Room was great. Layout of hotel is such that there are no elevators, lots of stairs. Unfortunate, great pool though.

Multiple maintenance issues throughout our stay for my wife's 50th birthday. Day 1: Broken USB socket (only power source on one side of bed), broken drawer runners in wardrobe, and loose toilet roll holder. Reported issues, waited 15 mins for maintenance. Day 2: Despite telling reception at 6:30am we'd be out all day, returned to find room uncleaned and nothing repaired. They blamed a door button that was never explained to us at check-in. Poor coordination between reception, maintenance and housekeeping. Day 3: Drawers fixed but toilet roll holder still broken. Received apology cakes but insufficient for £385/night at a 5-star property. Basic room maintenance should have been completed before check-in. Disappointing experience for a milestone celebration.

Check in time is too long and ladies are working very slowly. Hotel is using paper card for halfboard, super outdated and staff doesn’t know whats included. The beach outside cannot be used, you med to walk a long way and cross dirty,stinking river. Very pricy restaurants, be ready to pay 300 Bat for water.waterThe room
