I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel was clean, room was nice, and the front-desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was kept clean by the outstanding housekeeping staff. The hotel is located by the JR Tokyo rail staition, so I had access to the subway and the bullet train. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel. There was a fitness center and laundry room available at the hotel. If I ever return I will return to this hotel.

Very nice property near the central Tokyo Station with excellent transportation options. Highly refined, polite staff always available (even though communication can be challenging since most are not really fully fluent in English). One huge disappointment: we were not aware that all dining services, bars room service etc. were closed for renovations. Very,very inconvenient for us.

Room was very clean. Staff were courteous and very helpful, helped us through the process of sending our luggages to the hotel in Nagoya. We had a bit of an issue trying to find the hotel walking from the Airport Limousine stop as couldn't see the hotel sign. However, the hotel is very conveniently located just outside of the Shinkansen station. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Room is very small. So small that when you open the suitcases there is barely any room to walk around it. The room and washroom looks old and there was mould in the washroom. Very close to Tokyo Station if you exit the correct doors of the station. We only stayed one night before our flight out. We arrived late as we came in from Hiroshima on the bullet train. The staff was wonderful and the location was very convenient. Unfortunately, our room was quite outdated, the bathroom was akin to something you’d see on a boat or a plane, peeling walls in the shower, cracks in the sink, yellowing/discoloration of fixtures meant to be white. The entire room is in dire need of a refresh. There were signs indicating renovations were in progress, so assuming this will all be fixed eventually. We would consider staying again once updates are completed.

My husband and I stayed here for several nights and were thrilled to be upgraded to a junior corner suite on the 34th floor, which had the most amazing city views. The shower room was spacious and the toilet area had wonderful features. Very comfortable king bed and nice living room. The staff was terrific and we appreciated the close proximity to Tokyo Station. Also walking distance to Imperial Palace and restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was "small" but very clean. Lots of amenities which we took advantage of. The check in staff was very excellent! We were there early because we disembarked from a cruise ship. They let us check in and leave our luggage there. When we returned, we found out that they already delivered our luggage to the room (like on a cruise ship)!!! The staff was also very helpful and patient with the many times we asked for directions. And last, they also called a cab for us and helped the driver and us load the cab with the luggage!!! What great customer service!!!

Considering the price I paid per night, I was expecting more, but it felt like all they cared about was the money coming in with almost non-existent customer service. It felt like they were gouging me. In addition, I slipped in the bathtub while showering , but they did not care after I reported it to them. Instead, they kept calling to let me know the room needed to be vacated and cleaned, when the fall was the reason for the delay. Never again!

Great location for some travel plans (but see below), stylish and comfortable. If I were plannign to make good use of the overly expensive JR-Pass by doing day excursions from Tokyo, this hotel would certainly be a very good base to start from. If you want to explore Tokyo, however, I think other locations might be better suited. Wherever you are in Tokyo, if you want to see something else you have to travel by metro for a while - so maybe planning ahead and deciding on where you want to be most of the time in order to book a hotel there might be a good alternative.

We love this hotel. Conveniently right outside the doors of the Tokyo Station Yaesu North Exit. And the limousine bus to the Haneda and Narita Airport leaves from the building next door. Only a less than 5mins walk from the hotel, again, convenient when you have bags and suitcases. We are from the restaurants in the Tokyo station, and from the Bellmart Kiosk and Lawson next door. The hotel was excellent, facilities was amazing! We would definitely recommend.

Our room was kept tidy with no complaints while we were out most of the day. Just as you would expect, nothing negative. We had a high floor on the 33rd with glorious view of Tokyo. The location was important right at Tokyo train station. We also dined on our last night at Tenq00, and had terrific service overlooking the city sitting side by side. Highly recommend the wagyu dinner here to top off your time here. We look forward to visiting again.

We loved everything about this hotel. Great location, the service, the room and the amazing breakfast with Tokyo train station view.
