Plenty of room to park boat

Restaurant closed kitchen earlier than posted hours. Food was excellent when open. Staff very good. Hot tub not working. Room very clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. There was a refrigerator but no freezer. The parking lot was large and well lit. It wasn't super fancy, but we had a good stay.

I was driving a tractor trailer and was able to safely park on the property. Nice room and quiet.

The restaurant was great

This property had no elevator. This is inconvenient with two heavy suitcases.

Stayed for a few days and it was great. AC worked great! Loved the pool. Only complaint was they ran out of eggs super early and didn’t refill it. Great stay! Recommend for a nice comfortable affordable place to stay.

Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and had a fair amount of options. We chose it because of its proximity to the island queen ferry which was a very short walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and stores near by. The only negative things were the exterior doors by the room were hard to open. I don’t know if the card scanner is the problem but it would take several minutes to get that door open. Also the heated pool was kind of cold. Otherwise it was a very nice trip.

No elevator meant climbing stairs with luggage.

Our room was clean and updated. The hotel was busy but quiet. The Hot tub was not available and breakfast was just ok. We would stay here again.

the worst hotel i've stayed in. it was filthy. blood and urine on the stained, yellow bedsheets. Carpet was filthy. no amenities (have to purchase water at reception). my children didn't feel safe. we actually left after 45 minutes and went to another hotel locally. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!

Staff were great. But room bed had hair in it which could only mean bedding was not cleaned

Bed sheets sheets where stained who ever came to clean just emptied trash didn't change towels bedding's ,room was stuffy, dinning room was not clean and bathroom behind reception had no tissue

The property was in a great location but the only issue we encountered was how dirty the bathroom was. Lots of little black hairs in the tub, on the floor and on the carpet.

My husband and I took a chance here and booked a last minute getaway over labor day weekend. We usually look to treat ourselves with "swankier" places when we travel, so my opinion is based on comparing this stay to 27 other Cape accommodations over the last six years. We stayed in a standard, two-queen room. The room was immaculately clean and the staff was so polite and friendly. The air conditioning and heat were both needed on the trip and worked fast. The bathroom layout was small but well appointed. The beds were clean and comfortable, but I suggest bringing your own pillows - three per bed, but not great support. Plenty of parking with good lighting. We did not use the pool or the onsite restaurant. The breakfast was probably the only real complaint. To be fair, we did arrive at the latter end of availability (7am-10am - we arrived at 9am), but nearly everything was gone; ie., no waffle batter, toast, eggs, milk for cereal, or sausage were left. Only apple-cinnamon, prepackaged muffins, bananas, and weak coffee. As one other guest said that was staying, "If they are offering breakfast until 10, then EVERYTHING should be available until 10!" We agreed. However, there are many great places nearby, including a drive-thru Stabucks a half mile away and other bakeries and cafes. Great location to hit several beaches under 15 min drive. Affordable and sincerely, cleaner and more comfortable than MOST of the high-end places we have stayed. We will absolutely book here again!

Comforter was dirty, sheets were dirty, the soap was used, as well as 1/2 empty shampoo bottle and toilet paper

It is in a great area, easy parking, a lot of places to go within walking distance. The sheets were stained and had an old yellowish tinge to them. The pillows had yellow circular stain marks on them. Outside my window was a shed on the other side of a chain link fence that had graffiti on it. I was alone and didn’t feel comfortable or all that safe. The previous reviews were really good, but it wasn’t worth the price for me.

Convenient location VERY NOISY

Quiet. Beds comfortable. ¹Room seemed to have been refurbished recently. Pretty good value for the money. Continental breakfast is basically juice, coffee, toast and bagels, cereal, and a waffle maker. Would have been nice to have some yogurt and bananas.

The property was quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept very well both nights. The morning breakfast was great with lots of variety.

Bathroom was too small. No Usb ports. No guide for the TV

Curtains wouldn't close all the way. Other than that it was good and I'd stay there again.

Good = quiet, clean, location Average/bad = blinds wouldn't close all the way and kept flapping with the AC/heating unit which made a strobe effect with the morning sun

Older property but decently remodeled. Room & beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was a turnoff as it was in attached restaurant which was dark & old. Coffee was terrible & food options poor.

I wish I could remember the lovely lady from Florida who checked us in! She was fabulous. The rooms are very dated BUT so clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location for a weekend shopping spree was very convenient too

I had a decent stay. Checkin took way too long and I got called back to the front desk because they forgot to scan my ID. The AC in our room didn’t work. Our iron was broken in our room when we arrived. This just really wasn’t what I expected based on the price we paid.

