This hotel is perfect to explore Gibraltar. It has been recently renovated and has all the amenities you could need. The only downsides are that the pool doesn't open until 11am which is rather late and there were a few maintenance issues with the room that weren't able to be fixed.

Unfortunately we only had a quick one night stay, honestly wish it was longer. The hotel is fantastically located to Main Street, The Rock walking tracks and the Gondola. We had a vehicle and parking was incredibly easy, about 20 meters from the front door (in the middle is Gibralter!!) The staff are great, super friendly and very helpful. We upgraded to a suite on the top floor with a massive balcony with amazing views over the harbour and the city. The gym is probably better equiped than most globogyms. Brilliant hotel, highly recommend

Check in staff always friendly a special mention to Juan. Great location comfortable room with plenty of shampoo conditioner & shower gel. Coffee machine plus kettle. Great hairdryer. Nice pool & solarium with pool towels at the roof top bar. 4th stay & would go back

The Eliott was perfect for us - a clean, spacious room with easy late check-in, great central location, and convenient parking. We needed a portable bed, which they quickly provided, and the room did not feel crowded. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool, sun deck, lobby/bar, and outdoor patio are lovely. If you're scrolling through endless options for places to stay in Gibraltar, I highly recommend choosing The Eliott. I am so glad I did!

Comfortable, well appointed, and very clean. Staff were lovely. They have a very nice patio and a very nice pool area. Eight at the restaurant one night, limited choices, but food that we had was very nice. Very reasonably priced very close to the shops and walking distance to the cable car to climb the rock. Traveled on EasyJet without any issues. All in all a great trip.

Not impressed of the hotel it was dirty attention to detail non existence. Breakfast not good we stayed for 2 days once we went for the breakfast the first morning we never went again not good not sure how the breakfast room would cater for all clients as very small. Small selection of food.would not recommend the place over priced not a 4 star never may be a 3star

We liked the reserved disabled parking very much, but the bed was to high for me to get in without assistance, and the shower was too slippery for me. The room was not made up, we told them at 7.00pm and they put clean towels and shampoo's on the draws, but the bed was not made.

Room was clean and tidy. Fridge restocked with water everyday and the bed was so comfy. Staff were friendly and eager to help with any enquiries. Hotel is in a good central location, close to the main shopping street and not too far from some of the main attractions.

One of the nicer hotels in Gibraltar. Nice breakfast at the top of the building, next to swimming pool with great views. Spacious room sizes. The annoying thing was the strange musty smell from the bathroom, which would be annoying if the door is not shut.

The Elliott is a great hotel to stay in if you want to be central. A two minute walk to Main Street and a ten minute walk to Casemates. Ocean Village is a leisurely 15 min walk. I had an executive room which was huge and at the top of the hotel with wonderful views. The hotel offers room service as well as having a great dining/bar area. It has a Cosmopolitan feel and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for (3) nights, mid-March. The hotel is well-positioned to the town centre, an easy 10/15min walk (for the abled-bodied) down to Casemates Sq. Shops around the corner from hotel. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Enjoyable and varied breakfasts in the rooftop restaurant, great views over the city and distant harbour. Breakfast prices could be more flexible depending on what you choose to eat, rather than at a fixed price. Bedrooms are big and reasonably well-equipped. Comfortable (huge) beds. Use the pillow-menu if you're pillow precious. Useful mini-fridge in the room. Housekeeping attends every morning to replenish, but they could ask guests if you want to reuse towels rather than fresh ones 'every' day - to help with environmental waste / impact. Shower good but cubical leaked onto bathroom floor every time - annoying. (Room 409). Generally, room sound-proofing not fabulous, heard neighbours TV and showers running every night / morning so had to wear earplugs. It might be helpful for hotel to provide room notices for guests to be mindful of adjoining rooms and TV / noise levels etc., also most doors seemed to squeak so again unnecessary noise intrusions if you're a light-sleeper. Understandably, this is hard to control but guests just need to be made more aware of these things by the hotel to make it more pleasant for everyone. All in all a enjoyable stay.

The hotel was in a superb location. Everything was very good except that the view from our bedroom was of several air conditioners of the hotel within a few feet from our balcony. We were not informed of this so ensure you clarify before booking as several rooms have this view. The service in the dining room was terrible. It seems that there was only one chef who prepared everything which took aged to come . On one occasion we had to cancel our desert because we waited 45 minutes for it. The restaurant seemed more concerned with serving drinks from the bar . Apart from that all staff provided a great service.

Die Executive-Zimmer sind die einzigen Zimmer ohne Balkon/Terrasse. Sind haben ein grosses Panorama-Fenster, das man nicht öffnen kann und liegen im 8.Stock, wie der Pool und der Frühstücksraum. Daher kurze Wege, aber morgens evtl. laut. Parkplätze vorhanden, die nicht zum Hotel gehören. Zentral gelegen.

We love the Elliot. The rooms are always clean and tidy spacious with a fridge to put your beer in. A large tv showing all terrestrial channels along with Sky Sports. There is a swimming pool on the top but we didn't get in, we just lazed around on the sun loungers.

For a 4* hotel there was a lack of tea,coffee water in the room ... Not frequently replenished ... I felt awful having to ask at reception for coffee to take to my room .. I ordered room service ( breakfast) not received what was ordered although staff were there straight away to sort it , it arrived to our room cold. The room was clean and comfortable We asked to be moved to another room , the staff were so accommodating. Thank you Having said that, it's twice I have stayed there. It hasn't put me off returning. Thank you for a lovely stay

Small criticism is the long wait to book in - only one member of staff on duty to cater for bookings when flights arrive.

Check in, need to pay £200 up front despite paying for the hotel months ago. Check out, young girl on reception working at the speed of a slug, accuses me of not paying and that I need to go and fetch proof, once she finally realizes that it was her fault, she issues no apology, no sense of cutesy, bad attitude. I didn't spent the 200 deposit I was forced to leave and I am still waiting for the remaining £90 that I am informed takes 5 days. I wouldn't stay here again or advise anyone else to.

Lovely stay. Back today after a week at The Eliott. Yes, a couple of problems inevitably but resolved immediately by the excellent management team. The Veranda bar is a delight and all the staff are amazing. Would recommend highly and look forward to a return visit.

Despite website stating that there was a restaurant on 8th floor, this does not exist. there is a bar at ground level with a limited menu. Reception was understaffed. No information e.g. leaflets or posters for events/attractions for tourists. Would describe the hotel as sterile and bland.

Nice room & West facing balcony. Pity about the breakfast: very noisy echoing room, cheap cereals and minimal fresh fruit to go with. Nice croissants. Slow coffee. But good views (8th floor).

Comfortable, well appointed, and very clean. Staff were lovely. They have a very nice patio and a very nice pool area. Eight at the restaurant one night, limited choices, but food that we had was very nice. Very reasonably priced very close to the shops and walking distance to the cable car to climb the rock. Traveled on EasyJet without any issues. All in all a great trip.

Hotel was lovely, very classy, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating especially the hotel manager. Food in the restaurant was great. All in all a lovely stay and I would certainly stay again.
