This was a new apartment-type space which was well designed, very clean, and located in a quiet area of Tokyo.

Very well set up space, and friendly staff. The infrequent room cleaning is a bit of a bummer - would be better if I didn’t have to bag and leave my trash outside my room every non-cleaning day. Other than that, it was great, and convenient to the subway, and a short walk from lots of amenities.

The room was a bit dusty but mostly clean. This is one of the newer Mondays, and bathroom was clean without mildew smell. Shower had great water pressure. Staff was competent but interaction was limited.

Newly built facilities near the Ginza shopping area. Modern style with a Japanese feel. 2 double beds in one room + a proper sofa bed. 2 TVs. A bit tight for 5, but more than sufficient. Washing machine very convenient. Minimalist kitchen (no stove, but a microwave and a fridge).

Brand new modern design rooms. Plenty of space for 4.adults in 6 person room, close to train station, within 5 mins. Friendly staff. We were able to deliver our luggage to the hotel and they stored our luggage on departure date. Noted the hotel is split in half with 2 elevator banks.

I think this is newly buit. Everything was brand new. It was very spacious, has two TVs, kitchen and even laundry machine. It was super affordable compared to other hotels.

The room had a small common area where we could sit and recover in glorious air conditioning. It was September so very humid and warm for us outside. Beds were incredibly cozy. Zero noise outside. Couldn’t hear other guests at all. Two big screen HDTVs. Great shower pressure.

The room was a perfect size for our family of six. It had absolutely everything that we needed. The hotel was an excellent condition. I cannot recommend it enough.

I believe this property few as of May 2025. My group had 5 guests and it was fairly comfortable. The room is a little tight with all the luggage we had but it is manageable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Loved loved our stay at this hotel. Rooms were incredibly comfortable and big by Tokyo standards - we particularly loved having a suite so that we had a separate space for our toddler to sleep. Neighborhood is fantastic too - a bit corporate but super safe and accessible to all major sites, plus there was a cute park nearby where we could spend early mornings with our kid. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Nice sized room, clean, washing machine/dryer combo, great size shower, clean & modern. Only downside with 4 people there isn’t much room for luggage but we made it work. Also having hand soap in the bathroom with the toilet would be nice.

Maquina de lavar roupas. Chuveiro e banheira. Recepcionistas muito atenciosas. Receberam minhas malas pelo Ta-q-bin sem problemas. Receberam as compras da Amazon sem problemas. Guardaram as malas no check out até a hora do transfer sem custo. Hotel proximos as estações de metro. Recomendo muito.

Staff was very polite and accommodating.

They gave our room away to another customer with the same last. We waited for a long time for them to straighten things out. They told us they were going to upgrade us to a bigger suite because they messed our reservation. However, they never did. I was too tired to called them after a 14 hour flight.

Room is spacious. Staff could be kinder. A bit rude at times when asking for simple questions. Hated the fact that each room does not have control over their own temperature. We wanted the room with AC but was told they cannot change since the temperature control is for the whole entire floor

The most convenient utilities in our room were the kitchen and drying/washing machine. Plenty of space for luggage. Clean furniture. The overall design of the hotel and rooms were modern and gorgeous. Service is great. They offer luggage delivery within Tokyo area via Airporter. Everything was walking distance for us (about 20min walk to Tsukiji Market, 15min to station, Family Mart and Lawson just a small block away, ~20min to the shopping district). So if you don’t mind walking, this is a great location.

Quiet environment and Close to central location. Easy access to convenient stores and department stores

We are so happy with our stay here. Family of 4 (kids 11 and 12). We were lucky to book a larger suite and it felt like home away from home. The property is brand new, and being central to a lot of places we wanted to visit, the location is awesome! We walked to the Pokemon Center DX in Ginza with no issues. The Hatchobori station was close. We used it to travel to TeamLab and Disney Sea. The staff is very polite. I messaged a few questions prior to our stay and they responded very quickly! There is a Family Mart and Rico’s within a few minutes walk, which made it so convenient to grab anything we needed. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so pleasant!

We all really loved this hotel. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and everything feels new and clean. Having in-room laundry was a great bonus, and with both FamilyMart and Lawson nearby, plus a 7-minute walk to the subway, it couldn’t have been more convenient for our stay.

We love every thing in this apartment, kitchen, laundry facilities, spacey, walking distance to fish market in Ginza and we even walked to Tokyo station from here. We called uber often and it costs us less than $10.00 to Tokyo Station. It is quiet here.

New and very spacious hotel in Tokyo We arrived on April 28,2025. This hotel opened a few days ago. I believe we are the 1st guest in this room. I always love new hotels. This hotel is converted from office building to a hotel. Google map still has the old office building image. I stayed at the 7th floor (8 floor total). There is only one more unit on our floor. We walked in our unit with the code given from the front desk. ( no key needed. Shared the code with my family of 4). Pro Toto toilet with Toto bidet. Instruction in Japanese. Use Google Lens for translation. Washing/dryer as one machine in my unit. Microwave, refrigerator and kitchen. Plenty of space. One bedroom, sitting room, mudroom for shoes and bag storage. Bathroom with separate shower and sink area. Shower room has fan, heat, dry room and cool air function control at the panel. Con No view from windows. Look directly into staircase or walls of opposite buildings. No problem. Windows are covered with Japanese style paper shutter. Overall great NEW spacious hotel located 30 mins walk to the GINZA shopping area. Walk to 2 close by subway stations to get to all my attractions during my 11 nights stay. Close to Lawson and Family Mart convenient stores for snack, drinks and refrigerated lunch/dinner meal. There is also a 24hrs Ramen place very close by as well. Taxi from Tokyo station to hotel is around 1000Yen to save you dragging luggage up the subway stairs.

It is a great hotel, located in a great neighborhood, close to metro stations, conbinis and restaurants. The room is large enough for 4 adults to feel comfortable. Pretty nice rooms with all you need, including washing machine.

Great place to stay! The room is clean and feels brand new. Conveniently located near the train station, in a quiet area we really enjoyed. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Ginza shopping district is only about a 15-minute walk away.

Well situated if you're looking for a nice and quiet location. Great amenities and service.
