Staff nice. Weird sewer smell. No hot water. Everything else great! Breakfast and dinner delicious!

ZERO Hot water, no warning when checking in. Hostile employees when trying to ask questions at the front desk and management does nothing about it. We stay at Holiday Inn and Express all the time and this is by far worst experience.

So the place isn’t like the pictures it not as nice more run down, got a call on my way there that the hot water wasn’t working that good to find out it’s like that every time they have lots of people staying there. The first room we got the latch for the door was gone so the new room we got had a latch but to find out when we got back late the deadbolt didn’t work so not very safe the hallways had a really bad smell all over a bad stay wouldn’t recommend it to anybody
