We really liked the hotel! Easy parking, friendly staff and over all nice building with facilities but some of the things seemed dated like faucets were old, hallway carpeting had stains and etc.

Rooms were clean, hotel staff very helpful. Rooms however are very dated abd need upgrading. Simple things in bathrooms like new tap fittings will make a huge difference. Also the smallest beds and pillows ever seen un a 4-5 star hotel. And why only one pillow per person??? Location very good and convenient to train and many local shops. Breakfast buffet quite basic and nothing special in range of food especially for westerners.

The carpet in the Hotel are old, stain and thorn. The staff is not friendly towards americans. They wouldn't even take our bags to the room. When ask where we could buy coffee , we were told to buy it in the vending machine. When there were 2 restaurants to buy it from. Sad because am an avid traveler and this hotel had good review. So Sad .
