Stayed at the Phuket Marriott after flying in late evening. This hotel provided everything we needed and more. Transport to the hotel, seamless check-in process, beautiful property, and extremely large spacious rooms. Everyone on the property makes it a point to go above and beyond to make your stay great. Although we left the following day for another resort we had the opportunity to take advantage of the fitness center, pool, and Big Fish restaurant all which were excellent. We even arranged transport to the Ao Por Grand Marina through the hotel the day we left and the process was simple. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had with made to order items and 100s of other choices. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay near the airport while coming or going from Phuket!

Fantastisk strandhotell på et rolig og deilig sted. Kun 15 min med taxi fra flyplassen. Rommene var store og fine. Hotellets ansatte var helt fantastiske. Ekstra skryt til de som jobbet ved poolen og gutta med aktiviteter. Vår sønn på 15 spilte mye fotball med aktivitetsgutta og fikk prøve seg på Thai boksing. Vi fikk også låne SUP-brett. Frokosten var helt fantastisk med alt man kan ønske seg! Hotellet ligger på stranden. Noen ganger er det veldig langgrunt, ellers topp beliggenhet. Vi spiste middag på hotellet noen dager og dro til Nai Yang enten med taxi (10 min) eller ved å gå langs stranden (14 min) hvor det er flere restauranter, butikker og apotek. Vi nøt virkelig de 7 dagene vi var på dette hotellet! Kommer gjerne igjen!

Omgivelserne omkring hotellet var rolige og behagelige, hvilket gav en afslappet atmosfære under opholdet. Serviceniveauet var også tilfredsstillende – personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt. Hotellet har desuden adgang til egen strand, hvilket var et stort plus, og poolområdet var pænt og indbydende. Masser af hyggelige og gode aktiviteter for børn som voksne. Værelserne var rene og store. Det er dog værd at bemærke, at hotellet ligger lidt øde. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach from October 8 to October 9, 2023. Overall, it was a decent experience. The room was one of the highlights of our stay. It was spacious, well-designed, and provided plenty of room to move around. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide range of selections and options to satisfy various tastes. However, there were a few areas that needed improvement. The air conditioning in our room was a major issue. It was consistently set at 18 degrees, and we found ourselves quite chilly throughout the night. Additionally, the sink didn't drain properly, and the bathroom curtain was broken. Furthermore, the outlet plugs didn't work for charging our phones, even after an electrician's visit, with only one plug functioning. I appreciate the prompt response of the Guest Relations Manager, Nargiz, who offered to change our room. However, as we were only staying for one night, we decided not to relocate. Despite these issues, I would rate my experience at Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach, a 7 out of 10. With some improvements in room maintenance and amenities, it has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable stay.

Pros: great breakfast, good pool and beautiful first view from the lobby Cons: The room was in need of a lot of attention. Not only was it dusty and worn but the sliding door to the pool did not seal completely. Also the location is quite remote. Overall it was an ok stay for one night before going to the airport but certainly not somewhere I would recommend for longer.

We had ants everywhere in our 2 bedroom ocean front pool villa, In the shower, in the toilet room, in the sink, on the counter, in the bed, on the night stand, on the desk, by the window, by the patio slide door, every time we kill them they just keep coming back, We lost some of our vacation time and activities dealing with this situation. We changed hotel so we could be comfortable in our rooms. Flies all over brunch, nothing covered. When I checked in they asked me sign someone else's bill several times, eventually I had to scratch off the name and write my name cause he said its okay it the same price, instead of just redoing the bill correctly with my name instead of complete stranger.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach from October 8 to October 9, 2023. Overall, it was a decent experience. The room was one of the highlights of our stay. It was spacious, well-designed, and provided plenty of room to move around. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide range of selections and options to satisfy various tastes. However, there were a few areas that needed improvement. The air conditioning in our room was a major issue. It was consistently set at 18 degrees, and we found ourselves quite chilly throughout the night. Additionally, the sink didn't drain properly, and the bathroom curtain was broken. Furthermore, the outlet plugs didn't work for charging our phones, even after an electrician's visit, with only one plug functioning. I appreciate the prompt response of the Guest Relations Manager, Nargiz, who offered to change our room. However, as we were only staying for one night, we decided not to relocate. Despite these issues, I would rate my experience at Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach, a 7 out of 10. With some improvements in room maintenance and amenities, it has the potential to offer an even more enjoyable stay.

Pros: great breakfast, good pool and beautiful first view from the lobby Cons: The room was in need of a lot of attention. Not only was it dusty and worn but the sliding door to the pool did not seal completely. Also the location is quite remote. Overall it was an ok stay for one night before going to the airport but certainly not somewhere I would recommend for longer.

Fantastisk strandhotell på et rolig og deilig sted. Kun 15 min med taxi fra flyplassen. Rommene var store og fine. Hotellets ansatte var helt fantastiske. Ekstra skryt til de som jobbet ved poolen og gutta med aktiviteter. Vår sønn på 15 spilte mye fotball med aktivitetsgutta og fikk prøve seg på Thai boksing. Vi fikk også låne SUP-brett. Frokosten var helt fantastisk med alt man kan ønske seg! Hotellet ligger på stranden. Noen ganger er det veldig langgrunt, ellers topp beliggenhet. Absolute rip-off calling this a 5-star. I spent $600/night on an ocean front villa which was the worst decision of my 30-day trip around SE Asia. This is a tired old hotel on a crappy beach - nobody was in the water! This four story hotel doesn’t even have elevators. Many many steps. This may be the crowning blow to turn me against Marriott “luxury” properties once and for all. Hotels.com, you’ve got to do a much better job of ranking these properties. This one really disappointed. The only positive aspect of this property is that it’s close to the airport which is why I chose it. BIG MISTAKE!