Here for a wedding- served the purpose! Front desk let us check in a bit early and that was very helpful!!

I liked my stay here. It was simple to set everything up and simple to make use of the room and facilities. Enjoyed that they had a nice Italian/Brazilian restaurant attached! Service was always pleasant, amenities were good. They easily met my request for a room on the ground floor. I've stayed at the Cape before at different places and this was definitely one of the best.

The hotel was deserted but it was off season. The front desk girl was no help in explaining the breakfast or anything in the area.

We got there about 2:00pm. I have traveled all over the world. Usually if your room is ready (it was) you are able to check in. It would be 20 dollars extra if I checked in. This practice is miserly.

Had no hot water in the hotel for the last 3 days of my stay. Also, room keeping entered my room despite the fact that I had the do not disturb sign on my door. They left a mysterious brown splatter all over my toilet seat! When I called the desk about it they told me that they already sent housekeeping home and that nobody on staff was going to do anything about it. Disgusting!

Steamship was canceled for 24hrs, The hotel accommodated 50 /- of the people standed. Only 1 gentleman was at the front desk. He was able to multi task, released room, booked rooms, spoke to 3rd party vendors and smiled the whole time.

The lady at the fron tdesk when i came to check in on tuesday evening was rude. Later i went back to ask for more towels, and she was mad at me for asking. Asking why i needed more! She was just not hospitble at all working in that industry

Walking distance to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and only a few minutes by car to restaurants and shopping

This property was ideally located to ferry and shopping. Very clean, quiet, friendly staff. Free light breakfast and very nice dinner options in attached restaurant. Good value $$

Walkable to The Queen Island ferry and restaurants.

We attened an event very close ny at a marina. We were able to park and walk. Hotel has a restaurant and bar, but lots of options withinn walking distsnce. Close to main street shopping with lots of shops and restaurants. Not a big deal, but we arrivrd at 1pm, check in is at 3pm. Our room was ready but they said $20 extra to check in early, we just left our truck and went out and came back later for our keys. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Its a basic hotel, we would stay again

The location is very convenient, near the main st and harbor.

The Falmouth inn is located close to nearby stores and restaurants, so it’s convenient for our needs. The rooms have a fridge and a microwave which was great. The downside is no housekeeping services or clean towels which we only noticed after returning to our room late in the day. I had to go to the front desk for clean towels. There’s an indoor pool which we didn’t use. They offered free breakfast self serve breakfast of toast and English muffins, fruit, cereal-hot and cold, make your own waffles, premade eggs and sausages. Coffee, juices, and milk. We liked it and thought it was a nice amenity. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location to walk to the Island Queen ferry

Comfortable room. Good parking. Location good for visiting other areas of Cape Cod

This property is just a 10 minute walk to catch the Island Queen ferry so you don’t have to pay to park in their parking lot.

Most of the staff were great. The free breakfast was worth what I paid for it. Good location.

Don’t count on eating breakfast here. The worst attempt of breakfast ever. They shouldn’t even offer breakfast. That’s how bad it is

The ferry is walkable from this hotel. There are a few dinning options. It’s right across Dairy Queen, Bank of America, and a diner/bakery. It’s a 3-5 minutes walk to convenient store and about 5 minute walk to Starbucks. They serve standard sausage, egg, pastries for breakfast… but if you are a coffee drinker, you might want to plan to walk to Starbucks because the complimentary coffee is a bit awful.

We picked motel fir breakfast included. Stayed Saturday thru Wednesday. Sunday was only day breakfast was laid out. Example, one day they had cereal but no milk. We were really disappointed. Had to go elsewhere to grab a bite to eat

Nothing was unique Breakfast was awful...and antiquated waffle maker that beeped for 10 minutes delivering a cardboard flavorless waffle unedible...no eggs or sausage just a few small bagels and bread and prepackaged muffins.

The hotel was a good value and in a great location. They could improve the breakfast a bit. There was a serving tray labeled "sausage" that lacked sausage.

The facility needs an upgrade; carpets dirty, smells from hotel and the continental breakfast was limited and of really poor quality. On the first morning, no milk or yogurt for the stale cereal and no one to ask (for this we paid $275 for the first night) and could not cancel the 2nd night as we pre-booked. Upon our return we definitely did not stay here again! Upon close inspection of our bill there was a $15 cleaning fee - I guess you pay to have the room cleaned after you stay there. Our advice DON'T DO IT.
