Fantastic property with the friendliness, most pleasant staff ! We absolutely loved our stay here and were sad to have spent only a quick night here. The setting is beautiful. Quick walk to the ferry . Enjoyed coming back to fresh baked chocolate chip cookies . Breakfast was 10/10. Also loved access to a fridge and the beverages available to us. Would love to come back !

The hotel (B&B) was wonderful. The owner welcomed us when we arrived & had cookies and beverages available. The hotel was old, but beautifully remodeled still keeping all of its charm. Our room faced the ocean, with a balcony. Breakfast was eggs Benedict, fruit, pastries, & cereals. So good.

We visited in October - the weather was beautiful and we could easily walk to the beach. There were many dining choices, some within walking distance. We had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking Nantucket Sound with Martha's Vineyard in plain sight. The room was spacious and comfortable. A freshly cooked breakfast was offered daily. Parking was available, either in front or in the rear of the building. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and hope to return again.

Good location overlooking the ocean and breakfast were good too. Debbie and Lisa were very nice and helpful. The only downside was the 10 plus stairs to climb to our room. Not setup for the elderly of disabled.

I got the room with a balcony ocean view and can’t praise this place enough. The room was very clean and well kept. The breakfast waffles that I ordered were fantastic. The location is great as well being right next to the beach and only 2 minute drive to downtown and the island queen ferry.

We had a great experience. The bed was comfy, amazing view for sunrise, water pressure in the shower was great and stayed nice and hot. The staff was super nice. The whole set up was super cute, warm and welcoming. The cookies, oh the cookies 😍so so good! Breakfast was also delicious!

Our stay was very comfortable. It’s a well kept beautiful bed and breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lisa was wonderful to communicate with. My husband shared that it was our 30 year anniversary and we were surprised with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. That was so thoughtful and sweet. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again.

We had a lovely stay at Inn on the Sound! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and even surprised up with a room upgrade! Being on the ocean is glorious - having coffee from a balcony room overlooking the ocean is idyllic. Breakfast at the inn was delicious. The location is perfect- right on the water, so you have easy access to the beach as well as the shining sea bike trail. It’s also very close to town so getting to dinner was a very quick commute. Highly recommend staying at Inn on the Sound!!

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to head to Cape Cod. With so many options of where to stay we began to read reviews and settled on the Inn on the Sound. I cannot be happier. The facilities were great, the room spacious and tastefully decorated and the food (breakfast) was outstanding. The location made walking to the beach or to dinner, only a few steps away. I would highly recommend staying here. Jon, Debbie and team should be congratulated on running a first rate Inn!