Stayed at the Phuket Marriott after flying in late evening. This hotel provided everything we needed and more. Transport to the hotel, seamless check-in process, beautiful property, and extremely large spacious rooms. Everyone on the property makes it a point to go above and beyond to make your stay great. Although we left the following day for another resort we had the opportunity to take advantage of the fitness center, pool, and Big Fish restaurant all which were excellent. We even arranged transport to the Ao Por Grand Marina through the hotel the day we left and the process was simple. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had with made to order items and 100s of other choices. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay near the airport while coming or going from Phuket!

The hotel listing is highly misleading. I’m also very disappointed at expedia for not helping us in resolving the issue as we desperately wanted to leave. We booked four rooms and paid premium for them-almost double what other people at the hotel paid. Our rooms were changed/ upgraded however honestly it was more of the same. The beach is awful, water is a Mile away- look on google maps. There is construction on the beach. The staff are absolutely useless! Service is atrocious. You also see and hear planes landing constantly, even throughout the night. Compared to other places we have stayed at in Thailand this truly is the worst. Marriot should be ashamed of themselves. Also note the town is about an hour away due to traffic. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyway. The pool is also overrun with children on hideously large floats- more like Thomas cook kind of place. Just horrid! Please do your research before booking!

The property is beautiful and is 7 min from The airport but the beach was a little muddy since I came during the rainy season also it rained every single day I was there. I would stay 1 hr south of the airport it’s a lot more lively and less secluded. Also most of the festive activities are closer to Phuket Town.

The property is surrounded by raw beautiful nature, tress and beach it had it all. However it’s not in ideal location and far from everything but the airport. I would suggest, using this place before leaving and staying one or two nights. However if your wanting a getaway from everything then this place is perfect and good for kids as well.

As a Marriott frequency guest this is the most poor Marriott I have been visit. Unfortunately this hotel not stand with the Marriott service I have been use to. The small things are matter first one In the breakfast the smoked salmon and the bananas is run out and they not restocking the plates even if you ask from them. Second thing apartments are being built near the hotel and there was construction noise throughout my stay. Third problem take in consider the airport near to hotel and all the stay there is a noise from the airplanes I am in a vacation and I don't need to hear this noise. and last there is no restaurants near the hotel and we eat at the hotel restaurant called Big fish we try to order and 4 dishes from the menu was out of stock.

It was a very quiet stay. All the staff were very friendly. The ocean is like a private beach. It is far to go out to the city of Phuket, so I recommend it to those who want to stay in the hotel and relax.

The place is very far from the local town and you are pretty much stuck here. Beautiful property and helpful staff, the beach is not very attractive, breakfast is superb but dinner has very limited choice and very expensive.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was beautifully decorated and we loved that it was on the beach. The staff was so helpful and nice. The breakfast buffet had great options.

My room was cleaned exceptionally well by my cleaner, the staff are very polite. The breakfast is varied and excellent quality! The restaurant food i didn’t enjoy. Yesterday i used the shuttle service which is provided by the hotel, to go into town. I had something to eat there instead. Late evening Happy Hour Cocktail and live music, which makes the evening so relaxing!

Quiet super relaxed atmosphere. The food was good especially Mama's kitchen. Probably the best massaman Curry that I had in Thailand. Not near the big shopping centers like hotels in Bangkok but this was a great place if you want to relax and enjoy the beach

We had the most amazing stay- everything from the resort itself, to the staff, to the food, to the beach and pool access rooms made this the perfect resort for a holiday with children. This place is child friendly and the beach is one giant sandy plain where toddlers can happily play as there’s barely any tide making it safe and very practical. There is some construction going on beside the hotel, and so long as you’re staying on the other side of the resort the construction sound will not be a bother.Worth booking a room with pool access as the kids loved this as the pools are connected. Whilst the hotel location is far off from many attractions, this is the ideal place to come relax and avoid the touristy areas of Phuket. The food options were amazing and excellent quality of food - the pizzas are great, the thai food was outstanding and the breakfast selection was fabulous. No complaints. The F&B team are all outstanding and went out of their way to accommodate our every needs and to ensure that we were all well fed and happy! Manish is one of the best F&B / managers/executives I’ve ever come across as he’d do to any lengths to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. The staff at this resort are all incredibly customer service focused and genuinely care to help make sure you have the best stay. We must also commend and thank Richard, Joey, Chef Abhi (I think this is his name) and the entire reception team. We will definitely be coming back !!

Restaurant served tissue in the salad. However, executive Chef had come to meet me in person and apologised. This makes me feel their sincerity and also this is what a 5 stars hotel should do when they make mistake. I think they should give more training to their staffs on these kinds of incidents. So In general, this is a good hotel.

The hotel and the pool is nice especially the swim up pool but the restaurant Big Fish is terrible. We ordered a variety of things on the menu and most of them are not good, and really expensive. You can tell they use frozen seafood since it’s powdery and the sashimi are definitely not fresh since it’s slimmy, we told the waitress that’s it’s not eatable, she told us that’s because they smoke their salmon sashimi that’s why it’s brown, and wouldn’t do anything about it.. we spend almost $400 for a family of 4 adults and 4 childrens for foods that are not at par. Other than that, the hotel staff and everything is good.

Breakfast buffet amazing and a must do. Various happy hours through the property. Delicious drinks and food. Onsite restaurant a little pricey compared to outside restaurants. Our first room had a foul smell, had to switch rooms then was wonderful!! A little far from other areas but perfect for a peaceful quiet experience.
