Close to cafes, a UK supermarket and very walkable to Main Street and Ocean Village, with plentiful restaurants and bars. Fuss-free instructions to gain access. A large communal pool was a little too cold to enjoy in April but would be a delight in summer.

Great location and served our needs well. One thing to remember, since there isn’t a front desk, you can’t leave your luggage. We ended up waiting around for a couple hours so we could drop our bags off. The cafe below is very good as well.

The only minor criticism is there are no storage facilities for your bags if you are arriving on the morning flights. Appartment was SPOTLESS ,i kid you not ,you could have ate.off the floor .i was suitably impressed. Comfortable lounge area , Bed was a tad tired and mattress could do with being replaced but such is life ,id definitely reccomend it

Wir hatten ein Zimmer gebucht bei dem angegeben war, dass wir einen möbilierten Balkon haben. Wir haben aber ein Zimmer ohne Balkon bekommen. Auf meine Nachricht hat die Unterkunft nicht geantwortet. Eine Rezeption gibt es auch nicht. Das Problem konnte also nicht gelöst werden und wir mussten damit leben. Was Sauberkeit angeht, muss die Unterkunft noch einiges verbessern. In der Dusche waren Haare und das Waschbecken war auch nicht sauber. Auf dem Boden lag noch Müll von den vorherigen Gästen. Der würde wahrscheinlich gar nicht geputzt. Das Bett war bequem und die Lage ganz gut. Das ist aber auch das einzige was gut war.

Excellent well-located efficiency studio with kitchenette. Great view over the bay - restaurants and shops right there & convenient to town & transport. Bed is a sturdy Murphy bed - comfortable. Fine for a short stay.

Check in was easy, room was clean, security is good. View was nice. Only issues was small couch bed. Did not sleep comfortable. The room was near the garbage so it had a awful smell. We put a towel by the door to avoid the smell coming into the room.

We were very satisfied with our deluxe studio. It was clean and everything worked as it should. One small negative aspect was a slight pervading odour of waste when entering the apartment but you were not continually aware of it. We found the location to be an advantage as was the view over the sea from the balcony. An enjoyable stay.

Very nice apartment with cosy outdoor area. Clean and well kept. Good sized pool, although my girlfriend found the water a bit cold. The aircon was on a timer, so it kept shutting off. This was a bit annoying. All in all a great stay, and highly recommend for a visit to Gibraltar.

The Bentley apartment was great. The bed was super confortable. There was soap, paper towels, diswashing tablets, laundry tablets and a French press for coffee. It's next to a supermarket and a bus stop. Less than 10 minute walk to the old town main street. Very convenient. Only the living room couch was uncomfortable.

Perfect for our 3 night stay exploring Gibraltar. Apartment clean and well fitted out. Morrisons nearby so can stock up if required. We didn’t cook there but made some sandwiches and snacks. Perfect location for exploring the rock walks - got the hopper ticket for one day to see all island. Lost of rain … didn’t deter from up having a great time. Apartment fab - deffo would book again. Great communication for arrival ( our flight couldn’t land so ended up with bus from Malaga at 0100hrs - but thanks to great instructions could gain entry easily.

I booked expedia 8 till 9 august and by arriving they had no place. I had conformation from expedia. Made pickures of arriving at location. I called them at a on there telephone at 9 oclock. So want my money back. I had to book expesive hotel on cruise boat in harbour gibraltar.

Apartment was ideal, clean with everything well stocked for a short stay. The location is easy walking distance to the main shops and close by for buses and Morrisons. Communication from Bentley was and has been responsive, though after being stuck in their lift for 45 mins, with no indication if our alarm had been recognised, until the lift engineers arrived was a very distressing time. After speaking with a resident our episode was not the first incident. Moral of the story do not use lift 2. The rest of our stay was very enjoyable.

We do not recommend Bentley Holiday Apartments - terrible customer service. We had to cancel our booking as we had a family emergency ioverseas. With all our stress, we forgot to cancel the booking. We tried to contact them on the day, but the phone just rang. We contacted Hotels.com (who were very helpful) and also tried to contact this comapany - no response. When Hotels.com eventually got hold of them the next day, they were most uncooperative. We realise that the mistake was ours and WE WERE NOT REQUESTING ANY MONEY BACK. We only wanted the opportunity to rebook at a later stage, and we would even pay the price difference, but they were uncooperative. Bentley Holiday Apartments showed no compassion or empathy.

Really easy to get into the apartment on arrival with the keybox entry. The video was useful too. The building is opposite the bus stop on the 5/10 route so cheap 10 minute bus ride from airport. Short walk to some great food places and Morrisons supermarket 200m away. Balcony was huge.

There is a bus route 5/10 from airport to the apartment, the next stop from the McDonald restaurant, there is also a Thai restaurant nearby offering good food. There are also some coffee shop n Morrison Supermarket. Good stay apartment.
