WoodSpring Suites Prattville - Montgomery North

Very disappointing hotel. No ice machines, or ice premade in the refrigerator. No coffee machine in the rooms, and morning coffee in the lobby was terrible. We had 2 rooms and one didn't have and soap or toiletries. Room was clean, the beds were fine, the price was reasonable and it was quiet, but we wouldn't go back. More for short term business trips where you can bring your own food for the week.

This hotel has gone completely downhill. The one redeeming thing was Brittney, the front desk clerk. She was the sweetest and very helpful and doing the best she could, but this hotel is nasty dirty. Stayed twice, one week apart - first time, no remote for the TV. Maintenance man came and brought us one. Trash in elevator and hallways, smelled like weed in the hallways. Even the luggage carts are dirty. Black bugs on the floor of the room, when we came back the 2nd time stayed in the same room and the same black bugs were in the same spots. Plus an empty pork rind bag was on the floor. 2nd time, system was down - no room keys available. No shower curtain in the bathroom. You get ONE towel per person, ONE soap, very bare minimum, no coffee. A metal gate comes down over the check in desk at night and there is no one at the desk in the morning to check you out either. You get what you pay for, will NEVER be back

Pet friendly

Staff was really nice unfortunately the rooms did not have any blackout curtains so the room was pretty lit up all night. The people above us were allowed all through the night that that wasn’t the hotel‘s fault.

I stay here quite frequently and I don’t usually have any problems but this time my room seemed a bit unclean I took pictures and showed front desk
