Hotel is very close to airport, shops and restaurants. It has a nice pool/bar on the top and a bar/restaurant in the garden. They provide a free transfer one way from the airport. There is a free hourly shuttle bus to the beach (40minute walk). The rooms are big & super clean. The staff are very helpful, great place for a couple of nights or airport layover. Highly recommend.

The staff are very nice and attentive. The driver picked us up on time from the airport. It only took 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The staff helped bring our luggage to our hotel and rooms. Approximately 10 feet away from the hotel is a laundrymat that is open 24 hours for self service. I didn’t like the food options for breakfast but that's okay because there are restaurants, a pharmacy, and a 7 eleven store that is approximately 5 minutes walk away. There is a beautiful beach that is 6 minutes drive away too. The hotel was accommodating and nice enough to drive our family to the beach and drop us off during their hourly shuttle. However, we need to find our own ride back to the hotel, which is fine. The other hotels that I stayed in has a bathtub that is high so it was hard to get in and out of the bathtub. This hotel only has a shower stall. It also has a complete glass door that opens and shuts, thus water doesn't go all over the place when we shower. I wanted to swim in the rooftop pool. Sadly, we were so busy visiting places in Phuket that I didn’t get a chance to swim in the rooftop pool. I give this hotel a 5/5 stars.

Building looks new renovated, feels good and whole area kept clean. Front desk staff are warm and willing to help. Have a small swimming pool on the roof with restaurant. Compared with the neighborhood, the breakfast is acceptable. Nice hotel if you need to stay one night before departure next morning!

Not impressed. For the price - I was expecting a way better experience. Room was not fully clean and the bathroom had a bad smell. Our room was facing the road and it was very noisy day & night. Not great for resting before a long flight. The pool was cool but there were less than 10 sun loungers so we were never able to use it. On the positive - the staff was always friendly and the shuttle was good. I would not stay here again, here are better options for less money around.

From the moment I checked in the woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I was supposed to have breakfast included in this stay as advertised by Expedia but that did not happen. I checked in anyways and checked out 20 mins later because the hotel room was absolutely disgusting. Stains on bedsheets, holes in pillows, dead bugs everywhere and mold on the walls. When I checked out the front desk lady started being really nice offering breakfast and to switch rooms but I had already booked another hotel and am SO GLAD I did.

Terrible experience. I stayed for less than two hours before leaving for another hotel. The bed appeared dirty, and I even noticed blood stains, making it impossible to sit or lie down. I was also concerned about the possibility of bed bugs. Definitely not a place I would recommend. The reception people didn’t even ask or care when i told them i m checking out

Rooftop pool area is small. Breakfast should not be there, they have an outdoor area that is unadvertised and would be perfect if weatherproofed. The WiFi is horrible. The sockets in the room can't keep an adapter plugged in. The floors everywhere need cleaning. .

Room was very clean. Sheets were CHANGED every day not just folded back into place. AC works perfect. Wifi no issues 50mb/s. Very impressed with the quality of the hotel, only negative would be thin walls but it’s not a big deal. Outside of the hotel - the beach is about a 25 minute walk away, other than that there isn’t much to do in that area, i’d say that’s the only negative. Overall the hotel is very good quality, very clean.

Very clean, staff were excellent ,very helpful and friendly.Restaurant in the hotel was awesome with the pool.Walkinh distance to shops.Safe at any time.We enjoyed the variety of food options at the shops and also did late night walks for snacks.Hotel also gave us transport options.There is a laundry opposite the hotel.

The rooms are very clean, bright and spacious, and very affordable. The pool is well maintained and dining options are not disappointing. Staff are always happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible and nothing is a problem to them. My husband and I have stayed twice at the lovely Pamphuree Residence and will definitely return. Terrible experience. The only good thing about this hotel was that they had the booking ready and did not take long to check-in. The staff at the pool was a friendly and helpful. The pool at the roof top was relaxing. We could not get a second key for the room. The front desk clerk said they are fully booked. I tried to book another room through Hotels.com and to my surprise there were 3-4 other room types i could book. The loft going up the stairs to the second bed is not comfortable at all. I hit my shins going up and down the steep stairs. If your not 5ft and under, you will hit your head on the ceiling. At night i went down to the front desk to ask for another roll of toilet paper. The front desk staff said he does not have the key to supplies closet. If you are the only staff working at night, then you should have access to whatever hotel guests need.

Just a one night stay after arriving at the airport- I was met my staff at the arrival area (they were very patient as immigration took 90 minutes due to large volume and very few agents) I was taken to the hotel about five minutes away and quickly checked in. The staff were at all times pleasant and efficient.

Really great hotel for one night because we were arriving on a late flight. Good size room. Lovely pool. Gym had views of the planes taking off. Breakfast very nice. Very quick check in. Free transfer worked easily there was a driver waiting in the pick up area for us.

The reception staff were great, as was the cleaning staff. The bed was wonderful for a good night's sleep, very comfortable. Free bottles of water daily. My only negative is the service in the bar/restaurant. Service is almost non existence. If you dont want to wait for ages its best to go order when you walk in.

This is the worst hotel experience of my life. I won’t go into too much detail. The fact that was the staff (named Ms. Wamipa) was angry and yelled at their customer. She was particularly very rude. I've visited in countless hotels in my life as travelled a lot. But I’ve never encountered a hotel where the staff screams at customers in anger. If you don’t want your trip messed up, be wise to choose another hotel that warmly welcomes travelers.

翌日早朝の便だったので利用しました。空港まで徒歩15分なのでアクセスがいいですし、近くにビーチで楽しく過ごすことができます。泊まった部屋にロフトがあり、子供たちは楽しそうでした。目の前にコインランドリーや、歩いて5分でセブンイレブンもあるがいいです。

I liked it because it was close to the airport and lovely staff. I did not like my hot breakfast that was cold every day. Outside evening meal dining area under a gazebo needs a path that is even and sealed so your feet do not become water logged.

Rent og pent rom, kanskje litt upersonlig. Veldig fint for en overnatting. Fint med shuttle til stranden (veldig fin strand!) og massasje ved siden av hotellet. Maten på hotellet var ikke bra, og det tok over en time å få svært enkel middag. 15 minutter for å få en cola og en øl. Utover maten/servering var vi fornøyd med oppholdet.

Convenient for the airport which is the only reason to stay here. The area around the hotel is unsightly and there are very limited dining options. That said, the hotel was ok. Room was a good size, decent aircon and a comfy bed. Breakfast was not the best.
