Rooms are good and comfortable. The reception area has a lot of activities. There are a bar and a restaurant. The day I checked in, there were a Dj putting music very loud. It was little weird but I only saw that one time. So not bad. Staffing is kind of serious. They weren't friendly with me even though I stayed four nights. The hotel is not near the attractions but it has the metro line very close. Nothing more to say. Ibis hotels are always good.

Although the room was exceptionally small without even a place to hang up any clothing, the breakfast and piazza available for purchase in the evening made up for all the deficiencies. Easy parking for our big SUV was a big plus at a low price in comparison to other hotels we stayed in.

Hotel muy caro para las instalaciones y servicios que ofrece. El chico de recepción del check-out muy amable,pero el chico que estaba la noche anterior no es nada profesional, ya que no comunica a sus compañeros la petición del cliente. Habíamos pedido late check-out y nos lo han rechazado por la mañana, cuando por la noche nos habían dicho que sí que se podía. Al final, por la mañana,nos habían dicho de recepción que nos podíamos quedar hasta las 13:00h y como no comunican a las chicas de la limpieza....pues a las 12:10 ya estaba en la puerta goloeando fuerte la puerta,que salgamos que ya eran las 12:00 y es hora ya de salir. No son ni maneras ni el tono adecuado para dirigirse a un cliente. En el baño,alrededor de los márgenes de la puerta de la ducha, por dentro,había un montón de óxido, el olor del baño era a rancio, las lues de la habitación no funcionaban y las de las lámparas menos todavía, las dos toallas del baño manchadas de maquillaje y la de lavabo era con manchas amarillas....etc...la lista podía continuar. Muy muy decepcionados con este hotel

O quarto amplo, muito limpo, colchão excelente (que faz muita diferença para uma noite boa de descanso) e banheiro limpo e equipado também! Super voltaria e recomendo, tem muitos cafés em volta e menos de 5 minutos você está no metrô!! Excelente

Quiet area which was refreshibg after the pack of tourists all over madrid. Staff were excellent. Hard working staff Rooms very clean . Excellent sleep blackout curtains no noise from street no real noise from others in hotel About a 20 minute train ride to opera train station same line. Similar to and from airprort but need to change twice trains .

Excellent breakfast. Neat and new property. The room temperature is centrally set, so you cannot increase or decrease it. It is nice for environmental awareness, but for people that love polar temperatures in hotel rooms I think it should be advertised at the moment of reservation, specially during hot summers like this. Other than that is a perfect option for short transits in Madrid near the airport.

Location is great for food and work with a metro nearby. Hotel is very basic, far below any normal Ibis standard. Rooms are very small, dated, with no air conditioning, too few plug sockets, limited bathroom and no extra lock on door. Breakfast was low standard, very limited choice, not great options, almost nothing hot and truly terrible coffee. It was clean and well presented but disappointing. Overall I would stay again if I had no alternative but it would not be my choice next time. To improve they should offer more breakfast options and update the rooms.

El hotel fue como lo esperado en los hoteles Ibis. Pero queremos resaltar la excelente atención de las personas que trabajan, tuvimos un muy y especial trato, son personas muy amables y serviciales, dispuestas a atender muy bien a las personas.

The room was clean and had everything we needed and you would expect in a budget hotel. The breakfast was good with a lovely variety from fruits, pastries, fresh juice ,salami ,ham , cheese , omelette, boiled eggs. The hotel staff were all so lovely and friendly Ivan and Jennife are so nice and helpful. The hotel is located few metro stops away from Madrid city centre.

The room was clean and had everything we needed and you would expect in a budget hotel. The staff at the hotel is helpful and friendly, from housekeeping, restaurant and reception. The breakfast buffet was complete with options for all tastes, very healthy and fresh. The service at the restaurant is excellent. Special thanks to Nina for the exceptional menu. Special thanks to Ivana at the reception for the great transportation tips that saved us money. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a fine hotel to stay for business. The room was comfortable, not fancy. The hotel is located close to a metro station so easy to get into city center. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty. I wouldn't suggest this hotel for tourists wanting to be close to tourist attractions.

It was my second stay at an Ibis hotel and it didn’t disappoint at all just like the first time in Paris. It is located half a block from Suanzes metro station and minutes from the airport by both taxi or public transportation. There are many parks, restaurants, and cafes in walking distance.

Location is great for food and work with a metro nearby. Hotel is very basic, far below any normal Ibis standard. Rooms are very small, dated, with no air conditioning, too few plug sockets, limited bathroom and no extra lock on door. Breakfast was low standard, very limited choice, not great options, almost nothing hot and truly terrible coffee. It was clean and well presented but disappointing. Overall I would stay again if I had no alternative but it would not be my choice next time. To improve they should offer more breakfast options and update the rooms.

The room was clean and had everything we needed and you would expect in a budget hotel. The breakfast was good with a lovely variety from fruits, pastries, fresh juice ,salami ,ham , cheese , omelette, boiled eggs. The hotel staff were all so lovely and friendly Ivan and Jennife are so nice and helpful. The hotel is located few metro stops away from Madrid city centre.

Me gustó que estoy cerca del aeropuerto y a su vez en la esquina se encuentra la estación del metro de la línea 5 que me lleva directo a la Gran Vía sin hacer cambio de metro. La atención muy buena, la pizza deliciosa al igual que los desayunos.

The staff at the hotel is helpful and friendly, from housekeeping, restaurant and reception. The breakfast buffet was complete with options for all tastes, very healthy and fresh. The service at the restaurant is excellent. Special thanks to Nina for the exceptional menu. Special thanks to Ivana at the reception for the great transportation tips that saved us money. We would definitely stay here again.
