Will never try to book a room here again. My husband and I were traveling for business and we were given a room that was already taken. So we ended up not staying there and no refund given. So they basically stole my money which is bad customer service.

The property was very clean. Property was also very quiet. The AC is nice and cold. It has central AC but I had a broom with an air unit. Very nice amenities. Nice little porch. I enjoyed my stay here.

It was decent and priced very fairly. Contactless and easy, with prompt instructions.

The stay was not satisfactory. I booked a double room, only to have my companion required to vacate another room after two days. Communication with management was difficult, as responses were delayed by several hours. The property failed to inform guests that the accommodation was shared, including the restroom and kitchen areas. Additionally, significant renovations were needed around the property. I was unable to take a proper shower due to concerns about paint chips and ceiling debris falling. An ant infestation is present, requiring professional extermination. Guests are advised to keep their belongings secured to prevent ants from entering their luggage. Housekeeping staff frequently entered the room without prior notice, regardless of whether occupants were present. Given the low price, the quality matched the cost; however, I do not plan to return and found the overall experience very unsatisfactory.
