beach and usually stay at this hotel. Off-season rooms were reasonable priced, our room is tired need a makeover a bigger and modern TV needed as it’s monsoon season and rains for days! No flip flops ancient AC unit running r32 and struggling overall room was fine for a weekend visit.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fine except for very very few electrical sockets. A one socket plug on either side of the bed, meaning to plug in a device required unplugging the lamp. Still for the price and the location near the airport, the hotel is fine.

Massive comfy bed, very clean. 3 pools, good breakfast, although would have liked baked beans being a fussy vegetarian Westerner, there was limited choice for me. Staff really nice and helpful. Only problem was the noise, as rooms are not soundproof, so could hear neighbours and their air con fan, plus the doors automatically lock, so no way of closing the quietly. Good location, just across from the beach

This property is ideally situated across the road from the beach. Everything is walkable with some great beach restaurants close by. There are some decent bars around the corner up a small walking street. Thailand is what it is and cleanliness of toilets and public areas are not ever up to the standards expected in European destinations. We stayed in an oriental garden room which is lovely and has nobody above you as they are a bungalow. They are clean and tidy with a comfy large bed and big fridge and a room safe. The hotel charge a 1000baht deposit which is returnable on departure. Beach towels are free and you can change them once per day. Breakfast is decent and there is an egg/omelette station. Some of the dishes that aren’t cooked to order are cold. All in all we have stayed here before and are booked again. It is a little gem of a place and Nai Yang is so chilled. We also love the fact that it is close to the airport which is a 500baht taxi ride (10 mins) it is only 300baht going back to the airport? You can walk about 45 mins along the beach to the end of the runway and watch the aircraft taking off and landing. It is a sight to see. Take plenty water when you walk to the airport beach though.

We stayed just for the day as we checked out of our other hotel and our flight wasn’t until 10pm. This place was in an excellent location right across from the beach and with access to some great food and restaurants right on the beach. For what we paid it was definitely worth the value. Rooms were what you’d expect for the price. Clean, minimal and has what you need. Service was good, they arranged our airport shuttle and overall helpful.

Great location to kitesurf, walkable, a little expensive, great breakfast. Only 1 issue during the stay when the front deask was asked to have the maid clean the room, and upon return it wasn't done They quickly fixed it and had the maid come to clean.

We have stayed here twice now. It is in a good location, very central and just across from the beach. The rooms are a generous size with a decent size fridge/freezer which we appreciated. Breakfast was ok, staff friendly.

Great location! We have stayed here many times. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. Love the beach and the close access. Didn’t like the breakfast. Non of the the heaters turned on meaning luke warm food and concern for food safety although many of the warming pans were empty. Porridge was raw oats floating in milk. Not cooked! Wouldn’t order breakfast again but would stay in the hotel!
